Introduction: AHL Definition, Role and Contingent

The AHL shortest definition is: individual harmonious training of harmonious leaders for a harmonious civilization from the ambitious young people with the high purposes and aspiration to tops in the most different areas: power, business, science, peacemaking, nuclear disarmament, art, finance, education, global problems solution and etc. It outlines the AHL mission and contingent.

Significance of these leaders for a new civilization cannot be overestimated: they will define the substance, the face, the character and the speeds of conscious building of this civilization. Historical importance of these leaders, prepared in the AHL, will define its historical role. AHL will be the first conscious educational institute of a harmonious civilization.

AHL concerns to system of individual, instead of the general, education. However, the educational modules and programs tested here can be used in creation of system of the general harmonious education subsequently.

The AHL mission limits a contingent of its students to very narrow circle of the ambitious young people. The AHL education starting point is definition of the high dream of the ambitious student and his/her firm aiming on strategic leader top on 5-10-20 years: for example, to become the president (governor, minister, etc.) of the state, either the businessman-millionaire, or the leader in a science, culture, education, peacemaking and etc. The tops in majority of areas are accessible only to the leaders who collected and conduct the corresponding teams of adherents.

The AHL student should not only dream about the tops but also possess the initial enough high level of abilities and development in each of four personal spheres. This level is defined by the AHL educator-expert and president in the process of individual interview with the student. The accurate formulation of the student top is reached also in interlocution.

I. AHL Prerequisites

1. Beginnings of harmonious leadership

Leadership is a constant and major question of any collective activity. In it always there is a necessity of management through influence on people of the leader in a result of his/her interaction with them, with its followers and environment. Quality of leadership defines quality and efficiency of any social activity, organisation and institute. At the same time quality of leadership depends from quality of a society and education.

Leadership is investigated for a long time and very widely, that is characterized by quantity of the corresponding pages on the Internet: in Russian - 10 million, in English – 103 million.

Last years, in the practice of leadership connected with origin of a new generation of the companies, differing by the huge sizes and unique competitiveness, the managerial processes in which are conducted with huge speed 24 hours a day, there was a phenomenon of harmonious leadership and the corresponding term: ‘harmonious leadership’. This phenomenon is presented on the Internet very modestly: in Russian – 178 pages, in English – 2 thousand pages that confirm its novelty.

Harmonious leadership is expressed not only traditional competence, but also such the new qualities as “to carry instead of to force”, “comfortable (high) adjustment”, combination of rationality of thinking and an emotionality, social aiming and etc. All of them define complete, integral and multidimensional character of the harmonious leadership, origin of which is one of acknowledgement of a birth of a harmonious civilization. However, its scientific definition is absent in view of absence of scientific understanding of individual and social harmony, and also a new civilization. Their scientific understanding reveals for the first time in tetrasociology through allocation of the fundamental spheres (elements) and laws of deep structure of harmony. They in details, compactly and in constructive application are presented in the GHA international program book “Harmonious Civilization” (2009) in Russian and English languages: http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=405

http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=379 and see below.

2. Definition of harmonious leadership as tetraleadership

On the basis of a science of social harmony, harmonious leadership is defined as leadership which is harmonious on the purposes and means (ways, tools) their achievements and which is necessary for a harmonious civilization and is adequate to it. The shortest definition of harmonious leadership is: tetraleadership. This is the integral leadership in the coordinated system of fundamental spheres of society and person. It leans on a holistic scientific understanding/thinking of a deep fourdimensional structure of social and individual harmony. Tetraleadership defines and harmonizes the purposes and means in system of four spheres of harmony.

3. Origin of a harmonious civilization: the facts and a science

The harmonious civilization is presented and proves to be true today the following three fundamental facts, two of which are global on the content and importance, defining a year of its birth, and one is national on the content but world on importance:

  1. The consent in April 2009 the USA and Russia to reach liquidations of the nuclear weapon (nuclear zero) in the world and signing by the Presidents of these countries of the Treaty on reduction of this weapon on April 8, 2010. It became the first which practical step on this way.
  2. The publication in the end of 2009 the GHA international program book “Harmonious Civilization”, in which the science of this civilization and a number of the scientific innovative projects having fundamental importance for this civilization is presented for the first time.
  3. Conscious building of "a harmonious society» in China with 2006. Though its building is a national choice of China, however, its scale covering almost a quarter of the population of humanity, gives it global character with which all other countries are compelled to be considered and for which it is a salutary example though it not understood yet in its historical mission.

