June 21, 2010: First Global Harmony Day of Harmonious Civilization
Dear Creators of Harmonious Civilization: GHA Message for June 21, 2010 on Global Harmony Day in the Harmonious Era Calendar is devoted to the following two most momentous events: 1. 2010 as the first year of the Harmonious Civilization and 2. Harmonious thinking of a new civilization which is presented in details in the GHA program book “Harmonious Civilization” http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=379. 2010 as the first year of the Harmonious Civilization: For more than 5 years, GHA has been intently watching the new historical trend of global harmonization which may be traced back to 1947. This time we collected approximately 65 instances of global harmony in the different spheres and countries: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=382. Strengthening of this tendency and accumulation of the facts has established two critical points: a) 1990s witnessed the socialist camp collapse, which replaced the past historical alternative "capitalism-socialism" within industrialism by the new historical alternative "industrialism-harmonism" (or “industrial civilization – harmonious civilization”), and b) 2009 marked the birth of a harmonious civilization connected with two new key historic initiatives: 1) The beginning of nuclear disarmament, which is possible only in new Harmonious Civilization, instead of an industrial militaristic civilization, and 2) 2009 also marked the creation of the scientific theory of a harmonious civilization, which provides a conscious, peaceful and nonviolent development for this civilization. These historical events have been strengthened by the two simultaneously occurring facts in this direction: 1) Since 1992, The European Union (a union of approximately 30 countries with a population of 500 million) was established on the harmony principle ‘Unity in diversity,’ and 2) Since 2006, China (with a population almost a quarter of the total humanity) is consciously building a harmonious society. Therefore, we propose that June 21, 2010 is the First Global Harmony Day of the Harmonious Civilization. It is a conscious day of a conscious civilization. This is unprecedented event in history when the new civilization realizes itself since the first year. This day is not merely a simple symbol of a new era marked by conscious beginning of a new, harmonious, mentality of humankind, but the Age of Harmonious Enlightenment and the conscious Harmony Renaissance. It is absolutely unimportant that this consciousness is observed only within small international community of GHA. It is important, however that it is observed. And with distribution of harmonious enlightenment and education, its expansion will not keep waiting for long.
Harmonious thinking of a new civilization: Harmonious Enlightenment, just as any thought, begins with the alphabet, language and thinking of harmony. Enlightenment is a transition from ignorance to knowledge, from one level of knowledge to another, essentially new level. Most of us are competent in the alphabet and language of industrialism. We know the core concepts of industrial thinking which are identical with disharmony. The language of industrial civilization teaches us to achieve peace from war. Engagement of the military to find peace results in the daily preparation for a new war for national and any private interests. Its motivation is greed and profit by the military industry and arrogance of the subscribing democracies and dictatorships. The war spread by such precedence may lead to involvement by all nations, simply because of a lack of alternative for the world growing in a culture of violence. This culture breeds disharmonious reading and writing, which creates disharmonious man. There are several big and small states, which own the weapons of mass destruction with their annual military expense growing faster than that of other necessities. The ultimate end of this civilization is a ‘universal genocide’ (Ernesto Kahan and Taki Yuriko) in a global nuclear or other fire. The 21st century genocide of billions will be the apotheosis of an industrial civilization and its thinking. Only the alternative trend of global harmony and the newborn harmonious civilization can overcome the culture of violence and its apotheosis. To develop harmonious thinking, we should master the alphabet and harmony language, both at individual level and social level. Instead of schools and academies which prepare for violence, we should create schools and academies of global harmony. Such schools will prepare everyone with its alphabet, language, concepts and thinking. The language of global harmony will delineate spheral classes of population leading to harmonious peace (peace from harmony). It priority is children raised in harmonious civilization to cultivate harmonious democracy. only harmonious democracy can give rise to a culture of harmony by teaching harmonious education in developing a harmonious person. This will lead to prosperity of all people and all nations – all of them identical in harmony, truth, justice and humanism. All of the above mentioned building blocks and notions are equally important. Each of them is a science. Together they make harmonious thinking, which is presented for the first time in the GHA 20 projects and four collective books in 5 years. The Global Harmony Day 2010 symbolizes the conscious beginning of universal harmonious enlightenment and culture of harmonious thinking replacing a culture of military-industrial thinking, which can only assure universal genocide. These are two philosophies, two persons, two ways of life, thinking and behavior of two civilizations; when one dies and the other is born only. June 21– Global Harmony Day: Harmonization Epoch Symbol and 59 Epoch Achievements June 20, 2009 Dear Creators of Global Harmony! June 21, 2009 is Global Harmony Day in GHA Harmonious Era Calendar. The GHA Message is devoted to two aspects of this day: 1. As to the Symbol and Holiday of the Modern Epoch of Harmonization, which is presented in the List of 59 its Achievements since 1951 (see attachment and website: http://peacefromharmony.org/? cat=en_c&key=371) and 2. As to a result of the past period of Global Harmony Association (GHA) work, with successes of which we congratulate each other. 