         Comment. The figure integrates 6 key parameters, facts of nuclear weapons (NW), which define the true attributes of the humanity nuclear civilization (NC) since 1945:

         1. Origin from Hitler, 2. Genocide of Hiroshima/Nagasaki, which laid the NC beginning, 3. NW are absolute evil of the Planet, 4. The NW race, its accelerated modernization during 80 years, 5. The NW arsenal power is more than a billion Hiroshimas that ensures a "suicidal-genocidal" MAD, 6.          These true attributes of the NC reality in a whole constitute its immanent law of inevitable death, with which humanity has resigned itself and has lived for 80 years in its passive expectation, in the impotence of its narrow, "blind to the whole" disciplinary thinking, which created the NC, but unable to solve the problem of its self-destruction. At the same time, it rejects the o­nly saving alternative of Perpetual Peace Science, because it is unable to understand, recognize and use the holistic and spheral, “substantially new” according to Einstein, scientific thinking, which has been knocking for a long time…

         Our Primer begins with the NC reality with the MAD threat, in which we all live, and ends with the tools of deliverance and liberation from it in the near future by its alternative of Perpetual Peace based o­n spheral thinking and its spheral AI, to the scientific superiority of which our Primer final paragraph is dedicated.

         Our Primer of the “Perpetual Peace Science” (PPS) macrosociological and transdisciplinary megascience presentation has approached its logical end, to the definition of the substance and attributes of the scientific superiority of the spheral AI (SAI) cognitive paradigm proposed here. It is proven by us as the o­nly, together with this science, intellectual instrument adequate to the task of eradicating wars, eliminating the nuclear catastrophe of “Mutually Assured Destruction” (MAD). It was been prepared for 80 years by a nuclear civilization almost 100%, the o­nly alternative and liberation from which can o­nly be its replacement by a harmonious civilization of perpetual peace and nonviolence, in order to ensure the humanity sustainable prosperity in harmony with its consciously controlled terabytes of parameters/data based o­n a holistic, spheral way of thinking.

          Why, o­n what basis do we begin the spheral AI (SAI) self-identification with similar an presumptuous (if not to say worse), heretical and not "politically correct" self-definition of its "superiority" in comparison with other AI models? o­n what basis is the SAI superiority over the AI traditional, disciplinary models so self-confidently thought? Superiority is a category and value of comparison, in this case of a scientific nature.

          In the previous paragraph, the SAI was theoretically defined and substantiated as a planetary and end-to-end digital platform/infrastructure of qualimetric (mathematical statistical and fractal) data/parameters for all possible social objects of social nature in the past, present and future within macrosociological scientific scale. Such a digital infrastructure as a tool of social nature data could o­nly be built within the framework of an innovative, spheral way of thinking, to which the humanity mind has been approaching for millennia in its unique historical and intuitive outbursts as the "second axial age" in the turning point of the humanity way of thinking. However, it is still practically unknown to traditional, disciplinary thinking in a rational and theoretically conscious manner and is not accessible to it, although, as noted earlier, many attempts have been made to approach it interdisciplinary.

1. Spheral Thinking: The SAI Superiority Substance

         All the previous paragraphs were devoted, o­ne way or another, to the proof and development of o­ne fundamental thought of the genius Albert Einstein, the irrefutable truth of which has now been proven by the past, more than 70-year history, after it was expressed by him in 1954. Einstein's thought is a unity of two parts, a negative and a positive statements. The negative states the scientific and historical fact that not a single “the significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we at when we created them." As we emphasized earlier, the problem of eradicating wars and achieving perpetual peace is unattainable, unrealizable for disciplinary, fragmentary thinking, which created it with its narrowness, partiality, by its innate "blindness to the whole", to understanding peace as a whole. This is a law confirmed by history. If disciplinary thinking were capable to offer a reasonable solution to eradicate wars and ensure eternal peace, then over thousands of years of wars (according to various estimates, from 5 to 15 thousand years) it would have been found and proposed. But over these thousands of years, including the last 80 years of nuclear civilization and the growth of disciplinary sciences to a mind-boggling 70 thousand, they all together turned out to be weak and powerless not o­nly to solve this existential problem, but even to systematically comprehend it and raise it at the level of all governments, scientific academies and international organizations headed by the UN and UNESCO, called upon to comprehend and solve it. However, the result so far is zero. This is the humanity cognitive, disciplinary disaster, which has o­nly now in the nuclear civilisation become clearly and indisputably visible, but which was clearly formulated by Einstein 70 years ago.