Comprehension and allocation of these and others, more than 60 private and national facts, listed in the named book and also definition of 2009 as year of a birth of a harmonious civilization (HC) became possible only on the basis of the scientific theory of social harmony. It is known, that we are capable to see deep things only by means of the theory.

The scientific understanding of a harmonious civilization and inevitability of its birth, which is accompanied by appearance of a deep need in the corresponding, harmonious, leaders in all spheres of human activity, defines historical necessity, urgency and the social base for Academy of Harmonious Leadership (AHL).

The birth of a new civilization is accompanied by transition to a new paradigm of thinking which has received the title “four-dimensional network harmonious thinking”, shortly: Tetranet thinking. Its conception and examples of its conscious application are presented for the first time in the GHA book (2009, 18th chapter). Transition to this paradigm is natural and historically caused. Many scientists investigating history of thinking, allocated in it schematically following stages.

The first, it is an archaic binary thinking (life-death, people-gods, night-light, war-peace, free-slaves, etc.).

The second, it is the three-dimensional or industrial thinking with infinite set of triads: freedom, equality, brotherhood; and etc.). The triads in it are priority but do not exclude and keep the binary thinking.

The third, it is the tetrad, four-dimensional, thinking constructed on the fours and embodied in Tetrasociology and Tetraphilosophy and 20 GHA projects (see the book). This thinking also keeps in itself binary and triad thinking.

HC demands adequate, more complex and powerful tetra-thinking which does not exclude but it organizes a diversity of other measures in a new manner. Tetra-thinking was not born today. Its embryos concern to ancient history. Its first ideas have been formulated in the different civilizations. The old Indian Vedic culture of harmony, which has arisen more 3,5 thousand years ago, is already penetrated by four-dimensionality: see below Dr. Laj Utreja’s module “Vedic Tetrauniverse”. In the European tradition it begins from Pythagoras, Empedocles and developed more than 2,5 thousand years in the subsequent history by tens of the outstanding thinkers using those or other forms of four-dimensional thinking. Their analysis is presented in the literature specified below. But only at level of a harmonious civilization it becomes claimed as a priority paradigm of thinking that defines its historical shift and a corresponding transitive epoch.

The radical turn of human thinking was realized in the different form by many modern thinkers. So, for example, the great Russian scientist and thinker Vladimir Vernadsky wrote in the middle of the last century: Today, we are not experiencing a crisis that challenges weak souls but the greatest shift of human thought in the last millennia. Presently, the known American philosopher Glen Martin writes about a true paradigm shiftfrom fragmented thinking to holistic thinking under the principle of unity in diversity. This principle, as it is known, is a harmony principle which is identical to the tetra-principle (see below).

4. Forms of building and development of harmonious civilization (HC)

The birth of HC demands to understand the forms of its building and evolution. Unlike all other historical civilizations which arose and developed spontaneously and, hence, violently basically, the HC arises and develops knowingly, that excludes its violent and spontaneous character. However, there are different forms and levels of its comprehension and cultivation. Today it is possible to allocate two basic forms of conscious building of HC: 1. Traditional and 2. Scientific.

  1. The traditional form of conscious building of HC is “building of a harmonious society” in China, begun in the country in 2006 on the conscious decision of its directing bodies, which leant on the traditional national culture of harmony. It have been put in the foundations by Confucius 2,5 thousand years ago. Social traditions of harmony which is cultivated by the population of China on a habit and intuitively tens centuries, make a basic distinctive feature of this form of conscious building of HC. It is a transitive form from spontaneous cultivation of harmony to its scientific, to the most conscious, cultivation. The traditional form finds the logic continuation and development in the scientific form as the higher and most effective form without which the traditional form is doomed to stagnancy.
  2. The scientific form of conscious building of HС for today is presented only by the Global Harmony Association (GHA), its five years' history since 2005. The GHA recognized mission is: to pave the scientifically realized way of HC by the harmony projects, harmonious education and intercultural dialogue. For 5 years GHA has created 19 collective scientific projects of global harmony which are published on the site ‘Peace from Harmony’ and in four books summarized by the program book “Harmonious Civilization”.