1. The global harmonious change of modernity historically comes in the stead of capitalism and socialism confrontation in the 20th century. Their alternative dominated until 1989. Since 1990, with collapse of world socialist system led by the USSR and wide approach of global information society, there was a change of alternatives. To the place of alternative of capitalism-socialism the alternative industrialism-harmonism comes. From 59 achievements 16 have arisen up to 1990 (for 40 years) and 43 – since 1990 (for 20 years), that proves the sharp historical acceleration of the global harmonization tendency. Since 1990, humankind entered essentially a new epoch, consisting of two fundamental long tendencies connected by two opposing civilization processes: decline of an industrial civilization and rising of a harmonious civilization. The first trend leads humanity to self-destruction. Threats of mankind’s self-destruction are shown by the expansion and strengthening of the following pernicious factors: nuclear weaponry, environmental pollution, climate change, corruption, a growing gap between rich and poor countries, terrorism, pornography and violence on the Internet, corporate conglomeration of television and other mass medias, armed confrontation between nations and local civilizations.They are expressed especially sharply in the global crises that involve abuses regarding economics, currency, power, food, demographics, politics, and values. The second trend leads humanity on a qualitatively new, unknown, historical step of global peace, common good and sustainable harmonious development.This tendency of a modern epoch is expressed in 59 achievements/directions of global harmonization. They define the basic quality of the modern epoch. Global Harmony Day on June 21st is a symbol and holiday of this epoch. 2. The past year since June 21, 2008, was the most fruitful for GHA: we sent the letters on financing of the Harmony Academy to 12 governments and created 10 new projects of global harmony, among which the most important is “Anti-Nuke and Pro-Harmony” Project (see attachment). Our experts are finishing the work with this project now and in July it will be published in a book together with other projects. Now the GHA has 17 active projects of global harmony. The GHA projects are the seeds of a harmonious civilization, which is created knowingly. They are its corner stones. They are the way, which we pave for it. They are certificates of our executed responsibility, duty and mission. But, on the other hand: What are their shoots and fruits? The shoots and fruits are beyond of our responsibility, mission and competence. They wait for favorable conditions and time. They considerably outstrip the reality; therefore we should be patient and do not lose courage. We are not guilty, that our projects outstrip time. But they correspond to the epoch: the time of global harmony is started that proves the List of 59 its achievements! The global harmony projects are especially valuable achievements as they define an adequate, nonviolent and conscious way of transition to a harmonious civilization, excluding violent ways of an industrial civilization through the bourgeois (capitalist) and socialist revolutions. The global harmony projects are alternative to the violent revolutions. The global harmony projects define the culture of a harmonious civilization. A core of this culture is the science of social and individual harmony embodied in projects of global harmony and in system of general harmonious education that provides conscious and nonviolent, acceptable for all nations of the world, and solely possible, but pluralistic on forms, a way of rise and creation of a harmonious civilization. General harmonious education forms harmonious self-consciousness of the sphere classes of population as the conscious actors of this civilization. The global harmony projects define the modern epoch of harmony globalisation. They replace spontaneous economic revolutions of the property (private and state) of the past industrial epoch with scientific projects of global harmony. These projects are the key scientific information of a harmonious civilization. This information is ‘the locomotive’ of an information society, vanguard of a harmonious civilization and the basic source of its economic prosperity. Change of an economic priority of the property by an information priority of global harmony is the substance of the modern epoch of harmony globalisation. I begun the publication of memoirs of the harmonious development youth club "Demiurge" members that I created in 1976 and it worked up to 1980. "Demiurge" is the first conscious community of a harmonious civilization created on the basis of scientific understanding of social and individual harmony and structured on four spheres. Therefore the memoirs of its members through 30 years are very important. I received the memoirs from three members of "Demiurge": Nikolas Strelkov, the club first president, Vladimir Strelkov and Sergey Busov. I hope to receive in the future the memoirs of other members of "Demiurge", to translate them into English and to publish as a separate book, together with its plans and diary. Dear Friends of Harmony! I am happy to congratulate you and all people of good will sharing a priority of harmony with the Global Harmony Day third anniversary, heartily thank you for the great contribution to progress of this harmony supplied with us in the last year and to express hope for new achievements in this movement. For the last year by joint efforts we brought in two appreciable achievements in world harmony. The first achievement is creation on November 30, 2007 by the first in the world the Global Harmony Association (GHA), uniting now about 300 individual members: scientists, educators, artists and peacemakers from 42 countries of the world and