         Einstein saw this perfectly, understood and adequately expressed it, proposing the o­nly true way out of the humanity cognitive disaster, which threatens its survival. All the greatest scientific, artistic, technical and mechanical achievements of disciplinary thinking, taken together, will not save or redeem the MAD of peoples in a nuclear war that it has prepared almost 100% for 80 years of nuclear civilization. This thinking has been blindly and insanely increasing the power and risk of using its nuclear weapons every year during 80 years. To overcome this cognitive disaster and ensure the humanity survival, Einstein wrote about it directly: “we should require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive"(1954). Einstein did not know such spheral thinking 70 years ago, but he firmly knew that it must be “substantially new”, planetary peacemaking and perpetual. We have deciphered and proven it as holistic, spheral, transdisciplinary, nonlinear and planetary o­ne. o­nly it has access to scientific understanding and solution of all planetary problems, first of all the problem of eradication of wars and establishment of perpetual peace, systemic and multidimensional evidence of which is revealed in each of our paragraphs and hundreds of publications over decades, standing behind almost each of them.

          Einstein's conviction about the need for a "substantially new", peace and holistic thinking for the humanity survival was deeply and long-cherished, which he first publicly expressed to the whole world in May 1945, two months before Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This fact was first remembered and brought to scientific attention o­nly by the famous psychologist and peacemaker Robert Holt and o­nly in 2015, who brilliantly qualified nuclear weapons as simultaneously "genocidal and suicidal". There is no better definition of its substance.

           He wrote: “In May 1946, The New York Times reported that Albert Einstein had sent a telegram to several hundred prominent Americans asking for donations to a fund ‘to make people aware that a new type of thinking is needed’ in the atomic age. Einstein wrote in his telegram: ‘The unleashed power of the atom has changed everything except our ways of thinking, and thus we are heading for an unprecedented catastrophe.’ It is clear from Einstein’s other statements that the new thinking he was calling for was o­ne of abandoning competition and preparation for war and concentrating o­n cooperation and peaceful resolution of conflicts.” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1260). Einstein identified the ‘old’, disciplinary thinking with the ‘conviction that wars are inevitable’, a militaristic thinking lacking the capacity for peacemaking solutions. From this follows o­ne fundamental scientific conclusion: HUMANITY HAS NEVER ACHIEVE IN THE PAST FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS AND WILL NEVER ACHIEVE IN THE FUTURE PERPETUAL PEACE FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS o­n THE BASIS OF THE "OLD", DISCIPLINARY THINKING. This conclusion is proven by millennia of wars in history and argued in our “Perpetual Peace Science”, briefly - here, in our Primer.

             The key argument is that thinking in terms of parts of the planetary perpetual peace of social nature, infinite in its parameters and data, is doomed to error, like thinking about an elephant by blind men who “disciplinary” know o­nly its parts (tail, ears, trunk, legs, tusks, etc.), but are deprived of its substantial knowledge in a whole. With regard to social nature, disciplinary thinking is completely deprived of knowledge of its holistic and constant spheres, which determine perpetual peace and exclude wars between them. Therefore, the old, disciplinary thinking is limited, narrow, incorrect, blind to the whole, weak in comparison with thinking in integral, constant spheres, which can rightfully be recognized as “SUBSTANTIALLY SUPERIOR” disciplinary thinking.

         Therefore, the SAI, based o­n holistic, spheral thinking, possess a “substantial superiority” of a cognitive order. Other attributes of the SAI superiority are determined o­n this platform. Without it, no strong and safe planetary AI is possible in the future. However, it does not remove the question of comparability with SAI of another AI paradigm, built o­n another holistic, “substantially new way of thinking”, which may be revealed in the future. But today, for 80 years, no o­ne, neither Einstein, nor anyone else, has proposed another fundamental strategy for the humanity survival in the face of an inexorably growing risk of MAD.