The Academy of Harmonious Leadership (AHL) is based on the scientific form of HC building, expresses it and promotes its development as the most effective form. However, AHL and GHA concern with care to preservation of the achievements of the spontaneous and traditional forms of harmony of different cultures, integrating them in scientific projects of harmony and harmonious education that provides to these achievements a new life in a new civilization.

5. Levels of HC building

HC building is fulfilled simultaneously at all levels but non-uniformly. We will distinguish its two basic planes or dimensions: functional and territorial (spatial).

In functional dimension we will distinguish four spheral level and set of the branch levels inside spheral. The spheral levels are: social, information (cultural), organizational (political, administrative) and economic (material, technical). The branch levels inside social are: family, education, health, sports, church, social care; inside informational are: science, culture, philosophy, art, religion, mass-media, communication; inside organizational are: power, right/law, management, finance, safety; inside economic are: industry, agriculture, building, transport, trade, services and others, often united by one term – business. Though business is not limited to one sphere but in an overwhelming part it is an economic phenomenon. According to these functional levels the purposeful educational modules/blocks are allocated in AHL: power, business, science, culture and so on.

In territorial dimension we will distinguish the following levels: global (world), regional, national and local. The AHL purposeful educational modules are modified on the territorial levels which define the corresponding scale of purposeful preparation in AHL.

6. Necessity and need of harmonious leadership for HC

Social necessity and need for harmonious leadership and leaders arises together with HC birth. only harmonious leaders are necessary to it in mass scale. The need in social and individual consciousness will be realized more widely and more deeply, the scale will be a demand for preparation of corresponding leaders and experts. The response to this social need and the corresponding demand is integral training of harmonious leaders on the basis of a science of social and individual harmony in new educational institution: Academy of Harmonious Leadership which is created by the GHA. Harmonious leaders are the most important and most demanded resource for HC, conscious formation of which (resource) begins for the first time by AHL.

HC only was born, therefore it opens the boundless possibilities and tops in all spheres and kinds of activity without an exception. Those young leaders who will understand it the first and will start to master them, - they the first will receive the maximum effect. AHL will give them necessary knowledge and methods to reach it.

7. Harmonious leadership: response to global leader challenge of the 21st century

Harmonious integral leadership is an alternative to one-dimensional industrial leadership, first of all to its most destructive, violent forms prospering presently. AHL is capable to become an alternative, keeping all positive, to those numerous schools of the leaders, the pages of which fill the Internet (17 million in Russian and 138 million in English). These schools often preach “power of force”, “manipulation of the big groups”, "domination" and "pray" on odious leaders of the past. AHL is aimed on preparation of the harmonious leaders of a harmonious civilization, i.e. the leaders of essentially new generation with harmonious (holistic, four-dimensional) thinking instead of one-dimensional and coercive industrial thinking. The sharpest social need in them is a leader challenge of the 21st century, which is realized at all levels: global, regional, national and local. The GHA AHL will be the first educational institution which responses to this need and to global leader challenge of modernity.

8. Two meanings of AHL for GHA

AHL has huge meaning for GHA in two aspects:

1. AHL will allow to the GHA outstanding scientists, educators, artists and peacemakers to concentrate the own great and unique experience in the corresponding educational modules and to transfer it to the young leaders of a harmonious civilization which will relieve humankind from the wars, violence and hunger and will provide a survival, prosperity and happiness of people. This experience is very required to them and they will give it a new life in the future with gratitude. Certainly, this experience is necessary to present in a new structure and form adequate to the AHL purposes and requirements to make vital wisdom by the property of young leaders of a new civilization. AHL is the best concrete form of harmonious relation of the generations within the Harmony Renaissance epoch and building of a new civilization.

