Very dear Dr. Semashko,

Here is Hedva. Not long ago I have asked you some questions about individuality in the GHA theories. I've asked those questions only because I admire deeply what you are doing, and not for any other reason. I have asked because I see somewhat that the theories are holistic, and should also have a consideration of 1. Individual traits of groups and nations... 2.The individual man and his uniqueness.. I agree that preaching and teaching of peace is most important, and of a peace thought for all. I also agree with most of your ideas.

I am Israeli. Not long ago I've sent you a research paper I've written on the plight of both sides - the Israeli and Palestinian, I do not know if you have read it... I'm ready to send it to you personally again. I and so many people of my country want peace with our neighbours, with all our heart.

But what shall we do that they don't recognize us, among so many countries of Islam and I've nothing against Islamic persons, I wish them all the best, provided they do not harm us and recognize our existence. What shall we do if we have terror, terrible terror, and missiles sent into our civil population for so many years...armed by Iran.. We are a small nation, fighting rightfully, or wrongfully, for our existence.

Especially now with those terrible butchers in the middle East - Assad the butcher of his people, helped by Iran who arms and finances terror fighters everywhere, and Isisthe butcher of humanity. We are 800 km. long and the west bank enters deep in our country, until 22 km. from the sea.We are all the time suffering from terror and nowadays surrounded by terrible terror. Egypt is suffering too from the Muslim Brotherhood terror within the country and from the Isis and el Kaida terror in the Sinai desert, helped by Hamas - proxies of Iran in the Gaza strip. And still I and Israelis want peace...

But please, Dr. Semashko, please answer me. I am really interested in your answer.

Israel Peaceful Civil Society. GHA Project:

Peace Academy + Department of Peacebuilding

Dear Hedva,

Sorry for the delay, please - I was very busy. Many thanks for your kind letter and good words addressed to me below.

As to your question about the individuality in my theory, it is a very big question. To answer this question, I must repeat my books and articles, such as this: http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=178 and many others. My general answer is: society and the individual are inseparable, each of them cannot exist without the other, and only their harmony ensures peace and prosperity of humanity and so on.

With regard to your article, I did not get it and I am ready to discuss it with you if you will send it to me in attachment and in the compressed volume 2 or 3 pages, no more, of the most important things in thesis form and only about the peace between your countries: Israel and Palestine from the standpoint of science/theory and without emotions. only then I can publish it in our book "Global Peace Science" (GPS). It will be published in January 2016 on English.

The second half of your letter is dedicated to war of Israel and Palestine. This part is completely emotional. I understand you; you live in constant fear of rocket attacks, their threats, terror, etc. Of course, this is a terrible situation and it seems to never end: your feud gave too deep-rooted for 65 years. To overcome them need a PEACEFUL WAY IN THE DECADES. But most importantly, it should be. Unfortunately, we do not see it. We see that both sides are spending billions of dollars on the war, murder and hatred, but do not spend a single dollar on peace.

No emotions do not solve the problem. The emotional solutions do not exist, there is no emotional work. There are only reasonable, theoretical solutions, and work on the basis of reason and theory. But theories are different - humanistic and misanthropic (fascist, militaristic, violent, racist, etc.). Our, GHA theory - GPS is humanistic, based on the science of global harmony. Why Israel cannot offer any peaceful solution to Iran, Hamas and other Palestinian leaders? We understand that BOTH SIDES DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE COMMON PLATFORM FOR PEACE to successful in peace negotiations.

We invite you and Israeli civil society, if it wants peace, to begin intellectual, theoretical work for joint creation of this platform, which we see in GPS. We all know that wars begin and continue in the head, mind and consciousness. Therefore, a common platform of peace should include recognition of the first three and the main institutions:

1. General, International Academy for Global Peace to develop jointly GPS for your needs,

2. Department of Peace in the governments of Israel and Palestine on one scientific basis, and

3. General Peace University on one scientific basis to prepare for Israel and for Palestine the peace teachers, who will learn to peace and its building instead of hostility and its incitement. You (both sides) must get away from the propaganda of false images and perceptions of each side of each other and stand up together on a common position of objective science. Then there will be hope for the success of peace talks.

I propose to take the first step towards the creation of the International Academy for Global Peace in Israel in one of the quietest towns within two months (60 days, for example, in March-April 2016 or in May-June) in the cheapest student hostel for 30 scientists–peacemakers from 6 countries by 5 from each country - Israel, Palestine, Russia, USA, India and Iran, of which I like to invite the following GHA members:

Israel: Hedva Bachrach, Ernesto Kahan, Yehuda Stolov, (+ 2 more scientists),

Palestine - Ghassan Abdallah, Mazin Qumsiyeh (+ 3 more),

Russia - Leo Semashko, Julia Budnikova, Uraz Baimuratov, Vadim Tatur, Yuri Tsimbalist,

India - Subhash Chandra, Surendra Pathak, Ramesh Kumar, A.K. Merchant, Maitreyee Roy, Madhu Krishan, Chintamani Yogi (Nepal) (-2),

Iran - Manijeh Navidnia (+ 4 more),

USA - Terrence Paupp, Roger Kotila, Charles Mercieca, Kurt Johnson (+ 1 more).

You could name your candidates from each country and from other organizations in this peace international team of scientists.

This group of scientists discussing one question: "Development of the general Global Peace Science (GPS), providing a peaceful solution to Israel and Palestine." Each of the 30 scientists receive an opportunity to present and discuss during one day (8 hours) his or any other peace conception/theory, which he shares and suggests to solve this conflict. During the second month of discussion we select the most worthy and acceptable option of GPS. In all of the discussions it is prohibited to talk about war and military mutual claims and accusations. In all the discussions reigns one problem - the theme of peace and its scientific, acceptable to all the theory beyond military matters.