also some large collective members by number more than one million people with branches in more than 80 countries. The second achievement is creation of the unique educational project of world importance: World Harmony/Peace Academy (WHPA) (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=277) by 65coauthors from 20 countries. The project will start conscious globalization of harmony as the world process of acquirement by natural deep (sphere) structure of social harmony as well as a harmonious peace culture in an information society. Mastering social harmony is more difficult and important than space exploration because only harmony provides for survival and prosperity of humankind within each country and among all people. Our project opens a conscious portal in the cosmos of social harmony and harmonious peace. April 14, 2008 (the WHPA project ending day) will go down in history as a date of the first intelligent step in this unknown for humankind cosmos inside it. Now this project is published not only on the site, but also in separate book, which, as the seeds of harmony and harmonious education, is distributed by almost 70 (in view of new) co-authors of the project in more than 45 cities of 22 countries on all continents of the world. It creates the preconditions of origin for the WHPAs as generators of global harmonious education in many countries simultaneously and it will begin conscious world harmonization. Certainly, now it is difficult to tell, how many from these seeds, in what countries and when will sprout. Now importantly, how many seeds are sown and where, because the first conscious crop of harmonious education in the world gives hope for rescue of humankind. The crop will proceed by the young followers. The information society creates for it the most favorable ground but the ground of an industrial society remains for it by stony and alien. The information global technologies constantly expand a base for harmony and work on it inside disharmonious industrial society hostile to harmony. The seeds of harmony should overcome industrial resistance to prove the viability. The rare while islands of harmony at industrial ocean are especially favorable for these seeds: club "Paradise" in St.-Petersburg, Russia; International city Auroville in India; Singapore with its racial harmony; Peace and Harmony Palace in Astana, Kazakhstan; Schools and Academies of harmony in some states of the USA; Alexei Stakhov’s International Museum "Harmony and Golden Section"; Political party "Centre of Harmony" in Latvia and some other. Many seeds will be lost in this process, but the strongest by harmony will survive. They will be capable to overcome industrial antagonism and degeneration and will be ready by harmonious mentality to replace the unacceptable for harmony dominants of industrial mentality: aggression, money, fear, violence etc. It is possible only through long and system universal harmonious education from early childhood. We have also internal problems: 1. Very little people are, even among the co-authors, which understand a deep scientific essence of harmony and its historical inevitability; 2. Very little sociological researches are for the proof of scientific (sphere) understanding of harmony. But they are. And if they are for Russia, nothing prevents to appear them in any other country. only scientific (tetrasociological) basis makes the WHPA project by universal, global and acceptable for all nations and cultures. We do not know other similar to the WHPA educational project, which would offer all nations, cultures and governments of the world general harmonious education from childhood. This is the highest preference and dignity of our project. But it puts us in the face of the unprecedented obstacles and imposes on us the hardest responsibility. We are as the first Christians; though us do not put at the mercy of wild animals and do not execute, but the weight of our external difficulties and internal responsibility is similar to them. Not all are capable to take out it. But for this purpose there are our Harmonious Era Calendar and our Global Harmony Day, our friendship, cooperation, mutual aid and support to strengthen our spirit of harmony and faith in its inevitability! The last year put two powerful corner stones in the foundation of this date. China, covering almost a quarter of the population of the world, put one of them, practical. It announced about "building a society of social harmony". 43 authors of community "Peace from harmony", which created the Magna Carta of Harmony: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=3, put other of them, intellectual. This document for the first time in a history scientifically opened an opportunity and necessity of social harmony for humankind in 21st century. These achievements of a world level create the powerful support for Global Harmony Day. They make this day by the central date both the Harmonious Era Calendar and the Magna Carta of Harmony. They make this date by the main world holiday of a born global harmonious civilization. We count, that a necessary condition for achievement of global harmony is the legislative recognition of a priority of children in the world. Global Harmony Day is the uniting centre, common denominator, key value and focusing date of the Harmony Calendar in view of the special vital meaning of harmony. Let me say some words about its philosophical nature and social meaning. The whole world is harmonious to start with and exists only due to harmony, which was marked in the most ancient civilizations. Harmony is natural. It was not invented by priests or philosophers; it is inherent to all existing. Harmony is a self-organizing, cybernetic and synergetic, system of fundamental structures penetrating the universe from micro up to mega-world. Harmony does not exclude conflicts and disharmony but only up to the point where its fundamental structures ensuring existence and life collapse. Mankind, in all times and in all cultures and civilizations has dreamed of possessing harmony, dreamed of harmony as "the golden age", which