2. AHL is the GHA new academic project representing a new educational institute, adequate to HC. AHL provides for HC the first time the integral preparation of harmonious leaders that does not do now any educational institution in the world. Therefore AHL becomes in the near future one of the most demanded educational institutes and will serve as a prototype for creation of their global network. It responses to the GHA mission: to pave the conscious way for a harmonious civilization.

9. Economic significance of harmonious leadership

Contrary to traditional representations, the society begins not with its part – economy but with its whole – a human. The economy is that sphere of society which only summarizes and materializes quality of three other spheres. The essence and level of economy development is an external, material indicator of a level of development of others, non-material, society spheres. Simultaneously, in the return relation, the economy limits other spheres and is capable to destroy integrity of a society by the destructive narrowness. It is brightly shown on a decline of an industrial civilization. Economic fall destroyed its one form – socialism. It will destroy also its other form – capitalism. Signs of its self- destruction are well visible in the constantly growing global crises before which capitalism, absolutising economic profit, is powerless.

The alternative to self-destruction is HC and harmonization of all spheres, including economy. Humanity just now stands up on a way of a new civilization and still, as a matter of fact, has not realized this cardinal change in the history. To realize it on a large scale and to inform new consciousness to all people in all spheres of activity young harmonious leaders in these areas are capable only. To make it they should in the most accessible and clear for all people the economic form.

HC does not cancel the universal laws and mechanisms of economy: market, competition, money and profit but only gives them new quality. (Each civilization gives to economy the qualitative form which differs it from all others.) Through so universal mechanisms of harmonization HC clears them from the widely known destructive defects, releasing still unknown constructive economic possibilities. Destructive narrowness of economic mechanisms of capitalism: maximization of private economic results (profit) at the expense of damage and ignoring of interests of a whole. It leads, finally, to an inefficiency of capitalist economy in whole, its self- destruction and threat of social and individual destruction.

HC qualitatively changes all spheres and branches of human activity, including economy that for the first time but still imperfectly, is presented in the GHA book, especially in the chapter devoted to alternative reserve currency of harmony. Through harmonization of social structure, thinking and democracy, this civilization gives to economic mechanisms new quality of harmony, lifting them on essentially new level of efficiency and profitableness, discovering their innovative potential. The main economic mission of harmonious leaders, as leaders of new generation, consists to understand and to convince others in practice that the best and most effective (profitable and useful for all) business is to earn money from harmony, through harmony and for harmony.

Harmony takes away from money, profit, market and competition their industrial spoiling (defects) and unfolds their harmonious attribute. Harmonious leaders are capable to understand it and to convince in it on own practice first of all. The harmony economy is the most effective, from the very different directions, economy, therefore and harmonious leadership is the most effective business which subordinates maximization of private benefit to maximization of the general benefit or common good. Certainly, this economic transformation will occur not at once and will demand the decades of evolutionary development and the harmonious education, a priority form of which is AHL as any change in a society begins with the human-leader.

II. AHL open curriculum

10. GHA end-product

GHA end-product is the harmonious leader pursuing the higher goals (tops) in one of branches and on one of levels of HC. He/her is capable to define the top according to the abilities and the spheral resources of both personal and the social environment and also to harmonize them with others spheral purposes and requirements of other social spheres. His/her main dignity and advantage before the leaders of others generation is the universal integral four-dimensional network (tetranet) harmonious thinking releasing it from one-dimensional narrowness and allowing him/her to make the most effective strategic and tactical solutions. His/her other qualities: dream of harmony-happiness, priority of harmony value, exception of motivation of violence and enmity, harmonious way of life and harmonious personal development, free orientation in any difficult situations, innovative harmonious character, social responsibility, readiness for harmonization in any sphere and ability to harmonious cooperation and partnership.

GHA end-product is formed as a result of the corresponding educational services, which are presented in the AHL curriculum shortly, in structure of its educational modules.