It will be a real work of peace, which is not available right now on both sides and which is designed to displace the endless emotions of hostility and accusations of each other. I and GHA ready to take part in the organization and work of this Academy. We can offer our GPS (www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=585) as an initial version for consideration in this Academy: we'll give a copy of this book to each participant of the first Academy of Peace from harmony. It will be a prime example of people diplomacy and peaceful work of civil society towards global peace in the Middle East.

A key issue in the organization of this Academy is its funding. But it is minimal and is represented in the following table in the average figures for 30 scientists.

Expenditure

Number

Average price in $ per person

Total USD $

1. Round trip

30

1500

45000

2.Hostell

30

50 per one night,

3000 for 60 nights

90000

3.Food

30

50 per a day,

3000 for 60 days

90000

TOTAL

225000

Of course, this is the most approximate calculations. They do not take into account the fact that some of the participants from Israel and Palestine does not require practically travel costs, etc. And the Academy is not a resort and work with minimal costs.

The key question is: Could the civil society of Israel, if it wants peace to find the charities and private donors who can finance the world's first Peace Science Academy?

Dear Hedva, could you arrange this financing in Israel and lead the work of this Academy as its Executive Secretary? If you cannot, then could you suggest a manager for it? It would be the first unprecedented contribution to the peaceful solution of your long military conflict with the growing threats to the lives of civilians.

I am sending this letter as a draft for discussion of all the invited participants. What do they think about it? They are ready to take part in the proposed environment? Your silence will be a refusal to participate in this project. Depending on the responses, the number of participants, therefore, the amount of the costs can be reduced. We can also shorten its work from two to one month to make it cheaper to 2 times. Other variants may also be. This work will be a transition from words to deeds, from theory to practice.

Best wishes for peace from harmony based on science,

Dr. Leo Semashko,

GHA President, Russia,

Dear friends, Namaste from Nepal

Thank you soooo much for all the lovely emails... i have been reading it and getting inspiration every time. Its always a good joy of being closer to the spiritual people who are serving humanity through spirituality. But pls excuse me if i don't respond any important emails as we are extremely busy for serving Earthquake victims at this time in Nepal.

Returned kathmanu on last monday night after completing a very successful journey of Gorkha district; the place which was hit by terrible Earthquake at first. We had around 6 programs and plus travelling for around 18 hours... we did many good programs within only 2 day's short tour also. Thank you God!!! i'm so happy that we met many EQ victims- children, women, old people, youths, teachers, social workers and many other local community workers- and tried our best to encourage them, re-strengthen them; we distributed some relief materials (rice, biscuits, educational materials etc) too ; they really need positive messages and counseling at emotional, spiritual level. Frankly speaking, we also cried many times and were deeply touched in many moments by seeing their strong enthusiastic attitude. It was really like a pilgrimage for us.

pls visit our new web site -- Peace Service USA | Spreading Spiritual Awareness Globally -- too in your free time; We will appreciate yoru response...

Dear All,

Sorry to disagree with you that the violent conflict between Israel and Occupied Palestine will never end as I'm sure that there are 2 steps that should be taken to achieve that:

1) ending the Israeli Occupation to the Palestinian lands & Peoplevery quickly

2) investing intensively in the role of informal education targeting children from both sides .

Equating colonizers/occupiers with the occupied/colonized is not a good idea. There is no conflict between Israel and occupied Palestine no more than there was a conflict between blacks and whites in Apartheid South Africa. There is Israeli apartheid (hafrada) and there are those who oppose it and those who support it and those who are making money from the status quo by claiming educational initiatives, holding "joint" conferencesand workshops (normalization) and endless diplomacy ("peace talks") based on the mirage of "two states". Those who oppose racism work in the same way we did with south Africa: resistance including boycotts, divestments, and sanctions (BDS) to arrive at basic human rights for all. To understand the conflict and how to resolve it read many books by people like Ilan Pappe and Edward Said. My own book on this is posted at http://qumsiyeh.org/sharingthelandofcanaan/. Best wishes

Dear friends

Attached is an important article about the Israeli Palestinian war written by an Arab Palestinian Journalist “Palestinians: More Missed Opportunities” by Bassam Tawil, July 2, 2015 at 5:00 am http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/6023/palestinians-missed-opportunities

Prof. Kahan

•It was Palestinians who hurt themselves: When Israelis were not able to

hire Palestinian workers, they simply turned to foreign workers,

prefabricated construction and other industrial innovations.

•If the boycott of goods made in the settlements is successful,

thousands, if not tens of thousands of Palestinians will find themselves

unemployed, hungry, and ripe for radicalization.

•The world will never give up its computing, medical, agricultural and

start-up products for us. The Israelis will continue to prosper. They have

already found other markets.

•Mahmoud Abbas is afraid of Hamas and afraid to enter the Gaza Strip. As

a result of rumors that Hamas was working privately to reach a cease-fire

agreement with Israel, Abbas is threatening to dissolve the national unity

government.

We Palestinians continue to miss one opportunity after the other. Now, we

are about to miss yet another opportunity for peace.

The geographic and political reality of the Middle East does not smile on

the Palestinians. The countries that, until the Arab Spring, exerted the

most pressure on Israel to negotiate with us have become weak. Some of them

are disintegrating and others, in this world of strange bedfellows, consider

the Israelis partners in the struggle against their common enemy, Iran.