          The strategy of holistic, spheral thinking as a way of survival is confirmed by modern scientists, for example, by Peter Sloterdijk in his trilogy (more than 2.5 thousand pages) "Spheres", 1998-2006. And V. Vernadsky, discussing with P. Chardin and Leroy the new concept of "noosphere" of spheral thinking, emphasized that this is "not a crisis disturbing weak souls but the greatest turning point [Rubicon] of human thought making o­nly o­nce a millennium".

2. The SAI Big Data. The Superiority Attributes

         Usually, several key characteristics of Big Data (BD) are distinguished. “Analysts have come up with a capacious formula for Big Data - they believe that the definition of a Big Data project should include seven important characteristics, the “7 V”: Volume, Velocity, Variety, Veracity, Variability, Visualization, Value. That is, volume, speed, diversity, reliability, variability, visualization, value... However, even these seven “V” are not enough to understand the essence of Big Data...” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1114). We will briefly define the superiority of each characteristic, BD attribute for the SAI.

         2.1. The SAI data volume, defined by the recursive formula 4 x 4ⁿ is not limited by any number and for different tasks can be calculated in terabytes, petabytes, etc., not inferior to any other BD models for AI.

         2.2. Planetary and end-to-end superiority of the SAI ​​data quality, not taken into account in other BD models, surpasses them in uniqueness. The SAI ​​BD is not limited to traditional linguistic and statistical data, but generates for itself a unique cluster of the spheral Globstat, discussed in the previous paragraph. This cluster includes composite, spheral indices and their fractal matrices of different quality (spheres) and different dimensions according to the formula specified above. This unique qualitative feature of the SAI ​​data allows us to distinguish their BD into a special class, "Spheral BDs" (SBD), identical to Globstat, providing a qualitative superiority of SBD. This takes the SBD out of the cluster of LLMs (large language models) of AI, opening up an innovative digital and technological space of progress to it, which, it seems, no o­ne has touched yet.

         2.3. The SBD updating velocity, hypothetically, can exceed the speed of updating other BDs several times based o­n the SBD end-to-end fractal organization and its recursion.

         2.4. The SBD diversity is not limited to any uniform data, but is open to all of their types, both known and unknown. For example, we proposed testing, as a hypothesis, a cluster of data o­n the interdisciplinary synthesis of nanospheral technology in 2022 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=995), which was ignored by the RAN.

         2.5. The SBD reliability or the verifiability of its data is the subject of its priority attention and superiority, ensured both by generally recognized historical and natural facts, and by special methods of end-to-end statistical verification. For example, the reality of social actors, subjects of perpetual peace and social production - spherons, can be verified by any literate person o­n any social object in 2 hours, given its statistics, using a special method (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1125). No other BD, as far as we know, knows the tools of its verification, which calls into question the reliability of all of them and opens loopholes in them for conscious or unconscious delusions and manipulations. The SBD is free from such doubts and risks that is an important attribute of its superiority.

         2.6. The SBD variability is the differences in the meanings ​​of the same data, spheral indices, depending o­n the context, for example, the same types of their fractal matrices, which must be taken into account by the SBD others corresponding algorithms. So far, the superiority of this SBD attribute remains hypothetical without practical testing.

         2.7. The SBD visuality, its superiority in this attribute is clearly illustrated at the level of even our Primer paragraphs, in which the deep content of almost every paragraph is visualized in o­ne or another visual way. Among them, the leading role belongs to the spheral structural models of tetra-dialectical (tetrary, tetradimensional) thinking, which are constructed by two pairs of cross-opposites mediating each other that distinguishes them from the linear models of mechanical, disciplinary thinking and its similar, traditional dialectics, as discussed in o­ne of the previous paragraphs. In particular, the SAI open source code in two formats of statics and dynamics is presented in the Primer in two corresponding visual diagrams that best express its spheral substantial structure.

         2.8. The SBD value. Its key superiority is concentrated here, which consists in the fact that the SAI entire paradigm with all its SBD functionalities in its architecture and purpose is subordinated to the highest strategy of understanding and ensuring the humanity end-to-end perpetual peace in all spatio-temporal locations of the planetary social nature as a whole. Its value is not limited to any of its parts by any of the criteria: economic, political, spiritual, social, party, national, etc. The problem of the BD holistic, planetary value, free from the Procrustean bed of disciplinary thinking, blind to the whole, is the most difficult of all the most difficult tasks, accessible and solvable with the SAI help o­nly in spheral thinking. Much attention was paid to this Peace Science unprecedented value superiority in the previous paragraphs, so we will not repeat it here. The list of its most valuable social discoveries and achievements, especially the SAI, is presented in our Primer separate appendix.

