1. Idea Title (no more than 150 characters): Platform-based SuperAI SPHERUM (SAI-SPHERUM) based on a tetraspheral structural scientific revolution, incorporating four world discoveries embodied within it.

The project is aimed at solving a planetary problem, exacerbated in Russia, which is best defined by one of our participants at the 29th SPIEF this year as "Fundamental fragmentation" and the prevailing confrontational, disciplinary thinking (DT), its sectoral/branch organization of production and world management corresponding to it. This fragmentation created our nuclear civilization since 1945, which is doomed to nuclear suicide and planetary genocide of "Mutually Assured Destruction" (MAD) along with the entire systemic complex of insoluble challenges and risks created by DT.
This is evidenced by a multitude of scientific facts in all countries, including Russia, which is not a privileged exception from the global doom of this civilization. All attempts to solve the problem of human survival over 80 years have been unsuccessful due to the "substantial," according to Einstein, limitation of fragmented DT, which is "blind" to the whole, to its invariant spheres and spherons. Their scientific concepts, as well as their number and quality, have been unknown to it until now in any of its 75 thousand sciences. Therefore, despite all their outstanding achievements, they are powerless against the holistic challenges and risks of all countries. They are increasingly sharply, but justly criticized and qualified as "Godless Fake Science" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1255). This is just one of hundreds of similar publications about this interrelated problem: fragmentation-war, concerning everyone, including me since birth.
5. Description of the idea (No more than 3000 characters). The problem of fragmentation was noticed, brilliantly defined and, in general, brilliantly intuitively solved by Einstein 75 years ago as a necessity of social need, the search for and creation of a "substantially new way of thinking, ... if humanity wants to survive." Such a "substantially new," holistic and transdisciplinary thinking has become "tetraspheral structural thinking," the discovery of which constituted a fundamental scientific revolution at the beginning of our century. Its essence was defined by four global tetraspheral structural discoveries of the author and his colleagues over more than 50 years of national and international scientific research together with interdisciplinary integration in the synergy of adequate scientific ideas of the past, concerning at least the first, intuitive awareness of the reality of four invariant structural spheres of any of the three planetary natures of our planet Earth: physical, organic and social. We do not touch here on the evolutionary emergence of noospheric nature within the social one, noted by Vernadsky and others almost a century ago. A brief list of these discoveries includes:
1. Discovery of the invariant and regular tetraspheral structure of each planetary nature, especially the social one, which became the foundation of our startup SAI-Spherum and the corresponding "substantially new" (Einstein) tetraspheral structural thinking of humanity based on the law of its “Four Equally Necessary and Sufficient Spheres” (FENSS) of PIOT;
2. Discovery of spheral mathematical statistics of spheral indices fractal matrices in tetrary regularity;
3. Discovery and creation of the world's first planetary transdisciplinary "Perpetual Peace Science" (PPS) on the foundation of four invariant social spheres as its pillars;
4. Discovery in the four spheres and spherons of the humanity societal genome that is eternally preserved in all historical changes as the scientific platform of the PROJECT of tetraspheral architecture SAI-SPHERUM, "substantially" superior to all sectoral AIs. SAI-SPHERUM is the only possible scientific and planetary instrument of perpetual peace for humanity, the security of all countries and the denazification of any nation, as well as the prevention of Nazism and racism at the first signs of their manifestation in any country, detecting and nullifying them.
The first practical steps in implementing tetraspheral structural thinking were taken in Russia from 1975, especially since 1980, as a general platform for various management automation projects in many sectors of the Leningrad municipal economy, most of which were biasedly rejected without discussion. Initial practical steps have been taken, in fact, in all major directions of tetraspheral science and methodology, but they were all rejected under any plausible pretexts or without them by simple silence. Obviously, due to the general disciplinary incapacity to understand and evaluate the fundamentally new, "substantially superior" thinking, consciousness and worldview of a harmonious and nonviolent civilization in a perpetual peace new era that is inevitably and imperceptibly being born, like a "mole of history."