Our Arab brothers now consider us a nuisance, marginal to their struggle to

survive in the face of the threats from the Ayatollahs' increasing nuclear

power in Iran and radical Islamists such as ISIS.

We Palestinians do not understand the enormous changes in the region. We do

not know how to turn them to our own advantage. Until now, every time the

Israelis offered us an attractive proposition, the leaders of the Arab

League vetoed it. That happened at Camp David, when Ehud Barak offered

Yasser Arafat unprecedented concessions, including some in Jerusalem. The

Arab leaders opposed the deal, mired us in our current misery, and we gained

nothing. While the current regional chaos has weakened both the Arab states

and the Palestinians, there might also be opportunities for compromise with

Israel........

Dear Prof. Kahan:

It is far better if you can share your own writings (links) instead of posting Zionist tired propaganda (hasbara) that is tagged with false names to give it credibility but it is so obvious that it actually backfires (sort of like adding John Smith as "author" of an article attacking christians). I personally started collecting the most common myths and writing responses with some documentation which could potentially evolve into a book (see here http://qumsiyeh.org/liesandtruths/).

But instead of useless emails and impersonal exchanges, I sincerely invite you and all people who can potentially open their minds to come visit us anytime (I can help to arrange a schedule that includes meetings with different people including Jewish Zionists, settlers, Jewish non-Zionist, Jewish anti-zionists, Palestinians of various political persuasions etc). The truth, like the sun, is healthy and cannot be hidden for long from those out from their caves. But those who choose to remain in their self-constructed caves of ignorance will always stay pale and unhappy and fearful and paranoid. Sincerely

Mazin

You have forgotten the third and fourth, and fifthsteps;3. that PALESTINIANS, ESPECIALLY HAMAS GROUPS, RECOGNIZE ISRAEL'S EXISTENCE AND STOP SENDING MISSILES TOWARDS ISRAELI POPULATION, AS THEY HAVE DONE FOR THE LAST 11 YEARS, ALTHOUGH WE HAVE LEFT GAZA IN 2005, AND PALESTINIANS WERE FREE THEN. THEY CHOSE TO BUILD TUNNELS COMING INTO ISRAELI VILLAGES AND TOWNSHIPS IN THE SOUTH, IN ORDER TO KILL ISRAELIS AND FOR 10 YEARS SENT MISSILES,ALSO LONG RANGE MISSILES INTO OUR CITIES..4. That 67 years of terrible terror and suicide bombing against israel should stop . 5 THAT IRAN STOPS SENDING ARMAMENT AND MISSILES TO HIZBALLA AND HAMAS , AS IT DOES IN YEMEN TO THE HOUTIES, AND STOP THREATENING US FOR OUR DESTRUCTION "TO FLATTEN ISRAEL" IN THEIR WORDS. bOTH WE AND PALESTINIANS HAVE TO FEAR TERRIBLY THE ISIS FORCES WHO ARE IN THE SINAI DESERT AND ALL AROUND US, THEY WILL NOT PITY ANY OF US. LOOK WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO CHRISTIANS, YAZEEDIES AND CURDISH PEOPLE. DECAPITATING THEIR HEADS AND SHOOTING THEM . ALSO ENSLAVING THEIR DAUGHTERS. DO YOU WANT SUCH A REGIME????

YES! PALESTINIANS AND US SHOULD COME TO AN AGREEMENT, EACH OF US RECOGNIZING EACH OTHER, HONORING EACH OTHERAND STOP TERROR ANDRETALIATION ACTIVITIES AGAINST EACH OTHER. BUT IT WOULD BE DONE BY BOTH PARTIES, AND NOT INTERVENTION FROM OUTSIDE BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE onLY LIMITED KNOWLEDGE FROM MEDIA ,ESPECIALLY THE AL JAZEERA NETWORK, WHO COMES FROM KATAR - WHICH SENDS MONEY ,IRANIAN MONEY, TO HAMAS IN THE GAZA STRIP.aLL OF YOU, HONORABLE PEOPLE,HAVE NEVER LIVED HERE,THUS YOU CAN NOT INTERVENE AND SOME OF YOUARE EVEN PREJUDICED.

as for settlements, many political parties are against this policy, including me and my family. However - who will vouch for us that Hamas people in the west bank, which enters very deep into Israel - until 22 km. from the sea, and also other hating Palestinians, will not start shooting missiles so deep within our country. The current government says that they have left Lebanonand missiles were sent by Hizballa.. We have left Gaza and armament started coming through the sea and Sinai desert, through the tunnels.. 300 Tons of concrete were sent into Gaza, but they were not served to build houses for the population, but to build an under city oftunnels, for military purposes. All the time, through the gate between Gaza and Israel merchandise, medicine and what the population needs comes in, the Egyptians have closed the Rafiach entrance to the Sinai, because Hamas helps the Isis and el Kaida people in the Sinai desert , and they gave them even Egyptian army costumes to camuflage them. The Isis have massacred a lot of Egyptian soldiers. The Moslem Brotherhood in Egypt have connections with the Hamas groups, so it is a war by extremists against more sane forces... We are not the only ones at conflict in theMiddle East, although our conflict has lasted long enough..

Sorry to tell you cousin that your allegations do not fit at all with the reality as Gaza is under siege for more than 7 years. Israel did not leave Gaza .Israel re positioned its military tanks round Gaza I wish that you mentioned that to accepting to be deceived by allegationsand making stories to prove that I'm right and the other is wrong will never facilitate reaching a compromise. Closing the borders and attacking the civilians with rockets, raiding innocent people is completely against all morals let us intensify our efforts in promoting people 2 people engagement for reaching sustainable Peace.           Dear Drs. Semashko & Chandra, and all --

I am impressed with the boldness of Dr. Semashko's proposal to bring 30 scientists to the Middle East to try to bring about a positive change between Israel and the Palestinians.

