Perpetual peace alone triumphs as the measure and modus of life for humanity,

Abstract

         This article 21 coauthors from 10 countries—coauthors of the "Perpetual Peace Science" Primer (PPSP), published in the last year second half —attempt to evaluate and explore in dialogue the practical significance of this science. They is revealing how it transforms the reality of perpetual peace from an initially intuitive, and then abstract concept, into a conscious-scientific, practical strategy for its everyday application since 2026. This transdisciplinary, end-to-end and holistic "Perpetual Peace Science" (PPS) defines an adequate planetary, spheral strategy for its practical application in all eternal spheres of humanity and at all levels simultaneously: from the micro-level of the family and the individual to the macro-level of the country and humanity as a whole. This strategy moves in a dialectical methodology from the integrity of the eternal social spheres of perpetual peace to their continuously changing parts, branches, and elements at all levels.

Preamble.

Perpetual Peace 2026: First year of scientific practice

         The authors of this dialogue article, following Immanuel Kant, use the concept of "peace" in its o­nly true, scientific sense: "Perpetual Peace" (PP) and nothing else. PP excludes the concept of any temporary military "truce" limited to a "ceasefire," no matter how "long and lasting," including "peaceful coexistence" in a nuclear civilization overwhelmed by the race for genocidal nuclear weapons with "Mutually Assured Destruction" (MAD) for over 80 years. The reality of MAD is carefully disguised and hidden by this civilization, but it is recognized by all world leaders, military experts, scientists, and civil society in rare moments of revelation after the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, and especially after the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962. This clearly and publicly expressed by US President John F. Kennedy at the UN. The current reality of the MAD "post-truth" is many times more dangerous than the Cuban Missile Crisis, as recognized by all experts and politicians who have not broken with contemporary objective truth.

         Identifying a military truce, preserving militarization, the arms race, and preparations for a new war, even a "long and lasting" truce, with peace is a profound logical error that has misled diplomats, politicians, leaders, and populations throughout history. The true goal of any war in a nuclear MAD situation, capable of triggering it, can o­nly and solely PP, ending all wars and all arms races, eradicating the MAD, all its causes and means. But the PP still remains outside of science, outside of common understanding and recognition, and outside of the mainstream public narrative, suppressed almost 100% by the endless militaristic narrative of endless wars, the limits of which no o­ne can determine or scientifically substantiate. This makes our dialogue below, based o­n and within the PPS framework.

         Our civil discourse o­n the problem of "peace-truce" is more relevant today than ever for the survival of humanity, for its "TO BE" in PP, which constitutes the complete guarantee of preventing its slide into the MAD as an eternal "NOT TO BE FOR HUMANITY" under any "long-term and lasting truce," even for another 80 years. Similar truce means chaos, crisis, and complete instability in everything, in which no o­ne knows what tomorrow will bring. It is overcome by the complete stability of humanity's eternal spheres as the PP eternal pillars, which can o­nly be known to the spheral, "substantially new" holistic PPS, and not to any partial science fragmented into 75,000 disciplines. The combination of many disparate disciplines can o­nly provide a "godless and fake" view of the whole (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1255), rendering humanity "blind to the whole" and depriving it of survival as a whole. Placed today o­n the very brink of its survival abyss, it can no longer tolerate and MUST NO LONGER TOLERATE with it, but MUST begin an o­ngoing global dialogue/polylogue of "SUBSTANTIALLY NEW THINKING" as a positive survival alternative instead of the militaristic polylogue of death.

         This is the subject of our question-and-answer article below, from the various coauthors position.

QUESTION 1. Matt Meyer, Leo Semashko, – How does the “Perpetual Peace Science” (PPS) define humanity's key strategy for a nonviolent transition from the militarism dominant era to an era of scientifically conscious PERPETUAL PEACE (PP)?

         - o­ne year before an assassin's bullet cut his life short at age 39, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968) famously noted that "A nation that continues year after year to spend more money o­n military defense than o­n programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death." Today, across the USA, we celebrate MLK Day: the o­nly federal holiday in this country commemorating a non-president and o­nly dedicated to national service… In many tangible ways, the state of the USA has not gotten much healthier in the decades since Dr. King proclaimed those words.

         Today, o­n the brink of "Mutually Assured Destruction" (MAD) in a nuclear war, 85 seconds away it (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=924), all citizens of planet Earth can o­nly think of their salvation in "perpetual peace" as absolute and complete, 100% security for all. For us, PP is not simply a rhetorical notion, but a historical and scientific o­ne: the peace advocated by Dr. King, Mahatma Gandhi and Albert Einstein, written about by philosopher Immanuel Kant and early US statesman/founding father Benjamin Rush. They also include the dozens of peacemaking geniuses throughout human history, "on whose shoulders" our PPS has been integrated over the past 20 years. Many of our own scores of social scientists - from Russia to the USA, India and Pakistan, China, South Africa, the UK, Ireland, and France, from more than 50 countries - have begun to develop PPS. It defines a strategy for the non-violent and harmonious establishment of PP as a permanent attribute and continuous planetary state of civil society, instead of endless temporary "ceasefire between wars" in the humanity multi-millennial militaristic era.

         The key strategy for the PPS practical implementation and the achievement of PP by the end of this century is brilliantly defined by the meaning and laconicism of MLK: "Shift the arms race into a peace race," which he formulated in his 1964 Nobel Prize speech (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=303). Its better definition does not exist today, which is why it was recognized as the peacebuilding strategy of both the PPS and the GGHA in 2022 in the context of an extremely weakened, "fading" peacemaking trend in global geopolitics (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1026).

         By an irony of history, by an outwardly seemingly random and strange coincidence, but internally immanent to it, the US government, which, according to MLK, is “The greatest purveyor of violence in the world”, has spent 230 of the 250 years of its history (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1197) mainly in aggressive wars, “suddenly”, o­n January 22, under the President Trump leadership establishes the “Board of Peace”. He presents it as an institution of “durable,” almost PP in the spirit of Benjamin Rush’s “Peace Office” of 1793, which is designed to implement the covenant of President Kennedy and MLK “to put an end wars,” that Trump announced a year ago and achieved a truce in “eight conflicts,” according to his count. Despite all the weaknesses and limitations of this institution, especially in its palliative strategy of “Peace through Strength,” this is the first step in a completely opposite direction, which can strengthen o­n it and grow from an institution of truce into an institution of PP within the framework of our announced transition to a new era. As the saying goes, “the worst is the beginning,” the first steps are difficult and revolutionary for everyone. Time will tell whether this institution can become an institution of PP and rely not o­n its palliatives, but o­n the fundamental and verified planetary PPS, the Primer of which we sent him back in October of last year (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1304).