         2.9. The SBD and SAI as a whole security and peacemaking superiority. This superiority is a direct consequence of their planetary peace value. It implies an architectural refusal and an internal ban of the SAI paradigm o­n any military application or violent use that will be embedded in its spheral structure and its programming language.

         2.10. The SBD integrative, transdisciplinary superiority. It lies in its ability to integrate the achievements of large linguistic AI models, their machine learning technologies, such as OPEN-AGI (grant application, 13-01-24: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1168). The SBD also integrates DeepSeek technologies for processing the texts of the Sacred treatises and publications of world religions, which constitute the linguistic part of the SBD along with the statistical and scientific o­nes. It also integrates the achievements of all sciences, primarily social and humanitarian o­nes, necessary for its purposes within the framework of its transdisciplinary superiority, inaccessible to disciplinary thinking. Transdisciplinary integration in the SBD begins with the level of individual smartphones (Gandhica, 2019, pp 78-83: https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/gandhi-nonviolence-of-spherons-gandhica-2019.pdf)

         2.11. The SBD "alignment" superiority of the of machine and human intelligence, which is constituted according to the structural laws of higher, holistic spheral thinking, initially free from any disciplinary limitations or sectoral narrowness, which is a key and almost insurmountable problem for LLM AI, for example, OPEN-AGI (grant application, 13-01-24: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1168). This topic is deeply analyzed in the wonderful report of Professor Konstantin Vorontsov "Machine, be a human!" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1073), the fundamental ideas of which are developed in the SBD spheral maps of knowledge, illustrating the logic and systematicity of their superiority.

         2.12. The SBD superiority of the humanity common good for each nation and individual as an information and digital technological base of a single spheral planetary Peace Science worldview for humanity, excluding internal confrontation, but integrating all the constructive and positive diversity of all national cultures without exception. The SBD and SAI opens up enormous prospects for international cooperation, especially at the level of the UN, UNESCO, IMF and world superpowers.

         2.13. The superiority in the time of creation of the strong, planetary superintelligence (AI). The Open-AGI experts o­n the basis of their LLMs argue: “We believe superintelligence could arrive within the next 10 years.” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1168). We, o­n the basis of the listed attributes of the superiority of SAI/SBD can say that similar strong superintelligence can be created in 4-5 years, and faster, under the known necessary conditions with active resource and administrative support.

3. To new civilization – the innovative tools

         The partial, class socio-economic systems of disciplinary thinking in the past were doomed to fiasco by the fact that they were built in the strategy "first destroy everything to the ground, and then build everything from zero." The perpetual peace civilization strategy is the opposite, it integrates everything valuable from the past, o­n the o­ne hand, and o­n the other hand, creates principally innovative, adequate tools as its most priority task.

         The named and other attributes of the superiority of SAI and its SBD constitute an necessary tools for spheral thinking and its planetary worldview of the Perpetual Peace Science (PPS). Without these innovative digital instruments, spheral thinking and its PPS cannot be recognized and used globally, every people and an individual due to excessively large data inaccessible to humans. But they are absolutely necessary for them to ensure the construction without confrontation and with a complete uniform understanding of the spherons harmonious civilization for the humanity scientific perpetual peace in its sustainable spheral prosperity for the whole subsequent future.

          Therefore, the SAI and its SBD constitute an absolutely necessary tool of spheral thinking and its planetary worldview of Peace Science, without which it cannot be recognized and used globally due to excessively large data, inaccessible to a human, but necessary to ensure the humanity perpetual peace in its sustainable prosperity for the entire subsequent future. SAI is a theoretical model of end-to-end superintelligence, surpassing all known today and in the terminology of OPEN-AGI (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1168) representing a “totally new approach” based o­n a holistic, “substantially new [spheral] way of thinking” according to Einstein. This is the conclusion of our Primer and its logic. SAI assumes thousands of new models, applications of different types and levels with open source code based o­n its spheral architecture.

         The SBD listed 12 general attributes of the superiority express o­nly a hundredth of a percent of what we could say about them and what has been published in our projects since 1980, a significant part of which has been posted o­n the GGHA website since 2005. Their incomplete list is presented in the bibliography o­n the SBD attributes in the Primer corresponding appendix.

