         GHA is happy to congratulate you o­n the New Year 2019, which is unique for humanity by the 150^th Mahatma Gandhi birth. For the first time in the history, he gave a unique example of a colossal non-violent political change without a single shot, without a single drop of blood. The legacy of non-violence is a unique world heritage, which, unfortunately, has not yet been understood and is not used by peoples, governments and the UN.

          We, the GHA, hope to move its state from the dead point in 2019 through the creation of the “International Jubilee Gandhi Committee (GC)”, the key strategy of which will be to offer all countries and governments to find a place and create in their educational institutions “Gandhi School of Nonviolence” (GSN) in 30 academic hours.          The direct discussion of this program in the GHA networks will begin after the holiday season since January 8. Now we have just tried to inspire our New Year, opening in 2019 the fresh scientific and deep spiritual meaning of Gandhi's nonviolence.

GHA is happy to congratulate you o­n the centenary of the great thinker, peacemaker and grave-digger of the Soviet total violence with tens of millions of innocent victims - Alexander Solzhenitsyn, the successor of the great ideas of peace, harmony and nonviolence of Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, Gandhi. o­nly two quotes from him, describing the depth of his thinking in both the critical and constructive vectors.

His artistic polyphonic genius, embodied in his works, revealed the ideological sources of failure and the collapse of communist totalitarianism. They are in its ideology. In the 1973 Letter to the Leaders of the Soviet Union, he called o­n the Russian people and their leaders to renounce the “deformity and spiritual suicide” of the Marxist-Leninist ideology, its genocidal essence. Its impotence through the century has become clear to everyone, because at its root is the class struggle and dictatorship of the proletariat that is false and lifeless. The prayer formula "Marx's doctrine is omnipotent because it is true" burst like a soap bubble.

Spiritual, “polyphonic” according to V.Krasnov, the essence of Solzhenitsyn lies in his unshakable belief in harmony and nonviolence, which he brilliantly expressed in his Nobel Lecture in 1972: “The artist was given o­nly more acutely to others to feel the harmony of the world, beauty and disgrace of human contribution to it - and keenly convey it to people. And in failures, and even at the bottom of existence — in poverty, in prison, in sickness — a feeling of stable harmony cannot leave it.” This makes him the greatest writer and prophet of the last century.

         Criticism of Solzhenitsyn liberated Russia and the world from communist violence and "genocidal ideology", and its polyphonic harmony opened up the prospect of new levels of non-violence after Leo Tolstoy and Mahatma Gandhi, which we, the GHA, are trying to build in the new century o­n the basis of the new "Global Peace Science" from harmony of Spherons.

Dear Mairead, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate,

Thank you very much for your courageous and inspiring speech “Abolish Militarism and War” at the Dublin International Conference “Against the US / NATO Military Bases” o­n November 16-18. We appreciate it and were glad to publish it o­n a special page here: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=849, as well as o­n your personal page.

In this speech you refer to the nonviolence of Gandhi, therefore we accompanied your text with the key idea of the new GHA book devoted to Gandhi:

Spherons are the Gandhi’s “Nonviolence greatest force”.

Only spheral/Spherons democracy is able to extract and use

this "greatest" energy of nonviolence:

What does this mean and how this to understand? If you think honestly, without guile, o­n a large scale, scientifically and briefly, then the whole answer fits into three theses.

1. For almost 75 years after WWII, the traditional militaristic democracy has prepared for 100% by the fattest military budgets a “nuclear Holocaust” - “the shameful self-destruction of humanity” (Helena Roerich). This democracy has o­nly to push the nuclear triggers under the fakeglib excuse, which is actively concocted in the world "democratic" capitals by their special services and media. This "democracy" is not capable and does not want to go to peace, having driven it into a dead end of the ruling and all the overwhelming militarism under its fake slogan: "If you want peace, prepare for war." The traditional peacemaking movement was also powerless for 75 years to get peace off the ground and to oppose thriving militarism in any way weighty. Therefore, both peacemaking and traditional democracy do not see, do not know and do not want to know the way out of humanity from the “nuclear Holocaust”. They cannot answer the key questions: “Who, How, At what level and When will abolish militarism and war” and “put an end to war before war puts end to mankind”, J. Kennedy, 1963. Traditional democracy and peacemaking for almost 75 years do not answer these questions. They are helpless in the face of these challenges of survival, so these institutions are waiting and require a radical transformation. But which way?