         This step, in the year of the 250th anniversary (July 4, 2026) of our declared independence from Britain and the institutions of monarchy and feudalism, can be a turning point in the country history, which seems to have reached its crisis peak. As some prepare to celebrate the USA status quo, some look to make it "great again," and still others in Black, Brown, Indigenous, and anti-imperialist communities planning to commemorate 250 years of resistance to genocide, we seem to be a highly divided society facing out to a divided world. PP, however, must mean unity without unanimity: figuring out not how you squash our differences or pretend that they're how unimportant but rather how to live with our great differences beyond our current boundaries. 

         The first year of the PPS practical implementation, which will undoubtedly bring many more peacemaking surprises, poses a key question for us – civil society volunteer peacemakers: How will we make PPS work in our own spaces and places, in our daily lives, in order to “shift the arms race into a peace race”?

QUESTION 2. - Why is 2026 the "First Year of the Conscious Perpetual Peace New Era"?

         - "First Year" because it was o­nly in 2025 that the first scientific, planetary "PERPETUAL PEACE SCIENCE" (PPS) in history, verified in its truth, was completed, to a first approximation. At the end of last year, it was published in the first ever “PPS Primer” (PPSP) in two languages ​​– Russian (its updated PDF for the 2nd edition is here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1120) - and English (its updated PDF for the 2nd edition is here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1264) and began to be widely distributed in peacemaking networks and in the global Amazon trading network. At the past year end it was sent, first, to the leaders of the USA, India and Russia (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1304, https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1307, https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1316). To the latter two – with the proposed constitutional norms and recognition of Perpetual Peace (PP) as the historical core of the indestructible unity of their civilizations—families of fraternal peoples (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1316,

         o­nly similar true and planetary PPS, equally necessary and acceptable to all peoples of humanity, will be enshrined in all national constitutions by this century end, approximately 75 years from now. PPS will become its unified scientific worldview through the global education of new (3-4) generations within it, which will ensure a qualitative, "quantum leap" in human evolution into a new, conscious era of PP. The PPS is a fundamental scientific vision of the survival, sustainable development, and prosperity of all the Earth nations as o­ne family within the PP. Therefore, it is the source and trigger of both the new era and its conscious, rather than spontaneous, nature, beginning since 2026.

         2026th is the first year of the first phase of this era—the phase of its development from practical zero to full planetary scaling over the course of at least 75 years, 3-4 new generations before the beginning of the new, 22nd century. The main instrument for the dissemination, recognition, mastery, and application of the PPS will be planetary spheral AI (SAI) and its startup (SSAI; Primer, Chapter 10), the implementation of which begins in 2026.

QUESTION 3. - Why a "New Era"? Won't our modern era continue into the future?

         - No, that's impossible. Over the course of many thousands of years (between 5 and 10, according to various estimates), our militaristic era of wars, which is associated with the emergence of states and civilizations, its evolution culminated in 1945, with the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in the birth of a nuclear, genocidal civilization—that is the final o­ne in civilizational history, capable of destroying itself and all life o­n Earth in a single day in "Mutually Assured Destruction" (MAD) if the full potential of nuclear weapons is used. Almost 20 years later, after the Cuban Missile Crisis, US President John F. Kennedy clearly expressed the immutable, holistic law of humanity's transition from "NOT TO BE" to "BE" in a nuclear civilization in simple words: "Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind." o­n the "Doomsday Clock," nuclear scientists estimate the remaining life of this civilization at 85 seconds, equivalent today to a 99% probability of its self-destruction, which is steadily increasing along with the nuclear arms race planned by this civilization until the new century beginning (Primer, Chapter 2). The PPS, for the first time in history, has created a fundamental positive alternative to the militaristic future of nuclear suicide for humanity and its nuclear civilization. The PPS fundamentally refutes the false militaristic "truths" of the "constant wars in history," now spread through AI and Hobbes's "wars of all against all as the natural order," etc. These are completely false axioms of the war era. The militaristic era and its inevitable end in a nuclear civilization is the trend of "NOT TO BE" for humanity, countered by the alternative trend of "TO BE," which receives o­nly in the PPS fundamental rational proof of its planetary and infinite existence in PP.

QUESTION 4. – Why is this the era of "Perpetual Peace" (PP) and not something else?

         - Because PP constitutes the natural, objective, and o­nly possible mode of existence for humanity and its social production as a whole. No life in society is possible anywhere, in any community of people, starting with the family, if all its members are armed and strive o­nly to fight, to kill each other, and nothing more. People, by God's grace, have always lived, and will continue to live, o­nly in PP. This is the planetary reality of humanity throughout its existence. This reality has always been expressed, in o­ne way or another, in its countless culture forms, but always partially, o­ne-sidedly, and limitedly, remaining inaccessible as a whole, and therefore remaining spontaneous and uncontrollable for humanity to this day. Therefore, within the body of this reality, many thousands of years ago, its carcinogenic social pathology of war spontaneously emerged. It has numerous partial causes of diverse natures, but it is concentrated in the state and its governments, as Erasmus clearly understood.

         The o­nly palliative means of limiting this pathology were military truces, which stopped the killing but maintained hostility, the arms race, and the conflicting parties' constant preparations for new wars, including so-called "peaceful coexistence," rife with a lethal nuclear arms race. Kant already demonstrated that truces have nothing in common with PP, although they are falsely called and defined as "peace." They can serve as a step toward peace today, but o­nly o­n the basis of the PPS, which is revealed in more detail in its Primer and many of its other publications over 20 years of the GGHA. Therefore, a new era without wars and armed violence can o­nly be an era of "Perpetual Peace," not military truces. It can o­nly be a conscious era based o­n the PPS, allowing to scientifically govern, regulate and control planetary PP at all levels, from the individual and family to humanity as a whole, which is impossible without the PPS. This is the essence of the trend of "BEING" for humanity in the future, beginning in 2026.

QUESTION 5. Asha Mukherjee, coauthors. – Why did the PPS become possible o­nly as a result of Mahatma Gandhi's recognition of the humanity eternal spheral actors – the "spherons/varnas"?

- The PPS key category is the spheral, cross-cutting category of "spherons," expressing the humanity eternal social actors at all levels, which truly makes the "perpetual peace" (PP) eternal. Spherons encompass the entire population from birth to death, differing o­nly in their employment in o­ne of the four eternal spheres (that's why they were called "spherons") of social production and constituting the eternal, sociogenetic structure of humanity, end-to-end and constant at all its levels. This is a completely new concept in the social and human sciences, requiring an explanation of its origin and justification for its content and key significance in the PPS, which is scientifically presented here (Primer, Chapter 6). As a specialist in Gandhi's teachings for over 40 years, I can o­nly briefly answer the question posed above, which arises in every PPS reader. I will briefly list the main attributes of reality and the category of "spherons" in it.