11. Theoretical and designed base of AHL curriculum

Theoretical base of AHL curriculum is Tetrasociology as a science of social and individual harmony. It is presented in the last variant and is most compressed on 35 pages in the 18th chapter of the book “Harmonious Civilization”. The earlier and detailed variants of this social science are presented in other books on Tetrasociology, listed below.

The designed base of this curriculum is made the GHA conceptual project of the World Harmony/Peace Academy created in 2008 by more than 80 coauthors from 22 countries. This project is published by the separate book, and also on the GHA site “Peace from Harmony”. Its basic parts are published in the book “Harmonious Civilization” in the 10th chapter.

12. AHL curriculum structure, its participants and features

Definitions.

  1. AHL curriculum is: the curriculum of integral harmonious preparation in the field of the higher, as a rule of the second, humanitarian education which is necessary for the leaders of a harmonious civilization. However, the exceptions, defined in AHL Reception Rules, are possible. This curriculum does not exclude the ties and crossings with curriculums of technical and natural-science education. Except modules it includes other educational forms, tasks, techniques etc.
  2. An educational module of AHL curriculum is: the basic structural element of AHL curriculum. It represents various authors’ disciplinary courses which are created by the GHA outstanding scientists, educators and peacemakers. Modules are calculated on 40-60 teaching periods (hours).
  3. Curriculum target modules: they express ultimate goals or tops in any area which are attractive for the future harmonious leaders as embody their dream and vital strategic aspiration. In target modules the main thing is definition of tops, i.e. the higher tasks of development of corresponding area. AHL curriculum and all its modules are subordinated to the target modules representing the greatest interest for the future harmonious leaders.
  4. Areas of target modules are: the corresponding spheral and branch levels of HC building (items 5). These target areas sometimes unite in the large interbranch blocks and are classified on four spheres. 1. Areas of social sphere: family, education, health, sports, church, social care, population (social structure). 2. Areas of information sphere: science, culture, philosophy, art, religion, mass-media, communication service. 3. Areas of organizational sphere: policy (power), right/law, management (governance), finance, safety. 4. Areas of material sphere: industry, agriculture, building, transport, trade, services and others, often united by one term – business. Though business is not limited to one sphere but in an overwhelming part it is an economic phenomenon. Division of the target areas into subareas or their association is possible. Each target module is modified on territorial levels: global (world), regional, national and local. They define scale of the harmonious leader and its preparation in AHL.
  5. Five base modules are: (My) Character, (My) Consciousness, (My) Will, (My) Body (Health), (My) Way of Life. In achievement of the purpose the leader should begin with himself. The base modules provide preparation and development of own resources (spheres) of the harmonious leader for achievement of the top in any area. First four modules correspond to four spheres of the person (character, consciousness, will and body). The fifth integrates them into a harmonious way of life and the harmonious personal development aimed at strategic top of the future harmonious leader in area selected it. Each module of AHL curriculum is synthesis of the most important for HC the special scientific knowledge on a basis of Tetrasociology as a science of social and individual harmony.
  6. AHL students-clients are: the users of AHL educational modules. The student contingent is made the capable and ambitious young people up to 40 years with the high leader dream focused on achievement of the top in one of areas of HC at certain level. Students makes the individual program of harmonious leadership necessary for them of five basic modules and one or several target modules at the choice. The quantity of modules defines a total cost of the individual curriculum which is paid by the student or someone for him.
  7. AHL experts-guides are: the authors of the educational modules and competent humanitarian teachers providing a distance or stationary teaching within the AHL modules and personal training of the harmonious leader, aimed at corresponding top. Each expert receives a payment for each module but it can be free at his/her desire.
  8. Assistant of the expert is: the expert helper in carrying out of some or all studies/lessons within his/her modules. Necessity of the assistant, a circle of responsibility and the work relations are defined by the expert.
  9. AHL product is: the innovative educational services according to the curriculum modules, providing integral preparation of harmonious leaders in different target areas of HC.
  10. Delivery of AHL product is: distance, flexible learning through the AHL Internet departments in Russia, Europe and the USA (this question will be specified). It does not exclude creation of the AHL stationary departments on the basis of various universities.
  11. Sale strategy of AHL product is: demonstration of the advantages of harmonious leader education as the most effective for the person and a society; marketing researches; advertising of the best samples and results.
  12. AHL Functional Definition is: the commercial, innovative, international, mainly distance higher educational institution which offers to the students integral training of harmonious leaders through the choice of the AHL curriculum modules.