2. The way out of the “nuclear Holocaust” and the path of “Abolish Militarism and War” intuitively showed Mahatma Gandhi with his unprecedented historical nonviolence, which freed India from British rule without a single shot. There is no other way to transform democracy and peacemaking except for nonviolence among humanity. But who and how will breathe and realize the spirit of nonviolence in them? What are social actors and structures for it?

3. This question is answered by the “Global Peace Science”, created in the first approximation in the GHA for 11 years by the efforts of 174 scientists and peacemakers from 34 countries (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf). This science discoveries the fundamental societal structure of Spheron's of humanity at all levels, which by its nature is harmonious, peaceful and non-violent, excludes wars and violence, which arise o­nly as a deviation and pathology of a social nature. Spherons and their structural harmony constitute and define "the greatest" soft force / energy of nonviolence. The force of nonviolence is in the Spherons. Spherons are a source of non-violence and its energy. o­nly fundamentally new, sphere-based, or Spherons’ democracy, which abolishes militarism and war from the start, is able to mine and use this energy. It can o­nly be built o­n the relevant science of Spherons, universally confirmed by empirically statistics. Statistical evidence of Spherons has already been conducted in more than 12 countries and their number is constantly growing. Statistics of Spherons is the first science for spheral democracy, which relevant statistical research started in the GHA. Its ignoring in traditional democracy is fatal for it, aggravating its crisis and decay, and o­nly its recognition in it opens up the possibility for it of a nonviolent evolutionary fundamental transformation into spheral democracy. o­nly it is able to answer and realize the answers to the questions: "Who, How, At What Level and When Will Abolish Militarism and War", which are outlined and flow from the inspiring speech of the courageous Nobel Laureate Mairead Corrigan, who stopped terrorism in Belfast in 1976.

          Yes, the continuation and development of her remarkable ideas requires “substantially new manner of thinking,” because “significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking at which we created them,” Einstein. Spherons and spheral democracy as a tool of non-violence, excluding militarism and war, is really a “substantially new manner of thinking” of our century, which we are forced to develop in order to survive. With the old democracy and thinking, we will not survive. “To be or not to be?” - This is the Rubicon of our history. Cross it that “to be” we can o­nly through the bridge of spheral thinking and spheral democracy.

          I am happy to announce that the 67th GHA project “Spherons of Gandhi’s Nonviolence” was approved by the GHA and published in an updated form here: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=848. We received dozens of strong confirmatory responses and not a single fundamental objection to the project. GHA thanks everyone for its strong support.

          In the coming days I will post o­n the site the most important responses. But the project renewal will continue with both new coauthors, and new researches of national spherons, and new responses. Nothing prevents us from returning to the project separate aspects, if necessary.           We invite all GHA members and its friends to support the Anti-militarist Conference in Dublin o­n November 16-18 "Against US/NATO Military Bases" (https://www.pana.ie), which number more than 1000, i.e. nearly 30–40 bases in each country as targets for nuclear strikes in Europe. Active protests against military bases are a powerful tool of Gandhi’s nonviolence.

           However, o­nly fundamental societal actors/subjects of nonviolence, global peace and “The Great Peace Charter XXI” (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=834) – Spherons - can resist to military bases and militarism in a whole. Spherons determine the genetic code/matrix of the mightiest “soft force” of nonviolence/peace. The statistical tool for mastering of Spherons is revealed in our project. Therefore, the real anti-militarism and the conscious nonviolence of the 21st century begin with a scientific statistical understanding of the Spherons. Here hides the real source of peacemaking, nonviolence and anti-militarism in our century. Our generations are called upon to master it so that humankind received a real chance to survive in endless violence and insane militarism eradicating them.

Larik, former Minister of Statistics in the Government of Pakistan for almost 10 years (1994-2003). Dr. Noor has been preparing the GHA Dep. for more than two years. During this time, he assembled a strong team of professional statisticians who conducted brilliant statistical researches of the Pakistani spherons in the national and provincial levels. This great work is done completely volunteer, on enthusiasm and without any payment, as everything is done in the GHA that allows us to achieve the best, brilliant and outstanding results are unique in the world.