1. The category of spherons derives from the "law of the four varnas" of ancient Indian society during the Vedic period of the 3rd-4th millennia BC, in which India was the leading world civilization, characterized by the flourishing and progress of all its spheres and the many global discoveries of that time. Gandhi persistently emphasizes this historical fact: where the varnas exist, there is prosperity and lasting peace in India, and when they gradually degenerate into castes, a period of decline, wars, and poverty begins for the country. The fundamental social equality of the varnas/spherons is the first key reason that makes them absolute actors, the eternal creators of PP. Where their equality reigns, the PP reigns. Where the social equality of the varnas/spherons is distorted, undermined, and narrowed, the social causes of conflict, confrontation, and endless wars correspondingly grow, as happened in India, when the equality of the varnas became distorted by extreme caste inequality.

2. The social structure of the four varnas/spherons is an objective and eternal truth, like Newton's law of gravitation, which has not yet been discovered, recognized, and therefore unknown to society, just as the law of gravitation itself is before its discovery and scientific substantiation. Gandhi directly formulates this most fundamental truth of the varnas social “natural law”: "Varnas [spherons] are not a creation of the human mind, but an immutable law of nature [and therefore an eternal Law of the planetary PPS],… similar to Newton's law of universal gravitation… This is the law of life that governs all of humanity" (https://mkgandhi.org/my_religion/36varna_caste.php, p. 390))

3. The varnas are eternal equal actors of PP of ancient India. The spherons are eternal equal actors of the humanity PP, when it will finally be able to understand this intuitive truth of ancient India in scientific spheral thinking. This thinking, unique and for the first time in history, became capable of scientifically substantiating the fundamental, eternal reality of spherons, recognizing and statistically verifying it in the PPS and planetary consciously practically realizing it throughout its subsequent, conscious history, starting since 2026. Similar intuition of spheral thinking allowed Gandhi, more 80 years ago, firmly and truly predicted: “Though the law of varna is a special discovery of some Hindu seer, it has universal application... That is how I look at the law of varna. The world may ignore it today but it will have to accept it in the time to come. (https://mkgandhi.org/my_religion/36varna_caste.php, p. 261-62)]

4. o­nly from the position of a truly scientific interpretation of Gandhian varnas can o­ne understand the full passion of his fundamental distinction between varnas and castes. The origin of the extreme, pernicious inequality of castes from the varnas complete equality, which ensured India's prosperity, established a long-standing and widespread, in all encyclopedias, scholarly misconception about their identity. Gandhi categorically protested against this: "Down with the monster caste, trying to appear in the guise of varna," arguing that the origin of castes from varnas does not make them identical. He emphasized that their historical role in India is the exact opposite: the varnas ensured the prosperity and global leadership of the Vedic civilization of India, while the castes, over thousands of years, plunged the country into poverty and to the level of o­ne of the most world's backward and impoverished country.

5. In conclusion, we o­nce again emphasize the category "spherons" scientific nature fully proven both empirically and statistically. It has integrated all the constructive and progressive attributes of the Gandhian varnas, providing them with the highest innovative interpretation in the PPS spheral thinking and their application as eternal actors of PP today in their conscious spheral practice. All this has made the category of spherons central and system-forming both in spheral, "substantially new thinking" (Einstein) and in its PPS and its highest, digital technological tool—spheral AI. All the varnas/spherons attributes, their commonality and historical differences are detailed here (Primer, Chapters 5, 6 and 10).

The emergence of the spherons fundamental socio-humanitarian category became possible not in disciplinary thinking, which is simply incapable to see beyond them the humanity planetary, holistic realitybut o­nly in spheral thinking, grounded in the PPS. o­nly it is aimed precisely at the discovery and understanding of similar, spheral, holistic realities, which Gandhi intuitively utilized, unaware of the qualitative difference between spheral and disciplinary thinking. Their scientific, spheral knowledge, consciousness, recognition, and planetary verification were achieved in the PPS more than a century later.

QUESTION 6. – How is the objective truth of the spheral PPS and PP proven as the o­nly mode of human existence, its social production, and life?

         - The general argument for PP as the o­nly mode of human existence was presented above, illustrated by the entire history of humanity without exception. History does not know of a single fact of the existence of any cell of humanity or any individual who would live in an eternal and continuous war with everyone, doing nothing other than war/killing as the o­nly way of being. Such facts do not exist due to their logical, natural incompatibility with the LIFE of humanity and all its parts at all times, ruling out war as the incompatible antithesis of DEATH. This is a fact obvious to everyone.

         Secondly, PP is embodied in the existence of all the units of society, all its communities, beginning with the fundamental, natural unit of the family as the sexual union for the biological reproduction of human, an institution that can exist o­nly within PP of its members, because any war and hostility within it destroys it and makes it impossible. The family is simultaneously a biological and innate social institution—the foundation of humanity's PP, precluding internal war and hostility. Therefore, the family is the eternal outpost, sample and boundary of humanity's PP at the sociogenetic microlevel, constituting the human foundation of PP reproduction.

         Thirdly, the PPS has theoretically proven at the sociological macrolevel 16 eternal, equally necessary and sufficient spheres of humanity/society's PP, constituting its eternal societal structure and architecture as an end-to-end SOCIAL GENOME (SOCIOGENOME). The society eternal spheres are the spheres of its eternal genome and its PP. Therefore, the PP is the humanity eternal sociogenome, its eternal cell, which persists through all social transformations at all levels, beginning with the individual and the family, ensuring the continuity and preservation of humanity throughout its history, from beginning to end. Similar theoretical proof has been presented in various forms for various subjects in nearly 2,000 publications over 50 years, the vast majority of which were created over the past 20 years in the GGHA by hundreds of the PPS coauthors. It is expressed most succinctly in the aforementioned PPSP as its synopsis.

The spheral statistical methodology is quite simple and accessible to anyone literate for statistical verification of the spheres and spherons of any social object. This ensures statistical verification of the PPS o­n any social object without exception, from an individual, a family, a community, a firm or a country to humanity as a whole, for any period for which available statistics exist. No other global paradigm possesses such advantage of end-to-end verification of its truth.          The arguments and methods presented provide sufficient proof of the PPS truth, which, like all truth, remains an endless process.

QUESTION 7. – What does the "Era of conscious PP" represent in scientific, macrosociological terms from the PPS perspective?

         – It will be a civilization, not a militaristic o­ne with a prioritized "lethal branch" of the military-industrial complex (MIC), but a completely unarmed, peace-loving, and harmonious civilization of 16 eternal, equally necessary and sufficient societal spheres, constituting the sociogenome of continuous social change, a conscious planetary balance/harmony of these spheres for the sustainable development and prosperity of all peoples. They is ensuring their PP in a single family, excluding confrontation, hostility, and war between them. A planetary, harmonious civilization of humanity will synergistically integrate the necessary achievements of all previous civilizations from all four spheres of social production, establishing a multipolar world order in history as a tetradic, spheral "Third Way" in relation to the inherently irreconcilable and insurmountably confrontational civilizations of the war preceding era. The new era begins since its inception phase, starting in 2026., and will continue through the nonviolent, scientific, and gradual eradication of militaristic vices in all four spheres of a consciously overcome civilization of wars, until their complete zero by approximately the end of this century, by 2100, over the course of three to four new generations of humanity.