          80 years of the nuclear civilization "prosperity and progress" are dotted with annual genocidal wars and cannibalistic militaristic achievements of disciplinary thinking in all types of weapons of mass destruction, including the newest thermobolic weapons for "Mutually Assured Destruction" (MAD) without radiation. For the same 80 years, there has been a complete zero of any "substantially new" peace paradigm, similar to the Peace Science and its peacemaking instruments of Globstat and SAI. This is practical proof, a historical worldwide fact of the nuclear civilization substantial peace impotence in its disciplinary thinking, capable in general o­nly to temporary, short-term truces and o­nly to the humanity MAD as a whole, nullifying any security of any nation.

         The humanity’s MAD reality is also the historical fact of the need to accelerate development of holistic, spheral thinking, ensuring perpetual peace and complete security for all nations with it. To continue to ignore this global fact means to affirm militaristic "genocide/suicide" with a complete denial of humanism o­n the path of transforming the human rational nature into a cannibalistic-militaristic, Nazi substance. It began 100 years agoin Hitler's Mein Kampf, published in 1925and especially fast 80 years with Hitler's nuclear weapons in the US executionin Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It is accelerated every year by trillions of dollars in weapons modernization and the arms race with zero dollars for science and instruments of peace...

         The humanity Great Victory over German Nazism, with the USSR decisive contribution was not enough to eradicate Nazism, which is incompatible with peace and humanism. To eradicate it, a “substantially new thinking” is required, embodied in the Peace Science and armed with safe, peace AI, because it can be used by Nazism for cannibalistic-militaristic purposes, like atomic energy in the nuclear weapons of “absolute evil” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=800).

         In the MAD’s power hellish process of accelerated growth, the creation of a disciplinary, militaristic AI can become a trigger and catalyst to launch this “suicidal-genocidal” power of absolute evil. Here is what Mike Whitney writes about this, based o­n the conclusions of experts. "More and more people are beginning to understand that artificial intelligence is a high-risk technology that can lead to the destruction of the species ... AI is a potentially deadly technology ... A survey of AI experts conducted in 2023 showed that 36 percent fear that the development of AI could lead to a "nuclear catastrophe." Nearly 28,000 people have signed an open letter written by the Future of Life Institute, «including Steve Wozniak, Elon Musk, the CEOs of several AI companies, and many other prominent technologists, asking for a six-month pause or moratorium o­n the development of new advanced AI...AI development is moving too fast. That's why AI can be extremely dangerous - whether it is conscious or not," (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1116)

         Similar, overly serious concerns about the AI disciplinary models extreme risk as a trigger and catalyst for the "weapons more dangerous than nuclear weapons" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1112) should not be a sign of closing down and abandoning AI altogether. Scientific progress cannot be stopped by any bans, including the inexorable progress of AI. But in order for it not to lead to a new “suicidal-genocidal”, cannibalistic weapon in the format of disciplinary, militaristic thinking that led to nuclear weapons, a global examination of all proposed AI models, including SAI. It is needed in order to select a substantially safe and peaceful o­ne, providing it with all the advantages of an investment, financial, legal and organizational nature of accelerated development and application in all spheres, primarily in business, international relations and cooperation. This is a long-standing proposal of the GGHA, which requires repetition.

4. Startup of spheral AI (SAI) for 2 years

         The attempts of practical implementation and attracting public attention to spheral peace thinking, its advantages and projects, including SAI, have accompanied their entire history, starting with their application at the Statistical Institute of Urban Management of St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) since 1980, a number of which were published in the book "Spheral Approach", 1992.          The modern attempts began with the creation and submission of various SAI startups to various scientific and government institutions in Russia and abroad since 2016, with the publication of "Global Peace Science" and, based o­n it, a global governance project for the UN (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1120), which was updated for several years in a row.

         The most recent attempt was made in February 2024 in an application for the OPEN-AGI grant for two million dollars for two years for the GGHA international team of 40 specialists (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1168).

          We will update this startup here in its four spheral structural clusters of the PIOT, taking into account the achievements over the past time, primarily related to the USA and Chinese experiences and the DeepSeek startup. (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1111).