until now remained but a dream. In a basis of harmony lay the fundamental and universal sphere structures of the universe, society and man. The universality of these structures begins to be realized by people and learnt by science only in a global information society, wherein a universality of man and mankind is created. Harmony becomes a universal measure of the versatile person and universal order of universal mankind arising in a global information society. Therefore only such a society can create the real spiritual, social, political and economic preconditions to acquire the fundamental structures of harmony. only on the basis of these structures can the harmonious relations of people and civilizations, harmonious order of mankind and relations with nature be constructed. The universal sphere structures everywhere are various and exist only through diversity. Therefore, harmony of diversity is everywhere and always different. The different spheres of man (character, consciousness, will and body) define a variety of individual harmony. The different spheres of society (social, cultural/information, political and economic) at its different levels (settlement, city, country, ethnicity, civilization, and mankind) define a variety of social harmony. But harmony, at the same time, is recognized by all as a coordination, moderation, equilibrium and proportionality of the universal sphere structures. Societies, people, civilizations and religions have always aspired to these qualities. But the ignorance of common universal structures, underlying harmony, created seemingly irreconcilable representations of it. The information society opens the united, sphere, universal structures of harmony and this creates the uniform basis for universal human harmony and for all of its infinite diversity. Harmony is not any separate feeling, as love, hope etc., not a separate event or phenomenon, as the Earth, water etc., not a separate quality or value, as freedom, justice, peace etc. Harmony is a method of connection and organizational order of the relations between people including all constructive feelings, processes, phenomenon and qualities. Harmony is the most effective organization and most desired order of universal relations between humans in a society and in all its spheres: economical, political, cultural and social, including family. Harmony excludes violent struggle and unity of diversity in mutual destructive struggle. Harmony asserts the unity of different and opposite through consent, moderation, equilibrium and proportionality. Therefore harmony is identical to the beautiful and beauty, as asserted by some geniuses, will save the world. Harmony is aesthetic, ethic and humanistic. It is integrity and synthesis. It defines the special organizational (self-organizing) order of proportionality and equilibrium between different parts of a whole. This order creates the unity of diversity, most favorable for all parts and for their whole. The harmonious social order created by a global information society is both a need and necessity for it. This order can be created by the new humans, which from childhood will grow and be brought up in the spirit of harmony. Our Harmonious Era Calendar, excluding poverty, injustice, pollution and war, becomes an entrance of children into a new harmonious order. It opens for them this order. It will require from them the development of new positive qualities, recognition of new values and priorities. The highest value becomes harmony, including peace, love, justice, freedom and other universal values of humankind. In the place of a priority on money, profit and material riches, harmony will put a priority on children and their quality, which make up the true riches of humankind. We have opened a new chronology for our children and grandchildren by this calendar. But it still requires a huge effort of all generations, including our own, to introduce this calendar in daily life. As the first global condition of its introduction, I count on the development of the International movement "Making children a priority in the world". It requires that the parents and grandparents, all children’s caregivers (above 60-80% of the populations in the different countries) address this appeal to their governments and be united in it with the purpose of obtaining the support, in each country, of the law, according to its particular conditions, about children’s suffrage executed by parents. only this law will ensure a real priority of children and childhood and by that will create a powerful social support to the order of social harmony. There is a saying, starting the work is half of the job done. We didthe beginning, by creating the Harmony Calendar and proclaimed the Global Harmony Day uniting all people of the world. I want to share with you the excitement I felt by participating in an international drumming ceremony in Port Huron, Michigan, USA, on June 21. The ceremony took place where the mouth of Lake Huron flows into the St.Clair River, which is at the center part of the Great Lakes in North America.The St. Clair River flows between that part of Michigan and Sarnia, Ontario,Canada. The river is spanned by the Blue Water Bridge. The Great Lakes are the greatest body of fresh water in the world, and the current under the Blue Water bridge is an awesome 192,000 cubic gallons per second. About 150 drummers circled two flag poles from which the Canadian and U.S.Flags waved in a stiff warm southerly breeze. Across the river, a comparablegroup did the same in a corresponding International Flag Park. We drummed,chanted and danced for 1.5 hours, feeling the energy of love and cooperation andharmony carry back and forth across the river with the sounding of our drumbeats. Nature also cooperated by ceasing rain prior to the ceremony then offeringcleansing rain again within minutes after we left the site. While drumming, we were treated with the sight of three huge freight shipswending their way through our part of the Great Lakes and a fleet of sailboatsthat were returning from their weekly Wednesday night regatta.