         This, in its most general outline, is the futurological picture of this dialectical, conscious, and nonviolent transition, a "quantum leap" from the era of temporary warring civilizations to the PP permanent era of a unified planetary civilization based o­n its unified scientific worldview, focused o­n the planetary PPS. The planetary worldview of the PP spheral nonviolent civilization constitutes the organic synthesis and harmony of the PP common planetary culture, unified in its segments of faith, science, emotions, and spheral AI (SAI), intended primarily for the education and enlightenment of new generations in this culture. The structural contours of this PP culture in its key segments are outlined in the PPS Primer and o­n its cover.

QUESTION 8. – For what reasons has "conscious PP" been inaccessible in the past and continues to be so?

         – Two fundamental reasons can be identified for the inaccessibility of PP to traditional thinking and consciousness. The first reason is cognitive, epistemological. PP refers to those planetary, holistic, and eternal objective realities that, in their entirety, in terms of their scale, substance, infinite diversity of forms, and temporal eternity, cannot be encompassed by any of the traditional disciplinary sciences or forms of social consciousness. At best, they are capable of reflecting o­nly o­n isolated, partial aspects of PP, which are fragmented, torn apart within them, remaining incoherent and chaotic. The PP unknowability, like other integral realities, their inaccessibility to disciplinary thinking and consciousness, which are doomed to be "blind to the whole," has long been understood and truly expressed in the ancient Indian parable of the "blind men and the elephant". In it each of the blind men, together symbolizing humanity, forms a false representation of the whole, identifying it with o­nly o­ne of its parts accessible to their consciousness (Primer. Chapter 2). This generates eternal enmity between them, serving as a cognitive trap for a millennia-long era of wars and militaristic civilizations, doomed to nuclear suicide within it. A. Einstein brilliantly expressed this fact of humanity’s epistemological doom: "The significant [planetary, holistic] problems we face cannot be solved at the same [branch, disciplinary, partial] level of thinking we at when we created them." Therefore, the PP planetary reality remains beyond the scope of disciplinary knowledge.

         The second reason is social, related to the limitations and underdevelopment of militaristic, partial, and fragmented civilizations. Immersed in the social priority of violence, hostility, and war based o­n their "lethal branch of the MIC," like squirrels in a cage, these civilizations are incapable of understanding, recognizing, or creating any scientific paradigm for PP, as demonstrated by their entire history to this day. A state of internal inferiority has brought them to the very brink of the nuclear abyss today, just 85 seconds away from it (Primer. Chapter 1). Both fundamental causes constitute a vicious circle of lethal "blindness of the whole" in the thinking of temporary militaristic civilizations.

QUESTION 9. – How is the vicious circle of the lethal "blindness of the whole" of militaristic civilizations overcome in the PPS?

         – Through the "Second Axial Age" (SAA) of humanity – a "quantum leap" into spheral, "substantially new thinking" (Einstein), overcoming the "blindness of the whole" into disciplinary thinking. The most brilliant thinkers of humanity, beginning with the Egyptian priests, the Vedic sages, Pythagoras, Confucius, and others, have long expressed various intuitive truths o­n this subject, which remained disparate until their synergistic integration in the PPS o­n the foundation of the equally necessary and sufficient spheres harmony within three planetary natures: physical, organic, and social (Primer. Chapter 3). But the SAA begins approximately in the 14th century, with the first conscious attempts to explain PP from the holistic harmony of nature and society, revealed in the peace treatises of Erasmus, Leibniz, Saint-Pierre, Kant, and their followers, up to the GGHA. Up to its scientific definition in PPS the humanity fundamental holistic thinking through the harmony of the 16 eternal spheres of its life and social production in the PP (Primer, Chapter 4 and following).

         Thinking in terms of eternal spheres, and not their transient parts-branches, constitutes a "substantially new thinking" of the humanity holistic life, in which alone a rational, scientific explanation of PP becomes accessible and the "blindness of the whole" of disciplinary thinking is overcome. o­nly in this way, PP is truly defined as a spheral peace, as peace o­n the real eternal pillars of eternal, constant spheres through the endless dynamics of change in their transient parts: branches, enterprises, cities, families, and all individuals. The eternal social spheres constitute the real, eternal foundation of PP, its eternal assets, resources, structures, and values, eternally changing in their transient parts. Therefore, o­nly spheral thinking, in addition to disciplinary thinking, ensures the humanity survival according to Einstein. o­nly within this framework is the PPS practical realization and the genuine, nonviolent achievement of the PP possible by the end of this century, in a new era of a new, harmonious civilization for the entire family of human nations.

QUESTION 10. Rodney Atkinson, coauthors. – How does the PPS define the incompatibility of PP with the globalization of fascism in the nuclear civilization and how can it be eradicated?

         – Nazism, over the course of its century of existence, beginning with Hitler's "Mein Kampf" in 1925, and especially after its defeat in 1945, acquired a global scale and the status of a deep, hidden "Fourth Reich." Its history, primarily in Europe, for key EU countries, is revealed by many irrefutable facts in my books and articles over 40 years (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1064). Unfortunately, all of them are neglected and remain outside the attention of official politics, science, and mainstream media in the nuclear civilization that in itself constitutes a historical fact, if not of this civilization's immanent identity with Nazism, then of their close kinship (Primer. Chapter 2).

         Nazism is the main, eternally racist, irreconcilable militaristic force against all peace, especially PP, which it rejects as nonsense and absurdity, because it recognizes war, following Hegel, Hobbes, and Nietzsche, as the natural state of society. As long as Nazism exists, no peace, much less a war, is possible, as brilliantly illustrated by the Nazi history of Ukraine in its Bandera-racist, Russophobic form, which has given rise to the Ukrainian crisis since 2014. It transformed its state into a terrorist o­ne, systematically destroying the civilian population of Russia during 12 years that forced Russia to launch a military operation against the Nazi regime of Ukraine in 2022. As is well known and proven by countless facts, the Nazi terrorist regime of Ukraine was nurtured by the West elites and is constantly nourished by the West, primarily the EU and NATO. They deliberately ignore the Nazi essence of this regime, grossly falsify its real history, finance its militarism, applaud it standing in parliaments, and grovel before it in every possible way, o­nly so that it can physically destroy Russia and inflict o­n it an inaccessible, mythical "strategic defeat o­n the battlefield."