III. Attributes of harmonious leadership and harmonious education

A spheral, holistic, system, measured, innovative and peacemaking nature of harmonious leadership and harmonious leader education is defined by the corresponding attributes.

13. Qualitative fourdimensionality (four spheres): key attribute

Four spheres (fourdimensionality) unfolded in tetrasociology and defined by its initial axiom are the necessary and sufficient fundamental elements of harmonious leadership and education also as social and individual harmony in a whole. It is the key attribute of harmony defining all its levels, forms and qualities. It makes and exhausts integrity. It defines, unites and organizes all other attributes of harmony: system, quantitative measure, innovativeness, peacemaking and the higher efficiency. All kinds of industrial leadership do not possess these attributes together. This attribute is unfolded philosophically and sociologically on 35 pages of the 18th chapter in the book “Harmonious civilization” (p. 189-224) in details.

14. Holism (integrity, completeness)

Holism is expressed in complete coverage and vision of necessary and sufficient elements of the subjects, purposes and means of leadership and education. Them holism (integrity, completeness) reveals through fourdimensionality (four spheres), outside of which exists nothing. Integrity can be only fourdimensional and fourdimensionality is always integral and complete. Four spheres are necessary and sufficient for integrity of social and individual harmony. The harmony law: harmony integrity is fourdimensional (four spheres) and its fourdimensionality is integral. They are two sides of one harmony medal. The monistic and pluralistic interpretations of integrity are: the first reduces four spheres to one, generating others, and the second, except tetrism (fourdimensionality), reduces them or to two (dualism) and to three (trialism) spheres, which are insufficient, or expands them to five and more, some of which do not possess attribute of necessity.

15. System

System is expressed by the direct and feedback and interdependence of fundamental elements of harmony: its four spheres. System is indissoluble with integrity of harmony: its any integrity is system but not any system is integral (complete). System of harmony is expresses also by its hierarchy as a level structure and by emergence, i.e. finding by system of new qualities and functions which are absent at system parts.

16. Quantitative measure

The measure expresses quantitative mutual coordinated self-restriction of the harmony spheres, based on the corresponding, spheral, statistics of four spheres and on the corresponding, spheral, mathematics basis of which is made the binary mathematics of harmony. (Not to confuse qualitative fourdimensionality of harmony and its quantitative measure).

17. Universal innovativeness

Four fundamental spheres and their interrelations, exhausting integrity of harmony of any social phenomenon, open unlimited but the organized field of universal innovativeness both for scientific knowledge and for practice of the leader. The constant innovativeness of conscious harmonization provides to its knowledge and practice continuous updating and development, overcoming of all barriers of stagnancy.

18. Peace-making essence of harmonious leadership and education

Harmonious on the purposes and means harmonious leadership and education provide peace and prosperity at all levels that exclude any reasons for wars, enmity and violence. Harmonious leaders will be simultaneously the competent peacemakers from harmony. These leaders will know HOW to create peace from harmony, which is the unique reason of peace, because peace comes only from harmony that expresses the GHA motto: ‘Peace Comes from Harmony’. It is one, universal for all people and at all levels the law of peace-making. Creating harmony in a family, we establish peace in it, excluding from it the reasons of quarrels and divorces. Creating harmony in the village or the city, we establish peace in them, excluding from them the enmity reasons. Creating harmony in the country, we establish peace in it, excluding from it the reasons of civil wars and armed conflicts. Creating harmony between the regions and countries, we establish peace in them, excluding from them the reasons of local or world wars. AHL prepares harmonious leaders and teaches them HOW to create harmony at each level, hence, HOW to establish peace on each of them.

