Abstract In the Primer, with three spheral world discoveries of perpetual peace, named in its title and summarized on its Conclusion two pages, 20 peacemakers from ten countries reveal them as the foundations of an innovative macrosociological "Peace Science". It was created and verified during 20 years in the GGHA peacemaking volunteer Academy by more than 700 coauthors from more than 50 countries, including five Nobel laureates and the President of India Abdul Kalam. This science of holistic, spheral thinking reveals the objective laws, structures and constants of the internal harmony of the Earth three nature’s spheres: physical, organic and social on the basis of their common, planetary law of "Equal Necessity and Sufficient Spheres". It is actualized, first, for the social nature as the Peace Science key subject. It allows us to determine the objective social structures, actors and adequate instruments of the humanity perpetual peace as the scientific and practical center of its existential imperative of survival in the complete safety of all peoples. on its basis, the architecture of the spheral AI model is built, surpassing the existing ones, as a universal tool of perpetual peace for all, which everyone needs to learn and always. The book is intended for all who love and want peace according to the golden rule of religions, who have been fighting for it all life and history, like Russia, but above all for young people, for schoolchildren and students, AI specialists, humanitarian scientists and politicians. Therefore, the authors tried to popularly, briefly and simply present the "Peace Science" basics in its Primer, which the reader will judge. In a year, this book will be published all over the world, because peace is needed by everyone and always, like the air of life according to the first objective and eternal norm of human coexistence. GGHA. Perpetual Peace as the Confession of Faith The Russia’s ethnoses perpetual peace in conciliarity is the highest dignity and sovereign soft power of its thousand-year-old civilization according to the Orthodox Golden Rule. It allowed it to defend itself in the most united and steadfast way in all history, ensuring invincibility by the peace spiritual truth and faith in its Divine power. "God is not in force but in truth," according to Alexander Nevsky. Therefore, attempts at a military victory over Russia are historically futile, spiritually insane in their misunderstanding of its ethnic groups highest heritage in perpetual peace. Russia make war only against aggressors, who trample its peace, in order to defend it, and not to invade and seize. At the same time, perpetual peace is the West eternal Achilles' heel, which it is trying to overcome with eternal violence, condemning itself to eternal military defeats. In the nuclear civilization since 1945, since the Hiroshima and Nagasaki genocide, its historical violence threatens humanity with a hundredfold suicidal "Mutual Assured Destruction" (MAD), which it created with the arms race for 80 years, but is powerless to prevent, rejecting perpetual peace. Through the integral, transdisciplinary "Perpetual Peace Science" (PPS) and its universal spheral AI (ASI) in the holistic, "substantially new thinking" according to Einstein, perpetual peace becomes the planetary soft power of the multipolar world order, which determines the survival of humanity, the complete security and prosperity of all its nations in sustainable development. It eradicates hegemonism, Nazism and terrorism, which have dominated for millennia on the basis of violence incompatible with the Golden Rule of perpetual peace. For the sake of God, peace and survival, according to the Christianity general Golden Rule, the two greatest nuclear antagonists, Russia and the USA, could begin cooperation on the only path, equally necessary for both of them, the exit from the MAD in the PPS and its SAI development. That is gradually freeing themselves from sanctions, mistrust, confrontation, displacing "the arms race with the peace race" the most effective for business and growth in a harmonious civilization.