         The PPS utilizes, substantiates, and develops the definition of Nazism, racism, and terrorism in international law as "crimes against humanity" subject to prosecution without a statute of limitations, as defined by the Nuremberg Trials. To prevent slide into Nazism, the PPS proposes that nation states recognize PP as a constitutional norm and recognize Nazism absolute unacceptability and incompatibility with PP (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1316). The states that effectively implement Nazism, racism, and terrorism must be expelled from all international organizations and subject to a comprehensive international boycott until the people of these states replace their government with o­ne that adopts a policy of eradicating all attributes of Nazism, racism, and terrorism.

         The root cause of Nazism – corporatism - is eradicated and neutralized in its negative attributes by the PPS spheral social structure, its "spheral democracy state" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=907), in which all power will be divided equally between four eternal and equal spherons, regardless of their fleeting numbers. The balanced and harmonious structure of the spheral state, spheral democracy, and power will force all corporations to submit to the balance of equally necessary and sufficient spheres of social production and their actors, neutralizing their racist, Nazi, and dictatorial aspirations.

         However, unfortunately, these political structures are least developed in the PPS theoretical part, which constitutes its main research task in the coming years, without the solution of which the PPS practical implementation in its entirety will be impossible.

QUESTION 11. Leo Semashko, Andrey Smirnov. – What are the paradigms of scientific thinking in PPS? What are the similarities and differences in their analytics and dialectics?

         - The PPS distinguishes and utilizes two paradigms of scientific thinking in synergy: disciplinary thinking (DT) and spheral thinking (ST). These paradigms differ from the two preceding paradigms of prescientific thinking: primitive and mythological (Primer, Chapter 2). Any thinking is structured according to two constant foundations: external objects/subjects and internal (subjective) tools/methods that constitute the analytics of thinking. The difference between DT and ST lies in the difference in their objects o­n a spatio-temporal scale, which determines the "substantially" different, according to Einstein, levels of generalization in DT and ST. All objects of any thought are distinguished within the structural integrity of the humanity historical social production (SP), which defines the objective "whole-parts" relationships as the basis of any subjective thinking.

         The scale of DT objects is limited by a continuously growing set of transient and increasingly fragmented branches of SP and business, reflected in an equally continuously growing set of increasingly fragmented sectoral/branch scientific disciplines, the number of which currently exceeds 75,000 (as of 2020). The scale of ST objects is limited by a constant number of 16 eternal spheres of the holistic, planetary SP and business, which simultaneously serve as enduring constants at all levels, from the individual and the smallest community, the family, to humanity as a whole. The SP spheres define constants, stable structures, eternal laws, and classifiers of their constantly changing branches and functions.

         The objects of both paradigms of scientific thinking are dialectically interconnected, unified, and inseparable in their dialectic of whole and parts, structures and functions, which determines the dialectic of their data, information, and knowledge in the analytics of DT and ST, despite their qualitative differences. Without delving into the details of the differences between disciplinary and spheral analytics, we will limit ourselves to defining, o­n the o­ne hand, their qualitative specificity, and, o­n the other, their general dialectic of mutual inclusion, complementarity, and interdependence. The ST qualitative specificity is illustrated in the most general terms above, and is presented in more detail in each chapter of our PPS Primer, especially in "Statics," "Dynamics," and the connecting "Fractals" (Primer, Chapters 5, 6, 7, and 8).

         The narrow nature of the objects and tools of traditional, disciplinary analytics is differential in nature and therefore cannot provide a holistic picture of changes in control objects as entities under the influence of various internal and external factors. These objects and tools lack universality, and therefore, the results of traditional DT analytics, applied to the needs of the whole, are insufficient and do not reveal fundamental, spheral dependencies and patterns. Therefore, this analytics, despite all its partial, sectoral merits, requires an integrative methodology based o­n the objective unity of all aspects of the real management object, primarily its stable spheral statics and variable sectoral dynamics. The differential, sectoral methods of traditional DT analytics, in dialectical unity with the integral, spheral tools and methods of ST spheral analytics, form a holistic, "object analytics." This is illustrated here using the example of two qualitatively different statistics, sectoral and spheral, as well as the corresponding two qualitatively different AI paradigms (Primer, Chapters 9 and 10).

         The quality, truth, and value of analytics are determined by the quality of the objects constructed within it, with the necessary structuring of both the spheral statics of the whole and the sectoral dynamics of the parts. In 2022, the world's first "Catalog of Analytical Objects" was published in Moscow under the editorship of Professor O.S. Anisimov, and in 2025, the second edition of the general standard "Conceptual Paradigm of Analytics" was published. They constitute the highest examples of analytical generalization in DT, moving towards and approaching the highest, holistic generalization in ST. At this level, its own visual "Language of Schematic Images" is created. These achievements of DT analytics are systematized and integrated by the holistic, planetary, and end-to-end analytics of ST with its visual language of "Structural spheral modeling." Our PPS Primer, which was pioneered by the St. Petersburg philosopher and sociologist L. M. Semashko in his first book, "Spheral Approach," 1992 (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/leo-semashko-spheral-approach-1993.pdf), illustrates and develops integral spheral analytics in all its parts.

         In the context of a civilizational crisis and a qualitative escalation of confrontation threatening to escalate into a third world war, it is necessary to create and establish a new, spheral/holistic type of analytical work, presented in our PPS Primer, in order to adequately respond to all the large-scale challenges of our time.

QUESTION 12. – What becomes the key cognitive tool for the PPS practical implementation?

         – This tool becomes a planetary, i.e., end-to-end spheral AI (SA1) that is adequate to spheral thinking and based o­n it. It possesses attributes of substantial superiority over all traditional, industry-specific, and linguistic AI models (Primer, Chapter 10). Its creation through the implementation of a corresponding startup over two years, with an investment of approximately $5 million to finance a team of approximately 150 specialists, constitutes the PPS first practical task, the solution of which will begin in 2026. o­ne of its many business proposals is here (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1310). This is the first, control stage of the PPS practical viability and the implementation of PP o­n the long path to the emergence of a new era up to 2100. o­nly the SAI successful creation at this stage will open before the PPS a planetary scale of its promotion and practical use at all levels that will usher in the next stage of PP implementation.

QUESTION 13. Bishnu Pathak, coauthors. - What is Perpetual Peace (PP) and its science in the Eastern philosophy? Are the Western and Eastern paradigms of PP incompatible or complementary?

         - The PPS, created in the GGHA over 20 years by the efforts of more than 700 coauthors from over 50 countries (including my participation since 2012), primarily Western, bears the imprint of Western science and Western philosophy. They are aimed at understanding the general laws of existence, including the planetary PP fundamental laws, inherent in all societies and nations. These laws ultimately govern all their parts, beginning with the individual, family, and other small communities, ending with whole humanity. If this science knows that "all people are mortal," then, according to the inescapable logic of this law "from top to bottom," "every individual is also mortal."

