System self-organization of our work through the Road Map

Dear friends,

Having completed, as a first approximation, the Gandhicracy “Introduction”, I propose a draft of the Roadmap for the Chapters of its first part for your discussion, adjustment, and approval in 2 days. It is in the attachment and published here:

https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=933

Who can not or does not want to participate in it, let us know this so as not to bother you again. The question of leadership in groups, please, decide on your own if you do not agree with my recommendations.

The titles of the Chapters and their paragraphs will also be adjusted in the work process and discussion. The sources list is also preliminary and you are free to edit it at your discretion. The deadline for your research or articles is March 30, but work with the Chapter text will continue.

I draw your special attention to the brilliant works of the great modern scientist and thinker Dr. Riane Eisler (see sources), for who I created a personal page (she’s working). Its unique system theory of gender partnership/harmony in almost all its attributes, except for spherons, is identical to our spheral approach. The main coincidences are that:

1. Both approaches are not partial, but fundamentally and systemically integral, holistic;

2. Both approaches reject the extremes of capitalism and socialism, their dominant, violent and militaristic nature, claiming to be the “third way”, eliminating war, militarism and violence and integrating the constructive achievements of capitalism and socialism;

3. Both approaches fully share the paradigm of non-violence of Mahatma Gandhi, but each for its own part: gender and societal;

4. Both approaches are aimed to global peace from harmony, but each with its own perspectives that organically interconnect each other.

All this allows the GHA to recommend Dr. Riane Eisler for the GHA Highest Honorary Title: "World Harmony Gandhian Creator": https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=513. It is only a pity that we have realized the great, unprecedented significance of her theory of gender harmony only now. But, as they say, better late than never. What do you think about this? Do you support this GHA intention? What additional advantages could you emphasize in her approach?

Best wishes for peace from the harmony of genders and spherons,

Leo,

Work organization with the “Gandhicracy” first Chapter:

Women, Partnership and Balance

Dear friends, let me call you by names,

We received nine (9) positive responses suggesting various participation in the “Gandhicracy”, the book of Gandhian Democracy (GD). All responses are published on its Roadmap page: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=933 - please, see them and this letter ibid. Among them, the responses of four regional leaders are especially important: Africa - Ayo, Europe - Takis, India - Subhash and LA - Maria. I represent Russia.

Thus, we intend to reflect in the GD, in its chapters, at least five continents and subcontinents as its empirical and statistical base. It will provide the book, along with statistical researches of the 76 countries spherons in “Gandhica”, high scientific quality. This is the first and foremost requirement of scientific quality. This is already good.

The second requirement of scientific quality is the completeness and integrity/holism of the reflection of our key starting theme in GD - the theme of WOMEN or gender social (primarily political and economic) inequality and its overcoming gender balance through gender partnerships and gender quotas. For the GD first chapter, the GHA’s main hypothesis and conclusion for 15 years for all countries and continents is that women are the main, most interested and mighty social force in size, capable by nonviolently, evolutionarily transforming traditional militaristic democracy/power into Gandhian peacebuilding democracy. only they are capable to achieve equality in it for all the humiliated and ensuring equal distribution of power between the spherons as a fundamental guarantee of universal equality, fraternity, global peace, exclusion of all wars, violence and militarism. Only by achieving equality for all, are women able to achieve their own gender equality. Therefore, this chapter is the first in our book, and it is intended to prove this hypothesis of the historical female mission, about which they began to speak long and brilliantly, especially Elena Roerich and Riana Eisler (see sources list in our Roadmap).

Such is the semantic content, the “super task” of the GD FIRST CHAPTER of approximately 20-30 pages. We should get its skeleton on March 31 - this is its first deadline (work on it will continue further). In order to achieve a holistic reflection of the state, problems, achievements and opportunities of gender balance in each of our regions, we must combine the scientific efforts of our team members (or invite additional scientists) who have been involved in this research. What do we have for each region? Some, like Maria, raise similar questions. Let me briefly highlight them through a concise description of the regional teams (see the information about each member and contacts on their personal pages in the Roadmap list).