19. The higher (top) efficiency of harmonious leadership and education

Leadership, harmonious on the purposes and means, is the most effective for the person and for society leadership from the all possible as it provides for persons - completeness of development and happiness, and to a society – a sustainable development, prosperity and everlasting peace. Harmonious leadership maximizes advantages, possibilities, success and minimizes errors and failures. Its main dignity, defining its higher efficiency, consists in essentially new, holistic, four-dimensional harmonious thinking. It can be realized only such leaders who know and are capable to harmonize both the purposes and means, coordinating them knowingly with the key spheral purposes and resources of others persons and societies.

In an industrial civilization maximization of private benefit (profit) at the expense of the whole is killing both for whole and for its parts that has convincingly illustrated the recent global financial crisis which reasons remain. Maximization of profit of any part sacrifices a life of whole, the destruction of which destroys all its parts and does their maximum benefit (profit) nonsensical.

The higher (top) efficiency of harmonious leadership and education is defined by integrity, necessity and sufficiency of their fundamental spheres. Harmonious benefit in interests of whole and all its parts is a top efficiency above which anything is not present as there is nothing more effectively, than preservation, sustainable development and prosperity of a whole: the person or a society. Harmonious benefit is connected with a life of whole and not just its separate parts. Harmonious benefit, unlike private, cannot sacrifice, by definition, the interests of whole (common good) to please maximization of private benefit. Therefore harmonious efficiency is a top efficiency which harmonious leadership and education possesses. This efficiency is adequate to a harmonious civilization, is inherent in it, becoming property of all people through harmonious education, first of all its leaders.

20.Instead of the conclusion: AHL strategy and tactics

The commercial success is one of the AHL strategy, which will allow to finance the GHA other projects, first of all creation of Youth Academy of Harmony. AHL will be the GHA first own source of financing from harmony, through harmony and for harmony. AHL is the GHA 20th and the best local form to start practical realization of GHA global projects. However, in view of the AHL unprecedented character (though in the world there are some its private parallels) and absence of practical experience, we can make its work by free, for example, in the first 6 months, that would be tactically competent. At this stage we can offer students free acquainted curriculums for one month, reducing their modules to 10-20 hours. In the end of this stage when there will be a first practical experience, GHA could offer similar free acquainted curriculums to the leaders of those small countries who further all have promoted on a way to a harmonious civilization in this or that relation: Singapore, Costa Rica, Norway, Malaysia, Tunis etc., and also to outstanding politicians: to congressman Denis Kucinich from the USA, to MP of India Rahul Gandhi and etc. AHL can show to them, that the curriculum even very compressed, allows to increase repeatedly success of them activity, to find ways of the decision of insoluble problems, to keep all the effective and to provide to the countries a prosperity and peace way. Similar experience would be the best advertising for AHL. In more details this idea will be developed in two last sections of the conception: AHL Organization and AHL Perspectives which will be presented later.

The AHL leader strategy as well as its graduates are generalized on the ways of realization by two core one: 1. through other leaders – through their conviction and cooperation with them, through their assistants or minor government officials, through inclusion in other organisations, educational institutions, etc., and 2. By own way through creation of the own business, organisation, educational institutes, etc.

AHL Conception is its theoretical substantiation and the initial document for acquaintance with it of its students and educators-experts.

Base Modules: Character, Consciousness, Will, Body, Way of Life

Target Modules: Power, Business, Science

22. Target modules: rules and requirements

1.AHL educational target and basic modules are the base elements of AHL curriculum and are intended for distance or contact learning

2.The modules length fluctuates within, as a rule, 10-15 themes on 2-4 hours. one length: 15 themes on 4 hours = 60 hours is established for all modules below.

3.AHL educational modules are individual, made, as a rule, with rare exception, one author. Each author of the module individualizes it according to the own experience and knowledge and constantly improves it.

4.The module author is AHL expert: the skilled humanitarian scientist, educator, art worker or peacemaker with wide (not less than 5 years) professional and pedagogical experience. Each expert can prepare some modules.

5.Modules should correspond to AHL conception and to the present Rules/Requirements

6.The four-dimensional logic of tetranet harmonious thinking of a harmonious civilization is priority for modules, but it does not exclude and includes the use of the logics of thinking of two, three and other measurements.