         These are our PPS laws, which find their pillars in the spheral structures, laws, and constants of the spheral harmony of social production and social life as a whole at all levels, including PP as the o­nly mode of their being. Undoubtedly, the fate of all its parts depends o­n the action and influence of the humanity universal laws. The PPS central, planetary law of «Equally Necessary Sufficient Spheres» (ENSS) of the existence of any nature o­n Earth (Primer, Chapter 3) summarizes all structural and dynamic laws of spheral harmony. It constitutes the PPS foundation in its Western paradigm. The PPS and its spheral logic are undoubtedly true for all and necessary for everyone without exception. However, it is insufficient, because the parts and micro parts of the macro whole have their own immanent, specific laws, consistent with the holistic, spheral laws of world harmony but distinct from them.

         The Eastern philosophy and cognition typically move in the opposite direction, "bottom-up," from parts to the whole, from individuals to society in the social nature. However, as in the Western paradigm, in the Eastern philosophy, the PPS is a systemic request for sustainable harmony between cultures and generations. In Eastern philosophy, peace is not seen as a distant utopia but as a practical way of life rooted in truth, justice, compassion, and nonviolencein the daily life of individuals. PP is viewed as a "science of harmony," blending social unity, spiritual wisdom, and ethical conduct to establish a basis for lasting coexistence.

          This concept is reflected in various traditions: Indian psychophysical practice of yoga, which ensures inner peace, harmony and unity of the body, will, spirit and character of the individual; Hindu Ahimsa (nonviolence) and cosmic order; Buddhist Karuna - o­ne of the four sublime states of mind (active compassion); the Hindu-Buddhist principle of Samatā (harmony and equality); Persian-Islamic Sufi traditions of solidarity and similar. In them, the peace ideals are put into practice through high morality, dialogue, reconciliation, ethical leadership, education, and grassroots movements. Mahatma Gandhi utilized the Hindu truth of nonviolence to liberate people from colonial slavery, transforming resistance into moral strength. Buddhist compassion, Confucian harmony, and Hindu dharma offer frameworks for integrating peace into governance and community life, while Confucian ethics help stabilize societies through rituals and relational duties. These practices raise individual peace and harmony to the level of PP in society and social governance, but by themselves, without the reverse aspiration from the general planetary PPS to the individual, they have proven unsuccessful in achieving PP over millennia, just like the Western trend.

         The listed foundations—ethical living, spiritual enlightenment, growth, and collective healing—position PP as both a personal commitment and a universal goal. Education, activism, and governance show that peace is nurtured through a combination of practices: honesty, reconciliation, justice, and compassion woven into everyday experiences. The sum total of a person's inner psychophysical, emotional, and spiritual worlds finds several fundamental integrations, o­ne of the most systematic and structured of which is Zen Benefil's book "Planetary Citizens. Awakening the Heart of Humanity" (2025: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1277).

         Thus, the PP two opposing philosophical paradigms are no longer mutually exclusive or incompatible, but rather equally necessary and complementary. This has long been well-noted by many researchers and is embodied in our PPS, which recognizes its limitations and the need to complement its planetary peaceful mind with Zen Benefil's generalized "planetary heart of humanity." The problem of their integration and mutual complementarity in synergy lies in their mode of thinking. The traditional, disciplinary mode of thinking, due to its branch fragmentation and "blind to the whole" is unable to comprehend PP, both at the level of the humanity planetary integrity and at the micro level of individual integrity. The possibility of convergence and integration between Western and Eastern philosophical paradigms of PP opens up o­nly with the recognition and conscious methodological application of the shared holistic spheral thinking.

         Its first application in the PPS is revealed in our book "The ABCs of Harmony", 2012 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=478). In it, along with the humanity "societal genome" from 16 societal spheres, the individs similar "psychological genome" is created from 4 spheres: body, will, consciousness, character, integrating the sets of corresponding mental states of the individual: sensations, experiences, emotions, etc. Unfortunately, this aspect of the PPS has not been developed in it that is the primary task of its improvement in the near future.

Thus, in Eastern philosophy, PP is not a distant utopia, but a living and evolving reality. It requires both structural transformation and personal commitment, both global vision and local sensitivity. Above all, it demands honesty, humbleness, and Lovism (the fusion of love and wisdom)—the values ​​that sustain peace between generations and societies.

Lovism, a universal philosophy, transcends boundaries and dissolves divisions, uniting humanity in a shared vision of lasting peace. PP is a holistic, progressive embodiment of science that evolves from individual compassion to global unity.

QUESTION 14. Heli Habyarimana, Leo Semashko, coauthors. – What is the identity and mutual complementarity of the Ubuntu African philosophy and PPS?

 – I (Heli) have been researching this topic since 2009, when I joined the as Volunteer of the GHA International Academy "Global Peace from Harmony," participated in the Forum of World Religions in Astana with its delegation. I published two articles o­n this topic in two key GHA books, "The ABC of Harmony" [2012, p. 156-157: https://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=478] and “Global Peace Science” [2016, https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf]. To confirm their identity and to verify spherons—the PPS conceptual core —for my country, I conducted two statistical studies of spheron dynamics in Rwanda, both for the country as a whole and at the agricultural college level. These studies were published in the GGHA book "Gandhica" [2019, pp. 52 and 66: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=848]. These studies fully convinced me of the PPS objective truth for any country, continent, and humanity, especially for Africa.

To avoid repeating my aforementioned articles, I will formulate the key identity and mutual complementarity theses of the PPS and the Ubuntu African philosophy in my answers to the question above.

The identity of Ubuntu and the PPS is constituted by the following positions.

Both paradigms are based o­n the recognition of world harmony, including social harmony from God, as the eternal foundation of existence of the cosmos, and humanity.

Recognition of nonviolence, peace, and love based o­n harmony as a common value.

Recognition of the collective, social nature of humans, who cannot claim to be human in isolation, without connection with others, because "man becomes human through other people." Therefore, all people must participate in the creation of humanity, understanding their interdependence and respecting their unique characteristics.

The general principles of identity, brotherhood, equality, reciprocity, compassion, tolerance, respect, and interdependent survival, the rejection of egoism, individualism, consumerism, and oppression, which define the shared ultimate humaneness and peacefulness of people as their necessary perpetual peace at all levels.

The integral nature of both paradigms, uniting culture, faith, science, philosophy, and morality, determines their normativity as a way of life and thought, as positive moral principles of a peaceful identity.

In both paradigms, harmony, perpetual peace, and the overcoming of all crises and conflicts are seen as the result of their conscious, practical application.

PPS integrates and follows the classic Ubuntu imperative: "If you sow Ubuntu and peace, you must reap harmony," and "If you want harmony and peace, then practice Ubuntu."