Africa. Ayo is regional team leader. She is the President of the Women's International League of Peace and Freedom (WILPF) in Ghana. She wrote an interesting article about the “Principle of Women's Priority in the Global Peace” (GPS, p.202-205) in our book “Global Peace Science” (2016). She has every opportunity to invite 2-3 of her colleagues from WILPF, from African countries, as well as her immediate colleagues from Ghana - the great statistician Stephen and an active member from Rwanda - Heli. Stephen could produce a statistical analysis of gender inequality in Africa as a whole and in countries such as Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia where for the first time a gender balance was established by law that requires study. Heli could write an article on the gender inequality and achievements of Rwanda within the framework of his concept of Ubuntu, which he brilliantly wrote about in the GPS book (p.107-110). In general, Ayo’s team could present a quality text/article of 6-8 pages with the following title: “African Women: Inequality, Achievements of the Gender Balance of Ethiopia and Rwanda and its Continental Perspective” (of course, it requires editing in order to find a better title). on March 31, Ayo could compile, edit, and send me the first version of this collective article on gender Africa. Of course, this is a great intellectual and organizational work, but Ayo is an experienced, more than 10 years old, and Honored GHA leader (and other organizations) with his highest Honorary Title as well as her colleagues Stephen and Heli (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=513), so she and her team are able to write this article best. We could devote it to editing and polishing the whole next month - April.

India. The leader of this regional team is Subhash. He is the GHA President and the most active presenter of GHA books at international and national conferences. Although his professional interest is a harmonious Gandhian education, like his colleagues Pravat, both of them could take part to the extent possible, at least for a couple of weeks, in the study of gender India or its individual states or cities. The main intellectual force of gender studies in India lies in Maitreyee, who has been addressing this issue for decades and is now working as a professor m. Women's University in Calcutta. She and Pravat conduct statistical studies of the India spherons, for which they were awarded the GHA Highest Honorary Title. Maitreyee could become an integrating center and the main author of your team article “Indian Women: Gender Inequality and Perspectives of Gender Balance” (preliminary, working title). The whole problem of Maitreyee is that after the death of her husband (we once again condole with her), she practically stopped responding to our messages and participating in our network communications. Therefore, we hope that her friends, especially the team leader - Subhash will find contacts with her via email and phone to find out the situation and the possibilities of Maitreyee. Such communications is the first responsibility of each regional leader, because without such regular and caring contacts there cannot be a regional team and a regional collective article in our book. (I alone cannot provide them for 20-40 people without the help of regional leaders). Other team members - Rana and Bishnu from Nepal should decide in contacts with the Indian leader whether they can and to what extent, form and results devote a couple of weeks to gender studies in their fields, if they can.

Europe. The leader of this regional team is Takis. He is one of the GHA founders more than 15 years ago, its active Vice-President with many outstanding contributions to the GHA books and projects. In his team, the most active and well-deserved thinker of gender issues is Marie from France, who recently sent a brilliant essay to us on this subject. She could become the center of your team article “European Women: Gender Inequality and the Perspectives of the Gender Balance” to supplement it with the necessary European gender statistics, new ideas, especially Gandhi, Roerich and Eisler, and new European gender trends. Takis could personally contact the other two team members to invite them for two weeks to this research, if they can because of their health and critical marital status (Lucas).

LA. The leader of this regional team is Maria from Argentina. She is also one of the GHA founders and its active Vice-President with many outstanding contributions to the GHA books and projects. She sent 2 pages about gender inequality in Argentina. This is good for a start, but clearly not enough. In this team, we do not see professional researchers of the gender problem, so you need to consult with all members of the team among themselves, what to do in this situation? There may be several options. 1. Take up the study and statistics of this problem ourselves. 2. Invite a key professional researcher known to you in LA. 3. Ultimately, remove LA from the first chapter, which can do without this continent: we are not required to cover all of them. As much as we can, we cover as much. Glenn, as a professional sociologist and leader of the Caribbean research Center, would probably be of great help in finding a professional gender researcher.

From the USA, only Rudolph (Rudi) responded with a proposal of topic for other Chapter “Third Way”, which he had been exploring for a long time. We would be glad to receive at the end of the month his article of 2-3 pages, no more, on the subject approximately: “Gandhicracy: The best Option for the Third Way of Development.” As a professional at the Frankfurt School, we would also be happy to receive from his the short (2-3 pages) articles, for example: “Frankfurt School (or someone personally from it: Adorno, Marcuse, Fromm or Habermas) about women , children and the prospects for their equality in Western democracy. " (Or didn’t they touch on the issues of democracy and equality in it, limiting themselves to alienation and denial only?) Will such articles be possible for you and for your young graduate and doctoral students, whom you can invite?