7.The field of modules is limited by the wide frameworks of a harmonious civilization: peaceful disposition, harmony, democracy and human rights. It excludes the modules of militarism, disharmony and totalitarianism.

8.To provide all modules with the uniting core, each module includes five obligatory themes from 15:

  • The first theme is: ‘Birth of a harmonious civilization in 2009: its features, definition and inevitability’. This theme unfolds with obligatory use of the GHA program book Harmonious civilization (HC, 2009), first of all its two chapters: ‘Harmonious Civilization Universal Declaration’ (p. 21-30) and ‘Epoch of Harmony Globalisation’ (p. 13-20), and also AHL conception.
  • Two central themes are: ‘Author's knowledge/experience in a system/level of the tetranet thinking/mentality of a harmonious civilization’ and ‘Synthesis (or tie) of the author's knowledge/experience and Tetrasociology’. Their synthesis (tie) at a system of tetranet thinking allows to lift the author's knowledge/experience on the level of a harmonious civilization and to make its actual for its harmonious leaders. Their synthesis is carried out on a basis of Tetrasociology outline, presented in HC (p. 189-224).
  • Two finishing themes are: ‘Spiritual (or scientific), humanitarian, political and economic meaning of new knowledge in a harmonious civilization’ and ‘Role of the harmonious leader (of the corresponding area), its advantages and prospects in a harmonious civilization’. These themes are unfolded with attraction both own knowledge and experience, and the most various scientific and art sources devoted to life art, as for example, excellent “Open Letter to the Young Man about a Science to Live” of André Maurois, who, as a matter of fact, gives the deep vision of the harmonious leader and a harmonious way of life. These themes summarize practical effect of harmonious leadership for a society and the person, opening before him/her qualitatively new possibilities and attractive prospects, including increase of well-being and achievement of wide popularity within of a harmony priority.

9.The author of the module agrees to develop, synthesize and transform the knowledge according to Tetrasociology as a science of social and individual harmony and to the AHL conception.

10.The modules pass in AHL the collective discussion and are subscribe its author and AHL President at consensus of all parties. At the last stage the one cost of the modules is established collectively.

11.All AHL curriculum modules in an ideal are bilingual (English and Russian languages though they can be and in any language) to provide to the future harmonious leader preparation for two levels: national and international. Modules can be and on other national languages, except Russian, and also on Esperanto at the corresponding experts and/or assistants-translators.

12.The modules are published on the AHL educational website for their choice by students.

The listed rules and requirements will allow the AHL modules to get internal and external harmonious unity, to keep an individual diversity and to provide high efficiency for AHL.

Terminological note. For the best understanding of the AHL curriculum modules and also for AHL scientific and pedagogical practice we enter a new, sociological, lexical meaning of the English term “spheral” as adjective from a noun “sphere” in social use. The concept "sphere" has three lexical meaning: mathematical, astronomical and sociological. Let's remind, the social spheres in Tetrasociology are the largest parts of a society and fundamental elements of social harmony. In the mathematics there is a corresponding adjective "spherical" or “spheral”. But in sociology the similar adjective is absent, that complicates expression of the corresponding thoughts, especially in Tetrasociology for which it is the key as it expresses essence of harmony, its deep structure and the major attribute. The adjective “spheral” in a new, sociological, lexical meaning is similar to others adjectives: integral, cathedral, governmental, fundamental, principal, universal, educational, parental and another, derivative from the corresponding nouns. The adjective “spheral” in social meaning is used in many key terms of Tetrasociology: spheral harmony, spheral classes of population, spheral structure, spheral quality, spheral science, spheral statistics, spheral mathematics (= Tetramathematics), spheral sociology (=Tetrasociology), spheral approach, spheral philosophy (=Tetraphilosophy), spheral democracy, spheral state, spheral money, spheral economy, spheral policy, spheral parties etc. These terms are widely applied in the formulations of AHL curriculum modules below. (Opinion of Dr. Bernard Scott, England: “Your explanation of ‘spheral’ is grammatically correct and clear.”)