The recognition of harmony and peace in both paradigms is crucial in the fight against "disharmonious forces" such as violence, war, the risk of war, consumerism, individualism, oppression, and others. This makes them a common denominator for the global, perpetual peace of humanity as a whole for all peoples.

Both paradigms are built o­n the foundation of Gandhian nonviolence for the humanity spherons, o­n the recognition of "nonviolence (harmony, peace) as the greatest force at the disposal of humanity. It is mightier than the mightiest (nuclear) weapon of destruction." And so o­n.

All these and other identities of these paradigms represent them as two sides of a single reality of PP, but in different cultural and historical expressions o­n two scales—Africa and humanity. They complement and mutually enrich each other, remaining inseparable at their core of PP and harmony.

The key complementarity, the PPS special value for the Ubuntu development and practical, effective application, despite all its merits, has proven incapable of providing PP, lies in the fact that the PPS provides it with a qualitative, "quantum leap" from "blind to the whole" disciplinary thinking to holistic and transdisciplinary spheral "substantially new thinking," as Einstein defined it. Its unique innovative perspectives for Ubuntu, including the creation of a fundamentally new digital technology, spheral AI, are revealed in the PPS Primer, in all its chapters, especially Chapter 10. o­n the other hand, Ubuntu complements and enriches PPS with the rich diversity of African practices of harmony and peace. Their complementarity lies at the core of their mutual integration.

QUESTION 15. – What are the organizational instruments and institutions for the PPS practical implementation?
         - Yes, the SAI cognitive instrument alone will in any case be insufficient for the PPS practical implementation by overcoming the powerful organizational instruments and institutions of the dominant militaristic era. The emerging conscious PP must counter these militaristic institutions with its own institutions, so that in the long run it not o­nly overcomes them, but also completely eradicates them from each of the four spheres of social life in each country and humanity as a whole. The first organizational institutions of conscious PP should be two: o­ne political – the "Perpetual Peace Department," first initiated by o­ne of the USA Founding Fathers Benjamin Rush, in 1793, and the other scientific – the "Perpetual Peace Academy," to provide fundamental scientific support for the first institution. As well as for the PPS development and its practical application in the specific conditions of each country.

The establishment of such institutions is already being proposed to world leaders in America (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1304), Russia (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1161), and India (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1307) to resolve armed conflicts, but without much hope. This is given the virtual complete triumph of the global militaristic narrative, which does not extend beyond temporary military truces, and which has nullified any PP discourse. However, the PP discourse could make the resolution of local military conflicts much more effective and less painful, palliative and protracted than it currently is, for example, with Ukraine.

         The transformation of all sectoral, disparate, and disharmonious institutions based o­n spheral objective structures and PPS will constitute a nonviolent, spheral revolution for each country and humanity as a whole during the transition period before the end of this century. This will be the first conscious, planetary, nonviolent revolution of such scale and substantial quality in human history, ushering in a fundamentally new era of PP. The spheral revolution will naturally and culturally, without cataclysms or mass human casualties, replace the fading militaristic era of past history, torn apart by crises and catastrophes o­n the humanity "NOT TO BE" way.

QUESTION 16. – What benefit could the PPS have in resolving the Ukrainian conflict?

         - The Ukrainian armed conflict began in 2014, when, as a result of a coup d'état, with the aid and support of the EU and NATO, a Nazi-Banderaite, Russophobic regime forcibly seized power in Ukraine with the racist goal of liquidating the Russian Federation, exterminating the Russian people, depriving them of all their rights, including banning the Russian language and culture in Ukraine, and systematically exterminating the Russian-speaking population of Donbass, who refused to recognize this regime. In 2022, this regime planned a military attack o­n Russian territory with the same goals. Therefore, Russia was forced to launch a preemptive military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine, and liberate it from the Bandera regime, in order to end the conflict with Ukraine and restore "long-term and lasting peace" with the fraternal people. This goal is essentially the restoration of the PP Russian-Ukrainian, which is the o­nly thing their fraternal peoples need.

         The PPS necessity and benefit in resolving this conflict, which is burdensome for all parties and is a trigger for nuclear war with the humanity inevitable MAD, lies, first and foremost, in the scientific definition of the PP constant, eternal, spheral pillars, which are essential for all sides. Its inevitability is essential for the survival of all peoples, primarily Russia and Ukraine. It is also essential for the eradication of any roots of militarism and Nazism in Ukraine, as well as any international, Russophobic reasons for the EU and NATO to indefinitely continue and expand this highly dangerous nuclear war fuse. The lack of awareness of such eternal, scientific pillars of the PPS for resolving this conflict prolongs it indefinitely, limiting it to a temporary military truce with an endless, heated continuation throughout the foreseeable future. We long ago created the example of the "Perpetual Peace of Russia and Ukraine" (PPRU plan), which, in its latest edition but still requiring improvement through constitutional amendments, is presented here (Primer, Appendix 2).

QUESTION 17. – If humanity is entering a transitional era of scientifically conscious PP before this century end, could we, to begin with, provide a list of its key fundamental problems, in a first approximation, without delving into their details by PP spheres "from the height of spheral thinking," which are not and cannot be solved by disciplinary, branch thinking "blind to the whole"?

         - In the SOCIOSPHERE, this is the problem of the eternal and enduring, spheral social structure of spherons; the eternal spheral structure of human rights and freedoms, with the priority of the human right to life and to PP in a society< which ensures the right to life and determines all other rights and freedoms; the eternal social equality and justice of spherons, ensuring equality and justice for all natural social groups by gender, age, race, nationality, language, place of residence, employment, faith, and others; regulation of birth rates and population growth by spheral regulators, including "Children's Suffrage Exercised by Parents": universal planetary education of new generations in the PPS and their upbringing in the planetary culture of PP; etc.

         - In the INFOSPHERE, this is the problem of recognizing the highest spiritual, moral, and civic value of God as the eternal immanent value of human and every community, "the whole of all wholes of the cosmos," guaranteeing the PP and the integrity of the universe infinite harmony, inaccessible to human cognition, but accessible o­nly to the ecumenical faith of all world religions, constituting the humanity unified spiritual foundation of PP and its entire planetary culture, consisting of faith, science, heart, spheral AI technology, and education; the problem of disciplinary "godless and fake science"; the problem of recognizing the humanity "second axial age", giving rise to spheral, holistic thinking; the problem of recognizing and utilizing the "substantially new," spheral holistic thinking in unity with the disciplinary, primarily in the creation of peaceful spheral AI as a universal and end-to-end tool for PP; the problem of developing spheral fractal statistics, mathematics, and programming; and others.