We will discuss the GD subsequent chapters perspectives later, at the beginning of the corresponding month according to their "Roadmap".

Please, let me remind you of the mandatory requirement for all articles without exception, without which they will not be accepted: MANDATORY quoting of at least 5 sources: Mahatma Gandhi, Elena Roerich, Riane Eisler, Gandhica and Global Peace Science. Without contact with them, articles in the “Gandhicracyare meaningless. A short bio-note of each author of each article is also required.

Last recommendation. It concerns the five new GHA members: Lucas (Austria), Bishnu (Nepal), Glenn (LA), Adam (New Zealand) and Rana (India) - to do a statistical research of spherons in the next week or two, with my personal help (they require only one page for 8 spheral indices of spherons) of your country or city for any year. It will require you only 3-4 hours with appropriate preparation and your interest, but it will provide you with the key knowledge (consciousness, understanding, and thinking) of the Gandhicracy conception/scince. Without knowledge/understanding of the Gandhian varnas/spherons, it is impossible to understand either the "Non-Violence Science" by Gandhi or the "Gandhicracy MegaSocioScience", which we are trying to present in the GHA new book. Your research in 1 page we will be happy to publish in a new book, it will make you pioneers in them and raise you to the level of modern and future social science.

Sorry for the need long text for your understanding,

With best wishes,
Leo,
15-03-20

I gladly support your project. I am glad to say something on the "Third Way" beyond capitalism and socialism. My new book on "The Evolution of the Critical Theory of Religion and Society” (CTRS) has come out with Publishing House in New Delhi.

It has published ten of my books already, which all deal with the CTRS, which I developed with my friends in Europe and America since the end of World War II. They are all about the "The ThirdWay".

Dear Leo, Subhash and all.

Really this is true that after my husband`s demise, I am unable to keep in touch with all. My other family obligations, my handicapped child, our property, my job responsibility as well as academic responsibility, kept me so busy that 24hours time was not enough for me. Also added to this my mental agony, for his sudden demise is almost like a person who was very much present in my all walks of life has decided to leave me suddenly without asking me of his departure. Somewhat, I am trying to coup up with the situation. My eldest son is very much with me and sharing all my responsibility as much as he can. only He is staying in Mumbai and often coming to Kolkata for my take care. I will work with Subhash. My telephone number is 9433060084. Subhash, you can call me any time no problem. I will start working in consultation with you and will try to involve in the job assigned to us within the stipulated period.

Thank you.

Maitreyee Bardhan Roy,

Dear Maitreyee,

Unfortunately, all your emails are deformed, maybe this is a virus? Please, control the texts of your emails so that they can be read normally.

We once again condole with the loss of your husband. We understand your situation and your state. But we remember that you are a professor at the Women University in Calcutta. We remember that you wrote to us a long time ago, maybe two years ago, that you wrote a book on the situation of women in India. Could you send it the whole, or its separate chapter on the inequality of women in India to us? Could Subhash call to you about this? Could he organize a discussion of your book/chapter in your Indian team? Could Bishnu supplement it with the text of an article on the inequality of women in Nepal? Maybe Subhash, Pravat and Ashok could also supplement it with at least 1-page short texts on the inequality of women in India in their states? Etc. It would be a great teamwork. What do your team members think about this?

We wish you all good health, strong spirit and success in your work,

Leo,

18-03-20

Dear Léo

Sorry but with the new social context in France Coronavirus, please could I send to you my text about gender later: a week more. Thank you for understanding.

De Théa Marie Robert,

France – Europe.

18-03-20

Dear Marie,

Yes, I understand you. The “new social context of Sovir19” covered almost all countries, all of Europe, including Russia. Fortunately, it does not spread on social networks and emails. Therefore, please, send your text later, in a week, but first for Takis and your European team, so that you can discuss it together, it can be supplemented with new articles from the Internet. Then Takis, as the leader of your Team, could send your agreed command text to me on this common deadline on March 31 (two weeks later). Do you agree with that? Have you read our Schedule on this subject here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=933? We suggest a similar team work style for all other regional teams as the most effective and productive way of joint work and scientific cooperation.

Best wishes for success in it,

Leo,