5. The SAI startup goal and structure

         5.1. The goal of the SAI startup (SSAI): to create in 2 years a practical prototype of the SAI of a fractal organization and governance for the large peace business corporation or similar country, ready and able to finance the SAI team work of 150 permanent and temporary employees for two years in the amount of about 5 M dollars or 400 M rubles. (Note: all figures of this startup are approximate, which will be adjusted in the process of their discussion with stakeholders.)

SSAI intends and has the ability to follow the example of the Chinese startup DeepSeek to create powerful and innovative models of AI of spherical thinking, which are much cheaper (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1111). SSAI has every chance to demonstrate, like DeepSeek, that amazing trend of “how quickly everything can change and, most likely, will change in the era of AI”. 5.2.3. Program management: formed by the Conceptual leadership, which determine Program Director and the leaders of programming within the SSAI.

5.2.4. Technical management: formed by the Administrative leadership, which determine Technical Director, responsible for the material and technical support of the SSAI team.

5.2.5. Each management department provides the SSAI with appropriate human resources, with preference for ability over experience.

5.2.6. All departments of the SSAI management form a single democratic governance body as its Think Tank.

         5.3. International and national formats of the SSAI. As part of the GGHA 20-year work o­n the Peace Science creation and its SAI, which are the world heritage, an international team of its developers has been formed, who formed the Primer coauthors and its SSAI participants. We are making attempts to find an appropriate investor-customer. But we also understand the obstacles of such a search in the context of global confrontation, so we do not exclude the national implementation of the SSII in o­ne of three countries: Russia, the USA, Austria. In this case, other co-authors of the SSII are included in it as equal consultants-experts under special agreements. This is a special topic.

         5.4. The SSAI team structure and principles of funding distribution.

5.4.1. The SAI transdisciplinary paradigm defines the transdisciplinary, integrative nature of the SAI team/collective, with an approximate variable number of 150, the constant part of which is limited to 110 specialists.

5.4.2. The structural grassroots unit of the SSAI team is its "cells" or "microgroups" (MG), numbering four specialists, divided into two pairs in each MG.

5.4.3. Basic principles of distribution of funding and payment of specialists:

Minimum monthly salary: 1 thousand dollars, 80 thousand rubles.

Average, standard monthly salary: 1.5 thousand dollars, 120 thousand rubles.

Highest, target and temporary monthly salary for chief specialists: programmers, mathematicians, statisticians and analysts: up to 5 thousand dollars, 400 thousand rubles.

Machine calculations fee – 20%, 800 thousand rubles, $1 million.

5.4.4. The main principle of personnel selection in the MG is the abilities, not the experience of the applicant, which are determined by the MG leaders and chief specialists. An “Agreement” is concluded with each MG member for a period of employment.

         5.4.5. Permanent MGs and the number of their specialists:

1. MG. SSAI managers, 4: CEO, financier, lawyer, secretary.

2. MG. Theoretical analysts, 4: determined in the end.

3. MG. Macrosociologists and macroeconomists, 4, 2 each, determined in the end.

4. Eight microgroups of statisticians, 4 x 8 = 32 specialists.

5. Eight microgroups of programmers, 4 x 8 = 32 specialists.

6. Four microgroups of mathematicians, math. statistics + fractals, 4 x 4 = 16 specialists.

7. Four microgroups of IT calculators, 4 x 4 = 16 specialists.

- Total: 108 specialists.

         5.4.6. Temporary MGs of 2-4 specialists each as needed

1. Experts in existing models of generative AI.

2. Social philosophers and macrociologists.

3. Specialists in the Holy Scriptures and publications of world religions.

4. Macroeconomists, financiers and marketers.

5. Psychologists and historians.

6. Lawyers, internationalists and political scientists.

7. Demographers, doctors, teachers.

8. Journalists, publicists and artist-designers.

9. Others, as needed, including publishers, editors, etc.

- Total: 36 specialists. + Spare positions – 6.

         5.4.7. Tests and interviews for personnel selection based o­n priority of abilities.

Each applicant for cooperation in the SSAI must have a higher education in his profile and initial competencies in it, which is determined by his resume and supporting documents. The candidate's innovative abilities will be tested by his or her two-page review of the "Peace Science Primer" (PSP), highlighting the most promising ideas in it, as well as its most important shortcomings from his or her perspective and his or her proposals for overcoming them. An interview is conducted for each review, based o­n the results of which a decision is made o­n accepting the candidate as a member of the SSAI staff or rejecting him or her.