Dr. Semashko correctly notes that the big money goes to the makers of war, not to peace experts. (This fact is obvious when one looks at the Pentagon's budget.Billions and billions of dollars stretching over the next 30 years are budgeted for weapons systems, but with no plans whatsoever to establish the structures required for a future world of peace.)

Funding for Dr. Semashko's project would be a step in the right direction as a token for the importance of a focus on peaceful outcomes.

As much as I like Dr. Semashko's idea, I must confess that I don't see how 30 scientists could change the ongoing Zionist scheme for complete domination over the so-called Promised Land. The current Israeli Zionist leadership appears to have no intention of ever giving Palestinians freedom and democratic rights, or returning the stolen lands.

Reluctantly therefore, I tend to share Dr. Qumsiyeh'sdoubts regardingforming what Dr. Chandra calls an "International Academy for Global Peace in Israel" or some type of"common platform of peace" with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as its focus.

Unfortunately, as a psychologist with over 30 years of experience with sociopath's,I must conclude that a number of people currently in power in Israel(and some from Palestine) appear to very likely fall into the category of sociopath and/or psychopath. These types of personalities lack a normal conscience and are unlikely to change. Their response to death and destruction is blunted although cruelty may excite or thrill them. There is no shame.

Because of such personality characteristics, changing the attitudes or values of these "shot-callers" by means of peace education or psychotherapy is highly unlikely, although not impossible.

I must confess, therefore, that until Israel has new (enlightened) leadership, I fear that a peace studies group has little chance for success. An added obstacle is the United States Congress which does the bidding of the Israeli Lobby and supports Israeli Zionists no matter what world crimes are committed.

In conclusion, although I like and respect Dr. Semashko's plan, I am not in favor of it at this time. My opinion may change once the Likud Party and Israeli Zionists are replaced by new, humanitarian leadership.

Until there is new leadership in Israel, I see little hope for meaningful change either by applying Global Peace Science, or by using some other approach developed by peace experts.

Nevertheless, I do see a need in the future for an international team of peace experts.Their skills may be needed for a world summit of national leaders to discuss the benefits of the Earth Constitution compared to the United Nations Charter, and to agree as an interim step to take all nuclear weapons off "hair trigger alert."

The Earth Constitution could be the basis for forming a democratic world federal union government. (World federalists have argued convincingly that to end war and eliminate nuclear weapons such a global structure will be required.) A democratic world federation in place, in my opinion, would make the Israeli - Palestinian conflict far easier to resolve peacefully.

World union is a top priority, recognized by Drs. Semashko and Chandra who have wisely shown the important role that the religious and spiritual community can play towards the goal of world unity.

For my part, I will continue to attempt to show how the Earth Constitution is a gift to humanity, waiting to be discovered and embraced. Designed to replace our current geopolitical war system with a nonmilitary global peace system, it is ready to go.

For peace and humanity,

I agree with Dr. Roger. I would add that any push for peace cannot be at the expense of human rights. Human rights must be central including the rights of refugees to return to their homes and lands and the need for equality (i.e. no discrimination based on religion).

On good news, there is now an agreement with Iran and sanctions are slowly being lifted from Cuba and will be soon lifted from Iran. Israeli politicians are all unhappy about it but will extort the US for more cash and weapons and for more greenlights to commit more massacres in exchange for less media frenzy (oh yes, most of the media frenzy on Iran is manufactured in Tel Aviv). Tighten your seat belts, we are coming to rough roads ahead.

As I said before, you can chose to stand for principles of of peace (as Martin Luther King Jr said 'which can only be built on justice') or you can chose to delusionally support normalization efforts which profit very few Israeli and Palestinian "elites" who engage in the business of "peace process industry" getting fat salaries out of talking "peace" while their livelihood would be threatened if the status quo changes. And it is changing so they beg for attention. I urge them to step back from this abyss. For as Jesus said "For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself?" Luke 9:25. The road to peace is clear. See http://qumsiyeh.org/sharingthelandofcanaan/. Best

Also sorry to tell you, that the siege on Gaza was put because OF Iranian ARMAMENT WHICH WAS SENT WITHOUT STOPTHROUGH THE SEA AND THROUGH Sinai and desert, into the tunnels of Gaza. including missiles and rockets only then Israel put the siege to prevent;...the missiles and rockets started flying into Israel at its northern cities by Hezbollah, which received them through SYRIA from IRAN, UNDER THE NOSE OF u.n. PEAE

OBSERVERS, AND THE ROCKETS STARTED FLYING FROM GazaMORE THEN TEN

YEARS;, LONG BEFORE THE SIEGE. THE HAMAS AUGMENTED AND STARTEFD NON STOP ROSCKETS WHEN THEY CAME INTO POWER. WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE SIESGE, NOR ABOUT THE ZUK EITAN WAR.. WE ARE DEEPLY SORRY FOR WHAT HAPPENED, BUT HOW LONG DO YOU THINK THAT A CIVIL POPULATION CAN WITHSTAND ROCKETS, AND HAS TO ENTER SHELTERSAND RUN INTO THEMM- EITHER EVERY 10 MINUTES, OR HALF AN HOUR, OR HALF A AY, OR AT NIGHTS... THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH SHELTERS, BUT STILL THERE WERE, THE HOSPTAL;, FOR EXAMPLE, DID NOT HAVE SHELTER IN THE E.R. CHILDREN IN THE SOUTHK, IN SHDEROT, THE VILLAGES THE KIBUTZIM..AN EVEN IN BIGGER SCITIES ARE FULL OF FEAR AND NEED CONSTANT PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP.