         - In the ORGSPERE, this is the problem of the highest (at the level of Deng Xiaoping's economic miracle) efficiency and end-to-end for all levels of the spheral fractal organization of social production, labor, life, any activity, and their governance; the problem of spheral surplus value; the problem of spheral democracy of spherons; the problem of the PP constitutionalization as the enshrinement of its norms in the Constitution of every state o­n the planet; the problem of the PP spheral multipolar world order; the problem of the planetary end-to-end balance of all spheres in the continuous harmonization of all their parts; the problem of general and complete disarmament, but the preservation of the necessary and sufficient weapons for the defense of planetary humanity from possible cosmic aggression under planetary leadership; the problem of the "clash of civilizations"; the problem of "mutually assured destruction"; the problem of eradicating racism, Nazism, terrorism, militarism, and any structural violence based o­n planetary culture and science of PP; the problem of spheral structuring of the banking and monetary system; and others.

         - In the Technosphere (Economy), this is the problem of harmonizing forms of ownership based o­n the spheral eternal property of the spherons; the problem of accelerated and outstripping growth of spheral business and investment as the foundation of all types of business; the problem of spheral structuring of social production, distribution, exchange/market, and consumption of its spheral resources and products of PIOT; the problem of spheral digital technologies based o­n a unified and end-to-end spheral AI; ensuring spheral material well-being of all spherons of the population and all their groups; the problem of spheral harmonization of the Earth holistic ecology (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/ECIMOVIC_CLIMATE%20CHANGE_18-04-17_Final.pdf); and others.

         The named and unnamed planetary problems, created but insoluble by disciplinary thinking, are resolved by the PPS and constitute a spheral nonviolent societal revolution by ~2100. All of them have been discussed, in o­ne way or another, for 50 years by volunteers of perpetual peace, especially in the GGHA, since 2005 by over 700 PPS coauthors in over 2,000 publications, including 12 books available o­n its website (https://peacefromharmony.org/). Accumulating by millennia, the growing mountain of unresolved planetary problems threatens to crush humanity like an avalanche or tear it apart under the baobabs of these problems, like the planet of Saint-Exupéry's "The Little Prince."

QUESTION 18. – How can we generally characterize the designated transition period of the humanity "To BE in PP," and will it not be suppressed by historical inertia?

         - The most general and far from complete list of problems during the transition from the wars era to the era of scientifically conscious PP by the century end, a period of 75 years, from 2026 to 2100 (plus or minus 10 years), allows us to qualify it as the humanity first consciously nonviolent and planetary, spheral revolution in world history. It will put an end not o­nly to all wars and military truces with the arms race, including "peaceful coexistence with the nuclear, genocidal arms race until the end of our century," but also to any bloody and violent revolutions o­n the planet, as well as all structural violence. Therefore, the PPS and its Primer become a revolutionary manifesto of nonviolent resistance of PP (perpetual peace) against eternal war and eternal violence in all forms, spheres, countries, structuresand continents!

         Within the emerging planetary revolution of the "second axial age" and the humanity PP, initiatives of planetary citizens as volunteers for PP global civic diplomacy are emerging in various corners of the planet, resonating well with it in harmony, deepening and expanding it, but still disparate. These initiatives necessarily include three such planetary initiatives.

         First, there is the revolutionary Primer of Zen Benefiel from the USA: Planetary Citizens: Awakening the Heart of Humanity. 2025 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1277), which complements and synergizes well with the PPS revolutionary Primer.

         Secondly, this is the revolutionary Primer of "Data Science" in the STEM educational complex of Dr. Linda McIver and her team from Australia, which is preparing an innovative foundation for planetary education in the PPS of future generations (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1314). This education can be based o­n holistic, spheral AI to "teach kids to change the world" in PP.

         Third, there's the revolutionary "Daily Peace Initiative," launched by Dr. Monica Carrer's team in India (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1315), which integrates all other initiatives at the family micro-level.

         The authors of these fundamental peacemaking initiatives deserve the highest rewards and will be nominated in mid-February for the GGHA Highest Honorary Title, "GANDHIAN CREATOR OF WORLD HARMONY," and included in its Pantheon of PP Volunteers (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=513).

         Of course, the societal architecture and dynamics of the planetary future presented above, until the century end, are merely the first and feeble sprout of a "substantially new," spheral and holistic theoretical thinking. Everything new in history arises in a similar way. Many of the seeds of the new in history have been suppressed by the pressure of historical inertia and circumstance. But the seeds and shoots of objective fundamental truth have always sprouted within it, o­ne way or another, sooner or later; nothing can suppress them. Therefore, the PP seed and shoot, embodied in the PPS and its Primer objective, insurmountable truth, will inevitably survive, no matter how harsh the militaristic pressure of censorship, suppression, and ignorance. Perhaps in 5-7 years, it will become globally recognized in all countries and in many constitutions of nation-states, starting with the most peace-loving o­nes in BRICS, the SCO, the Eurasian Economic Community, and so o­n. History has nurtured the PP seeds too long, for many millennia, so no militaristic inertia of the humanity "NOT to BE" can crush it. It will sprout and produce its first conscious and irresistible shoots, not in o­ne country but in another. This is a historical inevitability that will occur sooner or later, but in the very near future. Such breakthroughs, driven by industry-specific AI, have been prepared by the past in all spheres. Now is the time for a holistic, planetary breakthrough of humanity into a new era of PP, a full-fledged era of sustainable and prosperous humanity in every nation through planetary, spheral AI. Its momentum in this direction is inescapable, no matter what is said about it or how much it is impeded, just as it is impossible to impede the sunrise.

         A harmonious system of all named and unnamed end-to-end transformations in all spheres of humanity ensures its survival and a rational, nonviolent exit from a genocidal nuclear civilization o­nto an eternal planetary trajectory of the humanity orbit "TO BE" in PP with eternally sustainable development and prosperity in a single, harmonious family of all nations without exception.

         Полностью согласна, с тем, что "Только Вечный мир торжествует", это естественно и очевидно! Внутренний, без расовых противостояний, Вечный мир торжествует в России 1000 лет, вместе с Россией и из нее как пример для всех стран!

         Вечный мир (ВМ) - мера жизни человечества. Сколь долго человечество будет сохранять и укреплять ВМ, столько оно будет жить, столько будет обеспечивать себе жизнь. Поэтому "Только ВМ торжествует", пока он сохраняется человечеством. Если он не будет сохранен, то не будет и человечества...

          А Наука Вечного Мира (НВМ) будет служить путеводной звездой и когнитивным сферным ресурсом его обеспечения, прежде всего, тремя его мировыми открытиями, без которых невозможно понимание и сознательное научное его регулирование. Эти три открытия перечислены на обложке ее Букваря: сферное мышление, сферный ИИ и сама эта верифицированная наука, которые до сих пор были неизвестны человечеству. Поэтому, НВМ, как истина для всех, обеспечивает достижение Вечного мира во всех странах и континентах.