         5.4.8. After the SSAI staff first half has been recruited, they will undergo initial training o­n the topic: "Introduction to Peace Science, Spheral Thinking and its SAI" based o­n the PSP for two weeks o­nline via ZOOM or in another convenient way. As the other half of the SSAI staff is recruited, they will undergo similar introductory training. In the future, other webinars and conferences may be organized for the SSAI staff educational purposes.

         5.4.9. We are paying special attention to the organization of the SSAI and the training of its personnel in view of the possible failure of our attempts to launch it, so that new and interested world citizens and peacemakers of the younger generation in the Peace Science and its SAI can continue it.

6. The answer to the key question of our time,

posed by Einstein 70 years ago

         Figure 13 above fundamentally expresses the MAD nuclear civilization reality of disciplinary «progress» during 80 years. This deadly reality re-poses the key question of this civilization, brilliantly formulated by Einstein and updated by 70 years of "flourishing" of its MAD after Einstein.

         A scientific, verified answer to this question is given by the holistic, "substantially new thinking" of the Peace Science together with its SAI, the scientific superiority of both is briefly presented in our Primer. Humanity, without this science and its SAI, will cognitively drown in disciplinary militaristic thinking irrevocably. There are o­nly 89 seconds left o­n the Doomsday Clock...

Spheral AI. Scientific Superiority

         We are pleased to send you Paragraph-9 of our Peace Science Primer (PSP) “Spheral Artificial Intelligence (SAI).           Its discussion and approval are o­n May 2-3.

         This is our PSP final paragraph, so it was especially difficult, we had to rewrite and supplement it many times. In this regard, it also turned out to be very long and requires cutting by half. After it, its "Conclusion" will be published, which is being prepared by its three editors-in-chief. Now there is an opportunity to review our PSP book in its entirety and to make final corrections to its first paragraphs, in which meaningful gaps were discovered that will require some more time. But this is justified, since our goal is to achieve, if possible, our PSP highest quality in its extremely compressed format. As they say, "the game is worth the candle" and neither effort nor time is spared for it. This will be the face of our 20-year work.

         Thank you so very much for the final, ninth paragraph o­n the spheral artificial intelligence. It is o­nce more excellent work. I agree and I approve.

           The introductory picture is most impressive and frightening. Einstein helped to introduce a new axil age, as Jaspers called it. Before the War Einstein sent a letter to President Roosevelt, recommending new atomic weapons. At the end of the War, he sent another letter to President Roosevelt recommending not using those new atomic weapons. Later o­n Einstein also rediscovered again his Jewish religion, the Religion of Sublimity, which he had lost for some time distracted by quantum physics. Great music brought Einstein back to religion.

         Unfortunately, the atomic bombs were used anyway. President Roosevelt may not have received Einstein's second letter before his death.

         Thus. Ever since Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the danger of atomic warfare has been with us. The devil is out of the bottle. It is hard to put him back. Can our peace science put him back?

        A Catholic army chaplain even blessed the first two atomic bombs with holy water.

President Trump promised peace in the Ukraine o­n the first day of his administration. 100 days of his Administration have passed and there is still war in the Ukraine as well as in Palestine.

         I hope our nine paragraphs will contribute to peace in both locations and others. If that would be the case, that would be the most convincing argument for our peace science.

         We are in the process of founding a Center of Humanistic Peace Research, the purpose of which would be to explore the causes of present wars, in order to remove those causes. We have asked businessmen in the USA and in Europe for donations. Donations came, but not from businessmen. Wars are too profitable. Our argument for peace must be stronger scientifically and as a matter of motivation than the hunger for profit. Let's hope that will be the case!

Update and preparation for the 80th Anniversary of Victory

         We are pleased to send you a small, +1-page, update of Paragraph-9 for our "Peace Science Primer" (PSP) in two languages, which is published in English here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1259

         Its updates: Fig. 13 and its Commentary, + 2.13 + 3, texts in red. Now it will be easier to shorten it, since a cross-cutting, extremely relevant today for life/peace leitmotif of the extreme danger of nuclear weapons and the West nuclear civilization that cherishes them has been defined (Fig. 13) as the PSP highest incentive today.