He and his team are well aware that the best tool for non-violent achievement and ensuring both national and global peace is statistics at its highest scientific level — at the level of spheral statistics, which starts with statistics of spherons dynamics constituting the integrity and genetic code, structural harmony genome of social production or "social autopoiesis" by H. Maturana. o­nly through a deep, scientific and statistical / quantitative understanding of this genetics of global / national peace, through its constant monitoring, comparison at all levels and conscious regulation / prevention of all its emerging partial pathologies, disharmonies, deviations, conflicts, risks and challenges can it be achieved and long security.

This is the main peacebuilding idea and tool of our “Global Peace Science” (http://www.peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf), which invites all peoples and governments to replace / exclude war with holistic universal spheral statistics preserving and raising the traditional statistics to the highest level of fundamental science. For the first time in history, GPS has put an end to more than two centuries of 100% dictate of military science, its wars and militarism by the theory of structural harmony of spherons that genetically define global peace. The Pakistan's statisticians provided brilliant empirical evidence of spherons using their country's example, along with similar statistical studies in Ghana and Russia, which are published here: http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=836. They will soon be published by a special GHA book.

These and similar researches in other countries, not yet completed, create a unique global scientific precedent for the formation of a powerful alternative to war, militarism and military science, which has not been for more than two centuries of its accelerated development, destructive for humanity. Spheral statistics and its technology make it possible to realize the great peacemaking precepts of the past century in this navigation:

"Mankind must put an end to war before war puts an end to mankind," John Kennedy.

"We must shift the arms race into a peace race," Martin Luther King Jr.

For this, “We shall require a substantially new (SPHERAL- L.S.) manner of thinking if mankind is to survive,” because “Peace cannot be achieved through violence, it can o­nly be attained through understanding” (thinking, science, spheral statistics), Albert Einstein and others.

Because, "Nonviolence [harmony, peace, science] is the greatest force at the disposal of mankind," Mahatma Gandhi; and "The mightiest tool [of peace] in the world is the truth," Leo Tolstoy.

The GHA and its national offices in Ghana, Russia and Pakistan, which were the first to carry out statistical studies of the spherons of their countries, laid the first stones in the foundation of this statistics as a key instrument of global peace in the 21st century. It is also important that this team comes from a Muslim country that vividly demonstrates its deep peacemaking potential, unlike the various fake myths about Islam and the countries of the militarist US / NATO coalition that trample peace.

All these arguments and achievements in the framework of the GHA Mission seem to me more than sufficient to approve the GHA-Pakistan office and wish it new achievements o­n the way of further development and application of spheral statistics and its technology. This team in its professional statistical composition has all the prerequisites to become a leader in the GHA. Therefore, we hope for its active support of the GHA members. Your silence in this undoubted case will also be understood positively.

We are happy to congratulate everyone o­n the great historic Victory Day o­n May 9, 1945, over the most evil aggressor of the patriarchyand the worst enemy of humankind in the 20th century, whose atrocities resulted in the death of over 60 million victims during 6 years of the Second World War

More than 60 countries and peoples have contributed to the victory over fascism but the largest contribution to it belongs to Russia and the peoples of the former USSR, which lost in the battle with fascism 27 million.

Elimination of the most dangerous violent Nazi disharmony of the last century has been the restoration of relative harmony in the world for more than 70 years and the anti-fascist immunity of humanity for the future: "Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten". As I will never forget the death of my father in Grodno in the war first days. The proof of this immunity is the global "Immortal Regiment" in the Maydays around the world!

Therefore, the Victory Day o­n May 9 is the Victory of Peace from Harmony! This is the Victory of the structural harmony of Spherons (eternal harmonious classes of the population) over the misanthropic partial attempt of European fascism to establish forcibly world domination. The history of humanity knows many similar attempts, which all, without exception, have failed in the past.

Any like attempts in the future of any most economically powerful aggressor with any military potential and weapons are DOOMED 100% for an inglorious death as the Hitler's third reich, which has covered itself with an indelible historical shame in the entire human evolution.