Goal of the idea's implementation (no more than 1500 characters) The main goal of my/our project for all half a century of its implementation has been and remains the achievement of world civilizational, economic and peace-making leadership by Russia, which is impossible on traditional platforms, as the practice of the last century has shown. It is possible only on the basis of an innovative methodological platform of the tetraspheral structural scientific revolution, including four global discoveries, the technological integral crown of which will be the planetary SuperAI SPHERUM (SAI-SPHERUM). only this scientific revolution, technologically embodied in the planetary digital platform SAI-SPHERUM, by means of which the entire social life and social production are scientifically rebuilt, first of the leading country, Russia, in 5-15 years, as an example for others, and then, by the end of our century, for all countries of humanity. Competitive advantages (no more than 1500 characters) The first competitive advantage of SAI-SPHERUM, or rather, its unique, unprecedented superiority, is ensured by TETRASPHERAL STRUCTURAL "substantially new," according to Einstein, holistic, transdisciplinary THINKING, which is still UNKNOWN to ANYONE in the official world. Therefore, SAI-SPHERUM remains BEYOND COMPETITION until its first operational instance is created, most likely in the USA, in Sam Altman's corporation, who long ago realized, unlike Russia, that his world leadership depends onLY on a "totally new approach," for the search and financing of which he long ago and unconditionally, unequivocally and without the bureaucratic Russian red tape that kills EVERYTHING TOTALLY NEW, agreed. Tetraspheral structural thinking opens eyes and minds to such global discoveries, unconditionally ensuring world leadership, to which traditional, disciplinary thinking is SIMPLY BLIND, and therefore is doomed to drag on for centuries in the tail of catch-up, depriving themselves by this thinking even of the thought of leadership. Leaders are those who, at least intuitively, break out of the procrustean bed of this thinking, like the misunderstood Deng Xiaoping with his 30 years of "Chinese economic miracle" and other "tigers" by intuition. Costs and resources (no more than 1500 characters) In the initial, maximum version of the SAI-SPHERUM startup in Chapter 10, a calculation of the volume of costs based on analogs (DeepSeek, etc.) and own estimates was made. It is defined for 2 years for 150 specialists, at Russian prices in the amount of 5 million dollars, which in rubles today is: 5Mx72=360 million rubles. This option is designed for simultaneous work in five directions of SAI-SPHERUM: country, city, enterprise, family, individual (smartphone) at the choice of the investor.
The minimum version of the SAI-SPHERUM startup for 2 years is limited to a team of 30 specialists in the amount of 1 million dollars or 72 million rubles today. The average monthly salary was planned at 120 thousand rubles per specialist. Description of the target audience (no more than 1500 characters) The idea of a generally acceptable scientific tool for ensuring eternal peace, complete security, has long worried all sane and mentally normal people. Our idea of an objective (invariant) tetraspheral structure of society, introduced into discussion at many national (since 1990) and international (since 2002) sociological congresses and conferences, as well as many international peacemaking organizations discussed it. Since 2005, I, Semashko L.M., created in Russia an international peacemaking organization "Global Harmony Association," then renamed on Gandhi's 150th anniversary in 2019 to "Gandhian GHA" (GGHA), registered in Delhi, India. It unites more than 600 humanitarian scientists and peacemaking volunteers from more than 55 countries, including 5 Nobel laureates and the President of India Abdul Kalam in 2005-2016, until his death. Many other organizations have joined us with support for our ideas. These are organizations, NGOs: Teachers for Peace, IPRA, Peaceful People, Planetary Citizens, etc.
They took an active part as co-authors of our tetraspheral "Perpetual Peace Science" (PPS) and its tool SAI-SPHERUM. In total, over more than 20 years of GGHA work, we have published 12 books and more than 2000 thousand articles in 1-12 languages of the world with a total number of coauthors of this science and its AI of more than 750 people. Global – the extreme aggravation of the threat of a world nuclear war, the probability of which exceeded 99%, leaving only 85 seconds to its beginning on the "Doomsday" clock.
National, despite all the partial and brilliant sectoral achievements of Russia, - a critical drop in economic growth, too long a lag in the volume and growth rates of the economy compared to leading countries, which excludes any dreams of Russia for world leadership and puts its survival in question, to my deep regret with its inexhaustible possibilities of "totally new approaches," especially SAI-SPHERUM, suppressed in it under any pretexts and by all means for decades.

The SPHERUM intelligence - an instrument of perpetual peace for humanity and denazification is extremely important to me, its author, as the meaning of my whole life. It is dedicated to the fulfillment of the popular testament of my beloved mother, who heroically saved me as a newborn under fascist bombing in evacuation from Grodno, where fascists killed my father. I have scientific facts and the courage to assert that my/our idea of "substantially new" (Einstein) "tetraspheral thinking," implemented in SAI-SPHERUM, constitutes not a passing idea, however valuable it may be, but an eternal, "extremely strong idea of Russia and humanity." This is explained by the planetary law of "FENSS" (PIOT) of its existence from primitive society a million years ago and until its finale in billions of years.
