The second edition of our Primer Dear Karl, dear Matt, Thank you so much to Karl for only information about our great and legendary friend, unique thinker, and coauthor Rudolf Siebert, whose words and responses we have greatly missed since June. We are very pleased with the positive dynamics of Rudi's recovery at 98 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=51). We are very happy that you, Karl, with your wife and other members of his Great Family of his "House of Peace," remember him and visit him regularly. We, the GGHA, are happy to wish you all a happy holiday season, a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! The year 2026 marks the First Year of the New Era of Conscious/Scientific Perpetual Peace for humanity, ushered in by our shared Primer of “Perpetual Peace Science…” (PPS: (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1264). I'd like to write the 3-4-pages draft of our collective (20+ coauthors) "Manifesto. The Perpetual Truth of Perpetual Peace in Spheral Thinking in the Future Perspective until XXI End" within a week for our discussion. A little about myself. Unfortunately, I can report only negative rather than positive health dynamics. But I'm not afraid of the natural end and am preparing for it following the advice of my great namesake, the Russian writer Leo Tolstoy, in "On Preparing oneself for Death." I am scientifically convinced and spiritually convinced by Orthodoxy that our life worthy meaning at its end should lie not in the pursuit of personal glory, but in the advancement and triumph of our shared global achievement and truth—our collective PPS in the spirit of Durkheim's "collective consciousness," to which Siebert and I have dedicated the last 20 years of our glorious shared spiritual life. For me, it began almost from birth, since my rescue as a newborn by my heroic mother during the week-long Nazi bombing raids, and with the death of my young, 22-year-old father, a Red Army lieutenant, in the June last week of 1941 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1152). I have lived my entire life by their popular motto, "SO THAT THERE WILL BE NO WAR," a life dedicated to the collective "Perpetual Peace Science," which crowns my life and ours, as our GGHA, a shared, historical, "not made by handsmonument" to the volunteer-soldiers of PERPETUAL PEACE for humanity at the beginning of the 21st century... Specifically, its advancement and victory lie in the second edition of its Primer in February 2026, based on its professional, high-quality original layout, not an amateurish and hastily produced one. But such an original layout is expensive, around $2,000-3,000, which Matt didn't have (or the time) for his first edition. We don't have a large support group in America other than your Great Siebert Family. Therefore, funding the 2nd updated and expanded edition of the Primer may require a similar donation to Matt, which we can only expect from your "House of Peace." Can we expect it before early February? The proposed additions are brief (one page) and extremely relevant, starting with Matt's letter to President Trump proposing two institutes of Perpetual Peace in America (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1304); + perhaps a new, similar letter proposing two institutes of Perpetual Peace from Rudolf Siebert (or, better yet, the Siebert Family to Trump); + the page of "Perpetual Peace" by Pitirim Sorokin, a living figure in the recent past who was a US-Russia scientific bridge (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1151); + the page of a similar message from Asha Mukherjee to India's Prime Minister Modi (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1307); + the page of a similar message from Heli Habyarimana of Rwanda to the development of the African philosophy of Ubuntu (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=361); + the page of Peter Kuznick (a great like-minded peacemaker, still unknown in our network: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1309) + the page of Kurt Johnston, a veteran of the American GGHA (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=554). The last two from New York may refuse, because Matt has not yet negotiated with them. + The President of East Timor page, a Nobel laureate, with whom Matt spoke, but we did not understand the outcome of their conversation on this matter. These are our possibilities in America. All of these are crucial for Presidents Trump and Putin to define the future positive vision by the century end and to include it in the first-ever plan for "Perpetual Peace of Russia and Ukraine," as we propose in our Primer (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1294). In Russia, I'm also having intensive conversations with influential people, but Russians are more sluggish ("we are slow to get going, but fast to move"). I'll write a report on this later. For example, you can look at my proposals for the TV series "Perpetual Peace" to Nikita Mikhalkov on 30 of its topics (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1154) and my amateurish "Formula of the Spheral Sociogenome" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1160) for PPS for Russian mathematicians, etc. Therefore, the second edition will be more rich in individuals, examples of spheral thinking, and its practical, political application. It may be 10-20 pages longer that is not a problem for similar historical document of the new era. This is a new stage in our work and in the shared, planetary history of conscious/scientific Perpetual Peace. What do you think about this? The number has surpassed 23 million during this time. This year, the growth rate of site visits has more than doubled due to the publication of the unprecedented Primer "Perpetual Peace Science..." (PPS). While in the past, the million-plus mark was crossed in roughly a year, in 2025 it was crossed in less than six months, since June 16 to December 3. This historical fact can only be explained by the particular urgency and significance of the perpetual peace scientific understanding in the global civil society tired to live in perpetual militaristic fear. The perpetual peace scientific understanding, based on spheral, holistic planetary thinking, armed with appropriate AI, displaces from history the endless temporary military truces, the incessant arms race and endless wars of the human history last 5-7 millennia and the growing, 80 years after Hiroshima and Nagasaki, inevitable threat of the humanity total nuclear holocaust, 99% prepared, with only 89 seconds remaining on Doomsday Clock (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1268). The PPS kindles the Perpetual Peace light for humanity at the end of this militaristic tunnel, albeit only after 75 years, by 2100, after three generations, which (light) no one, anywhere in history has been able to ignite. Without Perpetual Peace, the "light at the tunnel end" based on a planetary PPS, with its key attribute of general and complete disarmament, even within 75 years (maybe longer, maybe less in real history), as an absolute, 100% guarantee of the every nation security, ALL current "peace plans and negotiations" are doomed to temporary military truces, with the arms race continuation and the inevitable resumption of wars, rather than their complete eradication and end. They're good, but only half. They would be truly good as a first step toward perpetual peace only, if it was recognized by all parties and written into a peace treaty. But it is impossible to recognize the necessity of the perpetual peace path without its science. Why not begin Perpetual Peace with agreements on Israel-Palestine and Ukraine? Why not include in the "Peace Plan for Ukraine," which has embarked on the path of Nazism, terrorism, and armed aggression against Russia and Russians in Donbas since 2014, a demand for perpetual peace with a gradual, say, five-year, complete disarmament, which would become a 100% guarantee of its security? This is the most profitable deal and solution for everyone, especially for Ukraine, ensuring its rapid restoration and revival in cooperation and with Russia's assistance, based on an international condominium of all its territories, as outlined in our plan for "Perpetual Peace of Russia and Ukraine" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1294) in our Primer. It is these and similar, extraordinary ideas of Perpetual Peace, based on its verified and verifiable science, necessary and acceptable to all nations without exception for their 100% security and prosperity in perpetual sustainable development, that make this science increasingly popular and socially necessary in our century. We are happy to congratulate all members of the GGHA, all more than 700 coauthors of the "Perpetual Peace Science" from over 50 countries for 20 years, and especially the coauthors of its Primer on this outstanding peacemaking achievement of our century!