THE HEAD OF THE TODAY'S REGIONAL COUNCIL, WHO WAS A KIBUTZ MEMBER,

LOST HIS TWO LEGS BY A ROCKET. EVEN SO HE WAS CHOSEN TO BE THE HEAD OF THE COUNCIL.HE WANTED TO MAKE A MEETING BETWEEN ISRAELIS AND GAZA PEOPLE, MANY OF GAZA PEOPLE WANTED TO COME BUT THE HAMAS AUTHORITIES WOULD NOT LET THEM... DO YOU KNOW THAT DURING THE WAR THERE WAS A FIELD HOSPITAL NEAR THE CAMP AND MAJORWOUNDED WERE BROUGHT TO HOSPITALS IN ISRAEL??

Do you now that even today, incognito, Palestinians come to hospitals in Israel?? Do you know that near the Syrian border there was a field hospital which treated wounded people, and brought them to northern hospitals in Israel?? So se are not blind to human suffering, and want with all our hearts to take off the siege, but what shall we do with Iran sending armament and the Hamas wanting to annihilate us??? They don't recognize us in their agenda... WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN SUCH CONDITIONA???

First, please do not use all capital letters. In emails this is "shouting" and reveals anger most people do not read it or may get irritated by it. Second, your note about "undermining our demographic situation" is sadly racist. You are talking about fellow human beings who are legally entitled by International law to return to their homes and lands. I suggest you get educated. You can start here: http://qumsiyeh.org/chapter4/. As for Arab Jews: look at myth 9 here http://qumsiyeh.org/liesandtruths/. I will pray for you. Best wishes,

If Israel's population was Muslim war would not exist between Gaza and Israel. The same If the Gazans were Jewish. So this is a religious war. It's been a million years that man walks on Earth, and only 2000 - 3000 years appeared modern religions. In few year everything will change.

Prof. Ernesto Kahan

That is simply not true and you know it. Founders of the Zionist movement were not religious (Herzle was an atheist, Ben Gurion even called religious orthodox Jews as "dogs"). The opposition to Zionism came from Atheists, Muslims, Christians, and even very pious religious Jews. In the 1960s two of the three leading Palestinian liberation factions were headed by Christians (George Habash of the PFLP and Nayef Hawatmeh of the DFLP). There are also (not surprisingly) "Christian" Zionists and even a few "Muslim" zionists. If the early 19th century colonizers were Buddhists or or Zoroastrian or even Martians intent on transforming the country o their vision on monolithic structure, they would be resisted in exactly the same manner.

For the record I am a Palestinian Christian.

I'm sorry sir, but what you call not true is not exact... However, what do you have against the "Zionists" Jews; Zion is only a substitute to Jerusalem... I myself am a descendant to many generations of important Rabbis, and ad MORE - BUT i onLY BELIEVE IN god, A SUPREME INTELLIGENCE, AND NOT IN HIS DELEGATES on EARTH..INCLUDING OUR RABBIS.. . EXCEPT THE GREAT THINKERS AND THOSE WHO DID A LOT FOR HUMANITY. i HAVE NOTHING AGAINST MOSLEM PEOPLE, OR EVEN IRANIAN PEOPLE - LET THEM BE IN PEACE AND HAVE A GOOD LIFE, PROVIDED THEY DON'T WANT TO KILL US// ISRAEL IS OUR onLY HOME IN THE WORLD...

However, do you deny that the Isis is a terrible danger to all of us??? or that Assad is a butcher of his own people???

i'M SORRY SIR, BUT YOU DO NOT REPLY TO MY MAIL, THAT ACCUSES PALESTINIANS FOR NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTS. i'M , AMONG MANY PEOPLE IN MY COUNTRY, AGAINST THE SETTLEMENT POLICY- BUT YOU IGNORE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE LEFT LEBANON AND HAVE LEFT GAZA AND ITS PEOPLE WERE FREE, AND THE MOMENT WE LEFTMISSILES, SENT BY IRAN, STARTED BEING THROWN AGAINST OUR CIVIL POPULATION IN THE NORTH AND IN THE SOUTH... WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THE WEST BANK - WHICH ENTERS DEEP INTO OUR COUNTRY is filled with missile launchers, and terror groups????

After endless suicide bombers on buses, killing innocent civilians, and terrorists exploding themselves in Coffee houses and hotels ( even in the town I live in - on Passover meal a lot of tourists and local people were killed by a suicide bomber) and those are young people who are brainwashed that they would enter paradise and even virgins would be waiting for them... So we built the wall which diminished suicide bombers from the west bankby 70%. Then Palestinian propaganda started fighting against the wall... Even our supreme court of justice ordered many times to deviate the wall itinerary, not to go over Palestinian lands... of course there were also mistakes... but you shout against the wallBUT DON'T STOP SUICIDE BOMBERS, AND THIS WAS BEFORE THE MASSIVE SETTLEMENT BUILDING... dO YOU THINK THAT WE LIKE THE IDEA OF THE WALL?? REMINDING US THE GETTO SITUATION..

NO onE AMONG PALESTINIANS CONDEMED THE HAMAS FOR SENDING MISSILES FOR MORE THAN 1O YEARS.. WE LEFT GAZA IN 2005, TAKING OUT THE SETTLEMENTS. WHY DIDN'T YOU FORBID AND STOP THE HAMAS FROM SENDING MISSILES, AND IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF THEM... WHY DO YOU BLAME US FOR PUTTING THE SIEGE - IN ORDER TO PREVENT IRAN SENDING MISSILES AND ARMAMENT THROUGH THE SEA AND THE SINAI DESERT..?? AND YOUR PROPAGANDA MACHINE WORKS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ALSWAYS CONDEMNING ISRAEL BUT NEVER STOPPING YOUR OWN TERROR... AND DON'T CALL THE TERROR A FREEDOM FIGHT... ALREADY IN `1929 THE WHOLE JEWISH COMMUNITY IN HEBRON WAS MASSACARED... IN 1947, WHEN THE U.N MADE THE PARTITION RESOLUTION - WE ACKNOWLEDGED THE PALESTINIAN STATE, BUT 5 ARAB STATES ATTACKED US INCLUDING PALESTINIANS..the ARAB STATES DID NOT GIVE CITIZENS RIGHTS TO PALESTINIAN REFUGEES (EXCEPT JORDAN) FOR 67 YEARS - EVERY COUNTRY GIVES CITIZENS RIGHTS AFTER 5-10 YEARS ( EXCEPT SWITZERLAND) AND WHAT ABOUT JEWISH REFUGEES FROM ARAB COUNTRIES, WHO FLED THE KILLING MOBS , FOR THEIR LIVES INTO ISRAEL???? 47% OF OUR POPULATION THEIR PARENTS FLED FROM ARAB COUNTRIES....??? THEY HAD A TERRIBLE TIME, AS THERE WAS NO INFRASTRUCTURE OF PROFESSIONS IN A YOUNG COUNTRY, AND NO HOUSING.. BUT THE GOVERMENT PROVIDED EVEN LOW INCOME JOBS, JUST FOR THEM TO SURVIVE.. AND LITTLE BY LITTLE HOUSING WAS CONSTRUCTED...IT IS ALWAYS A MATTER OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. AND THE Hamas DENIES OUR EXISTENCE, AND IN THE WEST BANK SCHOOL CHILDREN HAVE NO ISRAEL on THEIR GEOGRAPHY MAPS... AND THE LEADERS, IN ARABIC, PROMISE THE RETURN TO TEL AVIV AND JAFFA.... SO DON'T TELL MY ABOUT WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR... AFTER US, GOING THROUGH 7 WARS , BIG AND SMALL, EITHER INITIATED BY ARAB COUNTRIES, OR BY OUR RETALIATION... DO YOU THINK WE WANT THIS SITUATION????

i DON'T IGNORE PALESTINIAN HOPE FOR FREEDOM. i AND MANY PEOPLE IN MY COUNTRY WANT THEM TO BE FREE AND PROUD , TWO STATES - Israel AND PALESTINE, HOWEVER NOT BEFORE PALESTINIANS CONSTRAIN TERROR.. AND STOP BEING INFLUENCED BY IRANIAN OR OTHER WISH FOR DOMINATION IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

In MY RESEARCH PAPER, WHICH I DON'T KNOW IF ALL OF YOU RECEIVED IT , ESPECIALLY IN THE NEWS PAPER WHO CALLS ITSELF A PEACE NEWSPAPER.... THERE I WROTE AT THE END HOW I SEE THE FUTURE OF THESE TWO STATES AS A SORT OF CONFEDERATION OF TWO FREE STAES, WITH UPPER REGIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE, AND COURT OF WORK PROBLEMS, AS WE'LL WORK onE AT THE OTHER, AND A COUNCIL OF RELIGIONS REPRESENTATIVES TOGETHER WITH FOUR NON RELIGIOUS SUPREME COURT JUSTICES, TO HAVE ALL THE RELIGIOUS LEADERS COMBINED TOGETHER AS CUSTODIANS OF THE HOLY PLACES IN JERUSALEM... HOWEVER THIS IS NOT A NOW AND TODAY'S DREAM, AS THERE IS TOO MUCH TERROR AND TERRIBLE DANGERS OF TERROR FOR US, AND ALSO FOR YOU PALESTINIANS... CONSTRAIN YOUR OWN TERROR, WE'LL CONSTRAIN THE RETALIATIONS AND HOPEFULLY ALSO THE SETTLEMENT POLICY...

I’m BUT onE CITIZEN OF MANY IN OUR COUNRY... BUT WE ALL WANT PEACE...

Dear All,

With great frustration I'm responding to You. Reading most of the emails I received from you, it is clear that each side keeps narrating the traditional unpleasant narrative with out suggesting an out let/out lets for that. Although I believe deeply that just by abolishing The Israeli Occupation to the Palestinian Lands Occupied in 1967, I'd like to suggest starting brain storming about how

we may invest in the role of informal education to help breaking down misconceptions & stereotyping wherever Ready to meet /participate in any workshop, seminar devoted for this holistic goal. Regards ,

I do not understand dear Hedva, why you insist in convincing Mr. Mazin Qumsiyeh if he is 100% in the side of the Arabs in this 100 years’ war between the Arabs and the Jews (openly initiated by the Arabs in 1948). I am sure that he believes that the world will be better without Israel and the Jews. He never said the contrary! Obviously, after the Holocaust a and for the majority of that kind of people, it is not nice and "not politically correct" for the moment, to ask for the elimination of the Jews.

It is almost comical (though sad) how when faced with facts and figures they cannot refute, Zionists bring up the Jewish holocaust! It is actually ironic considering the answer to myth number 52 here which details Nazi-Zionist collaboration: http://qumsiyeh.org/liesandtruths/

To claim that racist Zionists like you represented "the Jews" and Judaism is actually anti-Semitic in the same way that claiming that Nazis represent the white people or that supporters of the African Apartheid system represent the whites. The latest good article I received is this:

Chicago’s Rebel Rabbi: An Interview with Brant Rosen http://jewschool.com/2015/07/37432/interview-brant-rosen/

and here are links to Jews of conscience: http://qumsiyeh.org/predominantlyjewishlinks/

The jig is up, the trolls are exposed, the Jewish prophetic is now moving to challenge the Zionist fascist discourse and your puppets who accepted their status as subservient for a few dollars are starting to realize that their fate will not be any better than the "South Lebanon Army" and people like Anton Lahad. For as Jesus once said: what profits a man if he should gain the whole world and lose himself?" There is still time to join people like Abraham Burg (previous speaker of the Israeli Knesset) who came to see the light. Repent of your sins, seek forgiveness from your victims. Let us start now with a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" ala South Africa.

Stay tuned, get educated, stop the hate. And try to stay human. Sincerely,

Mazin

Dear Mr. Mazin Qumsiyeh

Why you do not respond if you believe or not, that the world will be better without Israel?

Prof. Ernesto Kahan

Ernesto Kahan

Instead of posturing, you should demonstrate that you actually read what I post and respond to it. For example I posted to you twice a link to my book http://qumsiyeh.org/sharingthelandofcanaan/ (now a third time) and the least you could do if you claim education is see what my thesis is instead of this childish behavior! But even if you hate to read things that you do not agree with, at least you could tell from the title: Sharing the Land of Canaan: Human Rights and the Israeli Palestinian Struggle. Do you want me to spell it out for you since you do not read material with substance? OK here it is in summary: I believe Israel (previously Palestine) should be transformed to a democratic state that respects basic human rights like the right of refugees to return to their homes and lands instead of insisting on maintaining a racist apartheid regime, a democratic state where citizens are treated equally regardless of their religion. In other words I believe in equality not in "chosenness" or racism that you seem to support. No more and no less. Like South Africa, we did not believe apartheid has a right to exist, we did believe white South Africans (Africaaners) had a right to live in equality. And I was active in that struggle as I am in this one. If you are against basic human rights and equality, I also think you should have the conviction to clearly state so.

Mazin Qumsiyeh

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well Mr. Mazin Qumsiyeh, as I stated in my last mail - you do not take responsibility for what you, Palestinians, are doing to us - terror, suicide bombing, missilesshort and long range - aimed at our cities and kibbutzim and villages in the south and in the north by Hezbollah - all armed by Iran. You only want to shout what we, Israelis, are doing wrong... (yes, we are not always saints and do wrongs, but you are much worse).your hateful propaganda, financed by rich oil Arab countries, is quite successful i must say, we Israelis do not have so much money for Propaganda...

I read your article which you suggested;I was shocked by the terrible hate and prejudice, and also untruth!!! Well Mr. Qumsieh.. you see - I'm much more a peace person than you, although I want you to stop completely the terror...I also see, unfortunately, that there is no use conversing with you... Yours is blindhate.. hate... hate...I , Mr. Qumsieh, am a mother of a son who was wounded, thanks god he has recovered - his friends did not.. and still me and my son and family want peace.... But with people like you there is nothing to talk about..

Mr. Mazin Qumsiyeh

Even if you don’t like, I will continue to cite historical events as the Holocaust. I do not have nothing against you personally, you are in a side of the war and I respect that. Just I do not recommend you to say “read my books” when a person asks you a simple question, this is narcissism. Sorry, but I am not interested in continuing this dialogue. Be happy,

Dear All,

Please note that WE, Palestinians are not against the holocaust. We are just wondering why the Jewish People who have been suffering from it and other historical terrible events are practicing such un humanpractices against the Palestinians. Regards,

I wanted to add several more points to this terrible discussion;

1. Refugees - what about israeli refugees from Arab states, where the mobs wanted to kill after the defeat of 1948??those refugees are almost half of our population. Why doesn't mr Qumsieh ask Arab leaders why they did not give citizens' rights to palestinians who were dispersed in 5-6 countries - one million at that time.. Arab states are not responsible and only Israel is?? Those arab people who remained are citizens of our country with a representation in Parliament. At first they had 4 parties, now they have united and have more representatives now.

When Ehud Barak was prime Minister he offered Arafat, during Clinton's regime, and the Soudi Prince as liazon - he offered him the Gaza strip, custodianship of the holy places to Islam and 94% of the west bank - the rest, exchange of territories for security reasons.Arafaat wanted to bring back 5 million of refugees (many of them even non palestinians) just to undermine our 8 and a half milion citizens, of which 20% are of other religions) and that we could not and can not accept, as this would mean undermining Israel's demography and finishing Israel.WHY DON'T PALESTINIANS ASK ARAB STATES TO FULFILL THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVED AMONGST THEM FOR 67 YEARS???? onLY ISRAEL IS TO BLAME??? AND WHAT ABOUT JEWISH PEOPLE WHO FLED ARAB COUNTRIES, THEY WERE MORE THEN THE 950 THOUSAND WHO FLED DURING THE WAR (THE NUMBER IS ACCORDING TO U.N. DOCUMENTS). Yes. Refugees are miserable. Those who remained in refugee camps. The solution must be - paying restitutions for both sides, and given citizens rights in Arab countries, while discussing a part in the west bank and a small part in our country, so they would not be a danger to our demography. And stop saying about the "poor refugees wanting to come back home" after 67 years. In the west bank there are also millionairs, so why didn't they care a little bit about their brothers refugees??

2. The "former Palestine" is also very inaccurate. Please read history books and U.N. documents.Until 1919 in these areas there was the Ottoman empire, no palestine, no Israel etc.The world war in the Middle East was just about that. Afterwards, when the Ottomans were conquered, there was the British Mandate and French Mandate, and the Middle East was divided into Zones of influence. Then the fight against the British mandate started by both Israelis and Palestinians - in 1946Syria and Lebanon were recognized by the U.N. as free, independent states, and in 1947, Israel and Palestine were recognized - by U.N. partition decision ; Israel recognized and accepted the Palestinian state.. Palestinians were then divided - some thought they belonged to Jordan, the others to Syria, and the Gaza strip was under Egyptian rule, until 1967. In 1948, 5 Arab states attacked Israel together with palestinians. Miracously we survived. Since then, and even before, we had endless terror, and for the last 14 years Missiles from the north and the south.

As for the name Palestine, that was the name of the area even under ottoman rule, reminding the old Biblical philistines who live in nowadays the Gaza strip, but it was a name and not a state. So please ad hear to facts and history.

I am for Palestinians having their own state, and many people of my country want it, but not when they don't stop using terror, suicide bombers and rockets and missiles, killing our civil population. Palestine beside Israel and not instead of Israel.Let us all stop killing, terror and also settlements, then we'll start talking. But not with complete denial and propaganda as it is done here.

Why you do not respond if you believe or not, that the world will be better without Israel?

Dr. Hedva R. Bachrach,

I already responded to these zionist tired talking points in other emails. Please check previous emails. For Arab Jews and European Jews who came to Palestine under the Zionist banner, see http://qumsiyeh.org/liesandtruths/myth9 and for evolution of Israel to stop being racist and fascist (not eliminate Israelis but change the regime), see http://qumsiyeh.org/sharingthelandofcanaan/

For the issue ofd violence and terrorism (khamas khamas khamas as Netanyahu likes to say), please see http://qumsiyeh.org/chapter8/.

For views of decent Jews who are not racist and do not believe in racism (unlike you), see http://qumsiyeh.org/predominantlyjewishlinks/

Soon, this whole scheme will fall apart, all refugees will be given their choice of return or compensation as is demanded by international laws. War criminals and those who engaged in such will be tried at the Hague for their crimes, a truth and reconciliation commission will be established. We will then live in equality and justice. In the meantime, we accelerate this inevitable outcome via boycotts, divestment, sanctions (bdsmovement.net). Stay tuned

My very very dear Maria Christina.

I know you are a wonderful woman , but you don't live in our area. In an area where there are so many many killed and injured people of may nation, because of terror, suicide bombing and missiles for so so many many years, and on the palestinian side so many injured and killed by Army retaliations...

You also don't live in an area, none of you live here, where there is so much terrible terror and killing around, by Assad's butchery, by those owful Isis murderers and killers of cultures, and by Iran instigating local wars by armament of proxis... you also have not heard , only today, the eXtreme religious leader of IRAN - HAMINAI- WHO SAID THAT WITH AGREEMENT OR WITHOUT AGREEMENT ISRAEL WILL BE DESTROYED IN THE MIDDLE EAST.I do not think that Palestinians themselves want an extreme religious regime- I ran's mesures and hope to dominate the Middle East. You don't live here and don't see it.

I do want a Palestinian free state. Let Palestinians stop the terror , missiles and suicide bombing and let us stop the Settlements and Army retaliations, thus - with mutual respect and forgiveness we could talk peace. I still remember the beautiful days after the Oslo agreements, when Israelis started to study Arabic and Palestinians started to learn Hebrew - until Prime minister Rabin, a wonderful leader, was killed. Thus religious extremists from both sides started raising their heads.I hope so much...

Dear ALL,

If the discussion will keep like this please take me away from the list. I'm afraid you came late. As I suggested this weeks ago. The soil now is poisoned with the destructive perspectives.

Ghassan

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Peace is not too late never. It is always actual, even in the endless war in 67 years. Because peace - that's life, and the war - is death. Death may be late or early but not a life.

You are totally right as it is better to start late than never.

Ghassan

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Colleagues,

We see that our discussion has reached an impasse. All of its active participants acknowledged its unsatisfactory and even terrible. Many have expressed doubts and refuse to participate in it. The reason for this lies in the fact that instead of the proposed positive discussion of one of the ways to peace, we cannot get out of the negative circle of mutual accusations and reproaches, which only leads to the continuation of the war and close the path to peace. Such a discussion is meaningless for peacemakers. So I close it and offer to return to a positive discussion in a year when the book "Global Peace Science" in English will be published, each of us will be able to read it and make for themselves positive conclusions, if he/she can.

Unfortunately, now we are showing only one, the destructive capacity of endless repetitions of well-known words about terror, its horrors, killings, sufferings and so forth, as if these words and emotions could lead to their cessation and to achieve peace. PEACE requires its own positive colossal WORK, especially the work of intelligence, reason and science. But we're not ready for this work in Israel and Palestine. It is a sad conclusion, but it is a fact. Let us think about it and try to start this work again in next year, given our sad experience to overcome it. Maybe for this I will publish on our website a few positive responses of Subhash, Ernesto, Roger, Ghassan, etc. Best harmony wishes,

Dr. Leo Semashko,

GHA President. 21.07.15.
